西番雅書2:3

世上遵守耶和華典章的謙卑人哪，你們都當尋求耶和華！當尋求公義謙卑，或者在耶和華發怒的日子可以隱藏起來。

 

Seek the Lord, all who are humble,

    and follow his commands.

Seek to do what is right

    and to live humbly.

Perhaps even yet the Lord will protect you—

    protect you from his anger on that day of destruction.

    說到耶和華發怒的日子，沒有一個人是不會害怕的！人的發怒就讓我們受不了，更何況是上帝的發怒！因為上帝是創造主，祂的能力是無可限量的，祂的怒氣更是不可限量的！

 

    然而人犯罪，所要面對的是上帝的列怒，這個是超過人所能承受的，就是所謂的滅亡。滅亡不是一死百了，而是要承受上帝永遠的怒氣！也因此我們需要一個遮蔽來保護我們，使我們不必承受無窮無盡的怒氣！

 

    而誰有能耐成為我們與上帝怒氣之間的遮蔽者？就是主耶穌基督！這是上帝所設立的唯一遮蓋，是出於上帝莫大的恩典，不是出於我們夠不夠資格，完全是出於上帝的作為！

 

    因此救贖之恩，是上帝設立，透過主耶穌完成，聖靈將主耶穌完成的實現在我們身上！是上帝的恩典，我們只能感謝領受！

 

西番雅書1章1-7節

 

1:1 當猶大王亞們的兒子約西亞在位的時候，耶和華的話臨到希西家的玄孫，亞瑪利雅的曾孫，基大利的孫子，古示的兒子西番雅。

1:2 耶和華說，我必從地上除滅萬類。

1:3 我必除滅人和牲畜，與空中的鳥、海裏的魚，以及絆腳石和惡人；我必將人從地上剪除。這是耶和華說的。

1:4 我必伸手攻擊猶大和耶路撒冷的一切居民，也必從這地方剪除所剩下的巴力；並基瑪林的名和祭司，

1:5 與那些在房頂上敬拜天上萬象的，並那些敬拜耶和華指著他起誓；又指著瑪勒堪起誓的，

1:6 與那些轉去不跟從耶和華的，和不尋求耶和華也不訪問他的；

1:7 你要在主耶和華面前靜默無聲，因為耶和華的日子快到。耶和華已經預備祭物，將他的客分別為聖。

    「耶和華的日子」是西番雅書重要之信息，對基督徒而言這日子是「主耶穌再來領我們進入榮耀之中」的日子！

 

    在那日我們要因主耶穌的救恩與上帝國之實現，而被分別為聖，享有永恆之榮耀，這是美好無比的！

 

 

西番雅書3:14-17

3:14 錫安的民哪，應當歌唱！以色列啊，應當歡呼！耶路撒冷的民哪，應當滿心歡喜快樂！
3:15 耶和華已經除去你的刑罰，趕出你的仇敵。以色列的王─耶和華在你中間；你必不再懼怕災禍。
3:16 當那日，必有話向耶路撒冷說：不要懼怕！錫安哪；不要手軟！
3:17 耶和華─你的上帝是施行拯救、大有能力的主。他在你中間必因你歡欣喜樂，默然愛你，且因你喜樂而歡呼。

 

Sing, O Daughter of Zion; shout aloud, O Israel! Be glad and rejoice with all your heart, O Daughter of Jerusalem! The LORD has taken away your punishment, he has turned back your enemy. The LORD, the King of Israel, is with you; never again will you fear any harm. On that day they will say to Jerusalem , ‘Do not fear, O Zion; do not let your hands hang limp. The LORD your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing.’

    這是歡樂的頌歌，因為『上主已經解除對你的懲罰；他已經殲滅你所有的仇敵。上主─以色列的王與你同在；你再也不必懼怕災害。時候要到了，他們要對耶路撒冷說：錫安城啊，不要害怕！不要讓你的手發軟！上主─你的上帝與你同在；他的大能使你得勝。他要因你歡悅；他的慈愛要賜你新生命。他要因你喜樂歌唱，……』

