申命記6:20-25

 

6:20 「日後，你的兒子問你說：『耶和華─我們上帝吩咐你們的這些法度、律例、典章是甚麼意思呢？』

6:21 你就告訴你的兒子說：『我們在埃及作過法老的奴僕；耶和華用大能的手將我們從埃及領出來，

6:22 在我們眼前，將重大可怕的神蹟奇事施行在埃及地和法老並他全家的身上，

6:23 將我們從那裡領出來，要領我們進入他向我們列祖起誓應許之地，把這地賜給我們。

6:24 耶和華又吩咐我們遵行這一切律例，要敬畏耶和華─我們的上帝，使我們常得好處，蒙他保全我們的生命，像今日一樣。

6:25 我們若照耶和華─我們上帝所吩咐的一切誡命謹守遵行，這就是我們的義了。』」

 

²⁰ In the future, when your son asks you, “What is the meaning of the stipulations, decrees and laws the Lord our God has commanded you?” ²¹ tell him: “We were slaves of Pharaoh in Egypt, but the Lord brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand. ²² Before our eyes the Lord sent signs and wonders—great and terrible—on Egypt and Pharaoh and his whole household. ²³ But he brought us out from there to bring us in and give us the land he promised on oath to our ancestors. ²⁴ The Lord commanded us to obey all these decrees and to fear the Lord our God, so that we might always prosper and be kept alive, as is the case today. ²⁵ And if we are careful to obey all this law before the Lord our God, as he has commanded us, that will be our righteousness.”

    摩西在這裡告訴我們一個很重要的屬靈原則：「我們若照耶和華─我們上帝所吩咐的一切誡命謹守遵行，這就是我們的義了。」

 

    這就是告訴我們得救稱義的表現，不再是自我中心、我行我素，而是要「照耶和華─我們上帝所吩咐的一切誡命謹守遵行」。這也就是說，我們的信仰不是去追求非凡的經歷，而是要認識聖經的教訓，照聖經的教訓來生活！

 

    這是很重要的屬靈教導，我們唯有如此，才能將信仰傳遞下去。經歷是無法複製的，可是遵行上帝的教訓，也就是聖經的教導，是可以複製，更可以一代傳一代，一直在上帝的賜福中，直到永遠！

申命記6:16-19

 

6:16 「你們不可試探耶和華─你們的上帝，像你們在瑪撒那樣試探他。

6:17 要留意遵守耶和華─你們上帝所吩咐的誡命、法度、律例。

6:18 耶和華眼中看為正、看為善的，你都要遵行，使你可以享福，並可以進去得耶和華向你列祖起誓應許的那美地，

6:19 照耶和華所說的，從你面前攆出你的一切仇敵。

 

¹⁶ Do not put the Lord your God to the test as you did at Massah. ¹⁷ Be sure to keep the commands of the Lord your God and the stipulations and decrees he has given you. ¹⁸ Do what is right and good in the Lord’s sight, so that it may go well with you and you may go in and take over the good land the Lord promised on oath to your ancestors, ¹⁹ thrusting out all your enemies before you, as the Lord said.

    「瑪撒」的原文就是「試探的意思」。而以色列人在「瑪撒」試探上帝的事蹟，是記載在《出埃及記》17章1-7節。雖然是往事，卻在摩西的腦海中非常深刻的印象，所以摩西說：「你們不可試探耶和華─你們的上帝，像你們在瑪撒那樣試探他。」

 

    說到「試探」就是想用自己的方法證明上帝，而不是領受上帝所賜下的信心來信靠上帝。一般人說用試驗來驗證真理，這就是一種試探的心理。因為不肯定真理是不是真的，還要經過一切手續來證明。這樣做等於是真理是人的認定，而非人受真理來引導。也就是說，將人當主體，真理是客體。同樣人試探上帝，就是把上帝當客體，自己當主體。

 

    也因為這樣，人不可以試探上帝，不可以用自己的方式來驗證上帝。反過來人要遵從上帝的引導，將上帝的話成為我們的指標。也就是說，相信上帝的應許，也願意照上帝的指示來行。

 

    正如摩西在這裡說：「耶和華眼中看為正、看為善的，你都要遵行！」

 

    求主幫助，讓我們在聖靈的引導下，成為「確信」上帝的人，不再自我中心來「試探」或「證明」上帝！

 

 

 

申命記6:13-15

 

6:13 你要敬畏耶和華─你的上帝，事奉他，指著他的名起誓。

6:14 不可隨從別神，就是你們四圍國民的神；

6:15 因為在你們中間的耶和華─你上帝是忌邪的上帝，惟恐耶和華─你上帝的怒氣向你發作，就把你從地上除滅。

 

13 Fear the Lord your God, serve him only and take your oaths in his name. 14 Do not follow other gods, the gods of the peoples around you; 15 for the Lord your God, who is among you, is a jealous God and his anger will burn against you, and he will destroy you from the face of the land.

