約書亞記16:1-10

16:1 約瑟的子孫拈鬮所得之地是從靠近耶利哥的約旦河起，以耶利哥東邊的水為界：從耶利哥上去，通過山地的曠野，到伯特利；
16:2 又從伯特利到路斯，接連到亞基人的境界，至亞他綠；
16:3 又往西下到押利提人的境界，到下伯‧和崙的境界，直到基色，通到海為止。
16:4 約瑟的兒子瑪拿西、以法蓮就得了他們的地業。
16:5 以法蓮子孫的境界，按著宗族所得的，記在下面：他們地業的東界是亞他綠‧亞達到上伯‧和崙；
16:6 往西通到北邊的密米他，又向東繞到他納‧示羅，又接連到雅挪哈的東邊；
16:7 從雅挪哈下到亞他綠，又到拿拉，達到耶利哥，通到約旦河為止；
16:8 從他普亞往西，到加拿河，直通到海為止。這就是以法蓮支派按著宗族所得的地業。
16:9 另外在瑪拿西人地業中得了些城邑和屬城的村莊。這都是分給以法蓮子孫的。
16:10 他們沒有趕出住基色的迦南人；迦南人卻住在以法蓮人中間，成為做苦工的僕人，直到今日。

The allotment for Joseph began at the Jordan, east of the springs of Jericho, and went up from there through the desert into the hill country of Bethel. ² It went on from Bethel (that is, Luz),^[a] crossed over to the territory of the Arkites in Ataroth, ³ descended westward to the territory of the Japhletites as far as the region of Lower Beth Horon and on to Gezer, ending at the Mediterranean Sea.

⁴ So Manasseh and Ephraim, the descendants of Joseph, received their inheritance.

⁵ This was the territory of Ephraim, according to its clans:

The boundary of their inheritance went from Ataroth Addar in the east to Upper Beth Horon ⁶ and continued to the Mediterranean Sea. From Mikmethath on the north it curved eastward to Taanath Shiloh, passing by it to Janoah on the east. ⁷ Then it went down from Janoah to Ataroth and Naarah, touched Jericho and came out at the Jordan. ⁸ From Tappuah the border went west to the Kanah Ravine and ended at the Mediterranean Sea. This was the inheritance of the tribe of the Ephraimites, according to its clans. ⁹ It also included all the towns and their villages that were set aside for the Ephraimites within the inheritance of the Manassites.

¹⁰ They did not dislodge the Canaanites living in Gezer; to this day the Canaanites live among the people of Ephraim but are required to do forced labor.

    從《約書亞記》的記載中，我們感受到約瑟的子孫似乎慢慢的沒落，不像猶大的子孫積極的！尤其是10節的記載，給我們看見意有所指：「他們沒有趕出住基色的迦南人；迦南人卻住在以法蓮人中間，成為做苦工的僕人，直到今日。」

    本來上帝的命令是要他們將迦南人趕出和滅絕的，使要避免祂們受到迦南人的惡俗影響而敬拜別神。為了避免的方式就是要滅絕，不可以存留，因為文化的影響力是很大的！雖然留迦南人成為作苦工的僕人，即使把他們的時間綁死死，他們內在的心思還在，他們可以趁主人鬆懈的時候，七做八做，進行他們的儀式，在適當的時機死灰復燃！甚至也有可能反撲以色列人，成為他們的困擾！

    其實在我們信主之後，也有許多未對付完全的罪，常常牽絆我們，成為我們的網羅，使我們得罪上帝，讓聖靈憂傷！雖然一次再一次的認罪禱告，也不能完全脫離它們的綑綁！

    親愛的弟兄姊妹，遇到這樣的情形不要灰心失望，仍然要來到上帝面前，再次倚靠耶穌基督的寶血遮蓋，這是我們生命中不可避免的刺，也是魔鬼的僕役常常攻擊我們的！不過這些雖然困擾我們，卻是提醒我們不可以靠自己，要倚靠耶穌基督來到上帝面前，並且盼望耶穌基督快快再來，我們就可以完全得贖，不再在受到這些罪和軟弱來綑綁了！

詩篇99:1-9

99:1 耶和華作王；萬民當戰抖！他坐在二基路伯上，地當動搖。
99:2 耶和華在錫安為大；他超乎萬民之上。
99:3 他們當稱讚他大而可畏的名；他本為聖！
99:4 王有能力，喜愛公平，堅立公正，在雅各中施行公平和公義。
99:5 你們當尊崇耶和華─我們的上帝，在他腳凳前下拜。他本為聖！
99:6 在他的祭司中有摩西和亞倫；在求告他名的人中有撒母耳。他們求告耶和華，他就應允他們。
99:7 他在雲柱中對他們說話；他們遵守他的法度和他所賜給他們的律例。
99:8 耶和華─我們的上帝啊，你應允他們；你是赦免他們的上帝，卻按他們所行的報應他們。
99:9 你們要尊崇耶和華─我們的上帝，在他的聖山下拜，因為耶和華─我們的上帝本為聖！

¹ The Lord reigns,
    let the nations tremble;
he sits enthroned between the cherubim,
    let the earth shake.
² Great is the Lord in Zion;
    he is exalted over all the nations.
³ Let them praise your great and awesome name—
    he is holy.

