那鴻書1章1-6節

 

1:1 論尼尼微的默示，就是伊勒歌斯人那鴻所得的默示。

1:2 耶和華是忌邪施報的神：耶和華施報大有憤怒，向他的敵人施報，向他的仇敵懷怒；

1:3 耶和華不輕易發怒，大有能力，萬不以有罪的為無罪。他乘旋風和暴風而來，雲彩為他腳下的塵土。

1:4 他斥責海，使海乾了，使一切江河乾涸。巴珊和迦密的樹林衰殘；利巴嫩的花草也衰殘了。

1:5 大山因他震動；小山也都消化。大地在他面前突起；世界和住在其間的也都如此。

1:6 他發憤恨，誰能立得住呢？他發烈怒，誰能當得起呢？他的憤怒如火傾倒；磐石因他崩裂。

    很多時候，人傳福音都不提上帝會生氣與發怒，其實這是不恰當的。

 

    上帝是會「發怒」的，尤其是對「罪惡」更是如此。所以，我們需要耶穌基督的救恩，才不會生活在祂的烈怒之中。

 

 

那鴻書 1:3

耶和華不輕易發怒，大有能力，萬不以有罪的為無罪。他乘旋風和暴風而來，雲彩為他腳下的塵土。

 

The Lord is slow to anger but great in power;

    the Lord will not leave the guilty unpunished.

His way is in the whirlwind and the storm,

    and clouds are the dust of his feet.

    先知領受上帝的默示後，上帝並沒有直接限制先知的表達方式，仍然讓先知可以發揮其文學造義的方式來描述，使他們可以用精準的文字或話語，將其表明清楚。

 

    正如我們現在所閱讀的，「他乘旋風和暴風而來，雲彩為他腳下的塵土」。將上帝的作為和行動表達得十分貼切，甚至讓人覺得激賞！實在描寫得太逼真了，讓人感受上帝活現在眼前！

 

    而先知更將上帝的屬性描寫得十分生動：「耶和華不輕易發怒，大有能力，萬不以有罪的為無罪。」

 

    是的，上帝對我們是慈愛的，但是對罪惡是恨惡的！我們屬乎上帝的人，也當有這樣的性情，要愛上帝所愛、恨上帝所恨的事，如此才能真正與上帝同心同行！

 

 

 

 

那鴻書1:2

 

耶和華是忌邪施報的上帝。耶和華施報大有忿怒；向他的敵人施報，向他的仇敵懷怒。

 

The Lord is a jealous and avenging God;

    the Lord takes vengeance and is filled with wrath.

The Lord takes vengeance on his foes

    and vents his wrath against his enemies.

    上帝不只有慈愛的一面，也有忿怒的一面！正如先知在這裡說到：「耶和華是忌邪施報的上帝！」

 

    然而《那鴻書》為何會這樣的宣告呢﹖就是因為論到尼尼微，這對以色列是一個邪惡的城市，是因為這是亞述帝國的首都。而亞述是滅亡以色列的國家，是以色列所痛惡的。相對的，這也使上帝所痛惡的！

 

    也因為這樣，《那鴻書》用嚴厲的口氣說話是非常正常的，也因此做這會以惡人角度來看亞述，發出警告的話：「耶和華施報大有忿怒；向他的敵人施報，向他的仇敵懷怒。」

 

    今日「烏俄戰爭」的發生，更讓我們想到俄羅斯就如同亞述一般，是可惡的侵略者，這樣的話也再次提醒我們上帝的性情和作為，讓我們相信上帝得公義必定會彰顯，侵略者必敗！

 

 

那鴻書1:7

 

耶和華本為善，在患難的日子為人的保障，並且認得那些投靠他的人。

The Lord is good,

 a stronghold in the day of trouble;

 he knows those who take refuge in him.

    上帝非常奇妙，祂竟然『在患難的日子為人的保障，並且認得那些投靠他的人』。

    所以，我們要勇敢將自己交托在上帝的手中，由其在患難的日子，讓我們來體會從上帝而來的保護，祂要我們以他為保障。所以我們面臨越大困難，我們越要倚靠主，祂大能的手必要牽引我們。

    在這裡先知更說到，上帝『並且認得那些投靠他的人』。也就是說，越在苦難中，上帝與我們越親近，越清楚我們的需要。

    因此，我們不要害怕在患難中，這是我們經歷上帝大能和慈愛的時機，祂憐憫的心腸，必讓我們經歷祂奇妙的安慰。

那鴻書3:8-19

3:8 你豈比挪亞們強呢？挪亞們坐落在眾河之間，周圍有水；海（指尼羅河）作她的濠溝，又作她的城牆。

3:9 古實和埃及是她無窮的力量；弗人和路比族是她的幫手。

3:10 但她被遷移，被擄去；她的嬰孩在各市口上也被摔死。人為她的尊貴人拈鬮；她所有的大人都被鍊子鎖著。

3:11 你也必喝醉，必被埋藏，並因仇敵的緣故尋求避難所。

3:12 你一切保障必像無花果樹上初熟的無花果，若一搖撼就落在想吃之人的口中。

3:13 你地上的人民如同婦女；你國中的關口向仇敵敞開；你的門閂被火焚燒。

3:14 你要打水預備受困；要堅固你的保障，踹土和泥，修補磚窯。

3:15 在那裡，火必燒滅你；刀必殺戮你，吞滅你如同蝻子。任你加增人數多如蝻子，多如蝗蟲吧！

3:16 你增添商賈，多過天上的星；蝻子吃盡而去。

3:17 你的首領多如蝗蟲；你的軍長彷彿成群的螞蚱，天涼的時候齊落在籬笆上，日頭一出便都飛去，人不知道落在何處。

3:18 亞述王啊，你的牧人睡覺；你的貴冑安歇；你的人民散在山間，無人招聚。

3:19 你的損傷無法醫治；你的傷痕極其重大。凡聽你信息的必都因此向你拍掌。你所行的惡誰沒有時常遭遇呢？

Are you better than Thebes

that sat by the Nile,

with water around her,

her rampart a sea,

and water her wall?

  Cush was her strength;

Egypt too, and that without limit;

Put and the Libyans were her helpers.

  Yet she became an exile;

she went into captivity;

her infants were dashed in pieces

at the head of every street;

for her honored men lots were cast,

and all her great men were bound in chains.

  You also will be drunken;

you will go into hiding;

you will seek a refuge from the enemy.

  All your fortresses are like fig trees

with first-ripe figs—

if shaken they fall

into the mouth of the eater.

  Behold, your troops

are women in your midst.

The gates of your land

are wide open to your enemies;

fire has devoured your bars.

  Draw water for the siege;

strengthen your forts;

go into the clay;

tread the mortar;

take hold of the brick mold!

  There will the fire devour you;

the sword will cut you off.

It will devour you like the locust.

Multiply yourselves like the locust;

multiply like the grasshopper!

  You increased your merchants

more than the stars of the heavens.

The locust spreads its wings and flies away.

  Your princes are like grasshoppers,

your scribes like clouds of locusts

settling on the fences

in a day of cold—

when the sun rises, they fly away;

no one knows where they are.

  Your shepherds are asleep,

O king of Assyria;

your nobles slumber.

Your people are scattered on the mountains

with none to gather them.

  There is no easing your hurt;

your wound is grievous.

All who hear the news about you

clap their hands over you.

For upon whom has not come

your unceasing evil?