    摩西用迦南地原來的居民之下場來警戒以色列民，並且說明出上帝的屬性：忌邪。

 

    「忌邪」的原意是「忌妒」﹗也就是說，上帝喜歡上了以色列民，就有強烈的「佔有權」，是別神不能來取代的﹗若是有別神來取代上帝，會遭惹上帝的怒氣，進而被上帝滅絕，正如迦南當地的人一樣﹗

 

    正如主耶穌所說：「一個人不能事奉兩個主；不是惡這個、愛那個，就是重這個、輕那個。你們不能又事奉神，又事奉瑪門（瑪門：財利的意思）。」(馬太福音6:24)

 

    上帝要我們專一的來信靠祂，是不可以妥協的﹗對我們而言，祂為了救我們犧牲了獨生愛子，這更是何等的愛呢﹗我們豈可不愛祂呢﹗

 

 

申命記6:10-12

 

6:10 「耶和華─你的上帝領你進他向你列祖亞伯拉罕、以撒、雅各起誓應許給你的地。那裡有城邑，又大又美，非你所建造的；

6:11 有房屋，裝滿各樣美物，非你所裝滿的；有鑿成的水井，非你所鑿成的；還有葡萄園、橄欖園，非你所栽種的；你吃了而且飽足。

6:12 那時你要謹慎，免得你忘記將你從埃及地、為奴之家領出來的耶和華。

 

10 When the Lord your God brings you into the land he swore to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, to give you—a land with large, flourishing cities you did not build, 11 houses filled with all kinds of good things you did not provide, wells you did not dig, and vineyards and olive groves you did not plant—then when you eat and are satisfied, 12 be careful that you do not forget the Lord, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery.

    以色列人進入迦南地是接收當地人的城邑、房屋、水井、葡萄園、橄欖園、…等等，這些都不是他們經營來的，是上帝趕走迦南人讓他們來接收的﹗

 

    因此，摩西提醒他們：「那時你要謹慎，免得你忘記將你從埃及地、為奴之家領出來的耶和華。」

 

    這也說明，上帝子民所擁有的一切，是上帝賞賜的，是上帝莫大的恩惠﹗也因此，我們不可以忘記上帝，要存感謝的心來敬畏上帝﹗理當更是遵行上帝的教訓，來榮耀上帝﹗

 

    這也是為甚麼屬上帝的子民，要好好研讀聖經，思念上帝的恩惠，我們就不會忘記上帝的拯救了﹗

 

申命記6:1-3

 

6:1 「這是耶和華─你們上帝所吩咐教訓你們的誡命、律例、典章，使你們在所要過去得為業的地上遵行，

6:2 好叫你和你子子孫孫一生敬畏耶和華─你的上帝，謹守他的一切律例誡命，就是我所吩咐你的，使你的日子得以長久。

6:3 以色列啊，你要聽，要謹守遵行，使你可以在那流奶與蜜之地得以享福，人數極其增多，正如耶和華─你列祖的上帝所應許你的。

 

These are the commands, decrees and laws the Lord your God directed me to teach you to observe in the land that you are crossing the Jordan to possess, 2 so that you, your children and their children after them may fear the Lord your God as long as you live by keeping all his decrees and commands that I give you, and so that you may enjoy long life. 3 Hear, Israel, and be careful to obey so that it may go well with you and that you may increase greatly in a land flowing with milk and honey, just as the Lord, the God of your ancestors, promised you.

    遵行上帝的誡命、律例、典章是以色列人與其他民族分別的記號，也因此以色列人會將聖經編輯出來，將上帝各樣的啟示集中在一起，好可以有全面的認識。

 

    當然不管是領受上帝話語而書寫下來的，以及將上帝話語集中的，都是在聖靈的引導之下來完成。而其目的，就是讓上帝的話可以傳承下去。

 

    當然，不只是編輯，還要人宣講解釋，使人明白而能夠遵行，這是教會中為何要有解經、講道的傳道人，然而信徒的責任就是明白而實踐。

 

    求主幫主我們，讓我們如同過去的以色列人已實行上帝的誡命、律例、典章，成為真正上帝的兒女。