    所以，有上帝的同在是件喜樂的事，這是以色列人歡喜過節的日子，尤其是上帝榮光顯現的時候！

    我們的上帝是真神，並且樂意與人同在的上帝，正如啟示錄21章1-4節：『接著，我看見一個新天新地。那先前的天和地不見了，海也消失了。我又看見聖城，就是新耶路撒冷，由上帝那裏，從天上降下來，像打扮好了的新娘來迎接她的丈夫。我聽見有大聲音從寶座上發出，說：「上帝的家在人間了！他要和人住在一起，而他們要作他的子民。上帝要親自與他們同在，要作他們的上帝。他要擦乾他們每一滴眼淚；不再有死亡，也沒有悲傷、哭泣，或痛苦。以往的事都已經過去了。」』

    祂對祂的子民是何等之親切，何等慈愛，是賜給人福樂的上帝。所以，信靠上帝的人是多麼有福的人啊！

 

西番雅書3:18-20

3:18 那些屬你、為無大會愁煩、因你擔當羞辱的，我必聚集他們。

3:19 那時，我必罰辦一切苦待你的人，又拯救你瘸腿的，聚集你被趕出的。那些在全地受羞辱的，我必使他們得稱讚，有名聲。

3:20 那時，我必領你們進來，聚集你們；我使你們被擄之人歸回的時候，就必使你們在地上的萬民中有名聲，得稱讚。這是耶和華說的。

I will gather those of you who mourn for the festival,

so that you will no longer suffer reproach.

  Behold, at that time I will deal

with all your oppressors.

And I will save the lame

and gather the outcast,

and I will change their shame into praise

and renown in all the earth.

  At that time I will bring you in,

at the time when I gather you together;

for I will make you renowned and praised

among all the peoples of the earth,

when I restore your fortunes

before your eyes,” says the Lord.

    對以色列人而言，被擄歸回，是他們莫大的盼望！正如我們今日的基督徒是盼望主耶穌的再臨，上帝國的實現！

西番雅書3:9-13

3:9 那時，我必使萬民用清潔的言語好求告我─耶和華的名，同心合意地事奉我。

3:10 祈禱我的，就是我所分散的民（原文是女子；下同），必從古實河外來，給我獻供物。

3:11 當那日，你必不因你一切得罪我的事自覺羞愧；因為那時我必從你中間除掉矜誇高傲之輩，你也不再於我的聖山狂傲。

3:12 我卻要在你中間留下困苦貧寒的民；他們必投靠我─耶和華的名。

3:13 以色列所剩下的人必不作罪孽，不說謊言，口中也沒有詭詐的舌頭；而且吃喝躺臥，無人驚嚇。

“For at that time I will change the speech of the peoples

to a pure speech,

that all of them may call upon the name of the Lord

and serve him with one accord.

  From beyond the rivers of Cush

my worshipers, the daughter of my dispersed ones,

shall bring my offering.

  “On that day you shall not be put to shame

because of the deeds by which you have rebelled against me;

for then I will remove from your midst

your proudly exultant ones,

and you shall no longer be haughty

in my holy mountain.

  But I will leave in your midst

a people humble and lowly.

They shall seek refuge in the name of the Lord,

  those who are left in Israel;

they shall do no injustice

and speak no lies,

nor shall there be found in their mouth

a deceitful tongue.

For they shall graze and lie down,

and none shall make them afraid.”

    上帝的拯救要帶來真正的和樂，因為祂要除去人的罪，使人享受真正的平安！

西番雅書3:6-8

3:6 我─耶和華已經除滅列國的民；他們的城樓毀壞。我使他們的街道荒涼，以致無人經過；他們的城邑毀滅，以致無人，也無居民。

3:7 我說：你只要敬畏我，領受訓誨；如此，你的住處不致照我所擬定的除滅。只是你們從早起來就在一切事上敗壞自己。

3:8 耶和華說：你們要等候我，直到我興起擄掠的日子；因為我已定意招聚列國，聚集列邦，將我的惱怒─就是我的烈怒都傾在她們身上。我的忿怒如火，必燒滅全地。

“I have cut off nations;

their battlements are in ruins;

I have laid waste their streets

so that no one walks in them;

their cities have been made desolate,

without a man, without an inhabitant.

  I said, ‘Surely you will fear me;

you will accept correction.

Then your dwelling would not be cut off

according to all that I have appointed against you.’

But all the more they were eager

to make all their deeds corrupt.

  “Therefore wait for me,” declares the Lord,

“for the day when I rise up to seize the prey.

For my decision is to gather nations,

to assemble kingdoms,

to pour out upon them my indignation,

all my burning anger;

for in the fire of my jealousy

all the earth shall be consumed.

   上帝的憤怒要臨到全地，是因為人的罪惡滿貫，惹動上帝的怒氣！
