28:11 大衛將殿的遊廊、旁屋、府庫、樓房、內殿，和施恩所的樣式指示他兒子所羅門，
28:12 又將被靈感動所得的樣式，就是耶和華上帝殿的院子、周圍的房屋、殿的府庫，和聖物府庫的一切樣式都指示他；
28:13 又指示他祭司和利未人的班次與耶和華殿裡各樣的工作，並耶和華殿裡一切器皿的樣式，
28:14 以及各樣應用金器的分兩和各樣應用銀器的分兩，
28:15 金燈臺和金燈的分兩，銀燈臺和銀燈的分兩，輕重各都合宜；
28:16 陳設餅金桌子的分兩，銀桌子的分兩，
28:17 精金的肉叉子、盤子，和爵的分兩，各金碗與各銀碗的分兩，
28:18 精金香壇的分兩，並用金子做基路伯（原文是用金子做車式的基路伯）；基路伯張開翅膀，遮掩耶和華的約櫃。
28:19 大衛說：「這一切工作的樣式都是耶和華用手劃出來使我明白的。」
11 Then
David gave his son Solomon the plans for the portico of the temple, its
buildings, its storerooms, its upper parts, its inner rooms and the place of
atonement. 12 He gave him the plans of all that the Spirit had
put in his mind for the courts of the temple of the Lord and all the surrounding rooms, for the treasuries of
the temple of God and for the treasuries for the dedicated things. 13 He
gave him instructions for the divisions of the priests and Levites, and for all
the work of serving in the temple of the Lord,
as well as for all the articles to be used in its service. 14 He
designated the weight of gold for all the gold articles to be used in various
kinds of service, and the weight of silver for all the silver articles to be
used in various kinds of service: 15 the weight of gold for the
gold lampstands and their lamps, with the weight for each lampstand and its
lamps; and the weight of silver for each silver lampstand and its lamps,
according to the use of each lampstand; 16 the weight of gold
for each table for consecrated bread; the weight of silver for the silver
tables; 17 the weight of pure gold for the forks, sprinkling
bowls and pitchers; the weight of gold for each gold dish; the weight of silver
for each silver dish; 18 and the weight of the refined gold for
the altar of incense. He also gave him the plan for the chariot, that is, the
cherubim of gold that spread their wings and overshadow the ark of the covenant
of the Lord.
19 “All
this,” David said, “I have in writing as a result of the Lord’s hand on me, and he enabled me to
understand all the details of the plan.”

大衛將建造聖殿的使命交託所羅門，不是口頭說一說，甚至是設計物件與祭司的管理都告訴所羅門。因為他清楚上帝在他心中的啟示，知道上帝要的是什麼。所以他說：「這一切工作的樣式都是耶和華用手劃出來使我明白的。」
從大衛的身上讓我們知道異象的意義！因上帝已經將一切重要的聖殿模式啟示給大衛了，如同上帝要呼召一個人來建立祂的教會，會將上帝心中對教會的規劃指示給祂的僕人，不是光要他建立一個多人的教會，更是要合祂心意的靈宮。
求主清楚指示我們前面的道路，也清楚建立教會是要建立基督的身體，是要宣揚主耶穌的名，而不是服事者的名，因為我們是無用的僕人，是上帝自己定義建立，人才可以建立，求主讓我們清楚，我們乃是要順服聖靈引導，將基督成形在每一個主所呼召的人之心中！