⁴ The King is mighty, he loves justice—
    you have established equity;
in Jacob you have done
    what is just and right.
⁵ Exalt the Lord our God
    and worship at his footstool;
    he is holy.

⁶ Moses and Aaron were among his priests,
    Samuel was among those who called on his name;
they called on the Lord
    and he answered them.
⁷ He spoke to them from the pillar of cloud;
    they kept his statutes and the decrees he gave them.

⁸ Lord our God,
    you answered them;
you were to Israel a forgiving God,
    though you punished their misdeeds.^[a]
9 Exalt the Lord our God
    and worship at his holy mountain,
    for the Lord our God is holy.

    這首詩篇出現三次「本為聖」來宣告上帝的「獨一性」！這也就是說上帝是無法用其他的事物來比擬的，是無法用人的想像、或雕刻、或圖畫、或言語、或音樂、…來表達！也因為這樣，上帝是人無法掌控，無法馴化的，如同其他的受造物！

 

    反過來人應當受到上帝的約束和掌管，是人要敬拜上帝，要受上帝的審判，而且是無法逃避祂的！也唯有祂是實實在在的存有，是永恆的！祂所創造的天地和我們，有一天是會過去的！也因為如此，我們要謙卑俯伏在祂面前！

 

    然而這一位大而可畏的上帝，竟然對我們施恩與憐憫！因為人類是按他自己的形象和樣式造的，祂是多麼珍寶我們，甚至為了我們因為罪和祂隔離，犧牲自己的愛子為挽回祭，使祂的心被挽回不丟棄祂所愛的人類，又賜下聖靈引導我們活出上帝兒女的樣式，使基督成形在我們心中，又讓我們在基督裡享受永生之福！

 

    思想到這些，不必等詩人說：「他們當稱讚他大而可畏的名；他本為聖！」「你們當尊崇耶和華─我們的上帝，在他腳凳前下拜。他本為聖！」「你們要尊崇耶和華─我們的上帝，在他的聖山下拜，因為耶和華─我們的上帝本為聖！」就已經心尊祂為聖了！

 

約書亞記15:1-63

15:1 猶大支派按著宗族拈鬮所得之地是在儘南邊，到以東的交界，向南直到尋的曠野。
15:2 他們的南界是從鹽海的儘邊，就是從朝南的海汊起，
15:3 通到亞克拉濱坡的南邊，接連到尋，上到加低斯‧巴尼亞的南邊，又過希斯崙，上到亞達珥，繞到甲加，
15:4 接連到押們，通到埃及小河，直通到海為止。這就是他們的南界。
15:5 東界是從鹽海南邊到約旦河口。北界是從約旦河口的海汊起，
15:6 上到伯‧曷拉，過伯‧亞拉巴的北邊，上到流便之子波罕的磐石；
15:7 從亞割谷往北，上到底璧，直向河南亞都冥坡對面的吉甲；又接連到隱‧示麥泉，直通到隱‧羅結，
15:8 上到欣嫩子谷，貼近耶布斯的南界（耶布斯就是耶路撒冷）；又上到欣嫩谷西邊的山頂，就是在利乏音谷極北的邊界；
15:9 又從山頂延到尼弗多亞的水源，通到以弗崙山的城邑，又延到巴拉（巴拉就是基列‧耶琳）；
15:10 又從巴拉往西繞到西珥山，接連到耶琳山的北邊（耶琳就是基撒崙）；又下到伯‧示麥過亭納，
15:11 通到以革倫北邊，延到施基崙，接連到巴拉山；又通到雅比聶，直通到海為止。
15:12 西界就是大海和靠近大海之地。這是猶大人按著宗族所得之地四圍的交界。
15:13 約書亞照耶和華所吩咐的，將猶大人中的一段地，就是基列‧亞巴，分給耶孚尼的兒子迦勒。亞巴是亞衲族的始祖（基列‧亞巴就是希伯崙）。
15:14 迦勒就從那裡趕出亞衲族的三個族長，就是示篩、亞希幔、撻買；
15:15 又從那裡上去，攻擊底璧的居民。（這底璧從前名叫基列‧西弗。）
15:16 迦勒說：「誰能攻打基列‧西弗將城奪取，我就把我女兒押撒給他為妻。」
15:17 迦勒兄弟基納斯的兒子俄陀聶奪取了那城，迦勒就把女兒押撒給他為妻。
15:18 押撒過門的時候，勸丈夫向她父親求一塊田，押撒一下驢，迦勒問她說：「你要甚麼？」
15:19 她說：「求你賜福給我，你既將我安置在南地，求你也給我水泉。」她父親就把上泉下泉賜給她。
15:20 以下是猶大支派按著宗族所得的產業。
15:21 猶大支派儘南邊的城邑，與以東交界相近的，就是甲薛、以得、雅姑珥、
15:22 基拿、底摩拿、亞大達、
15:23 基低斯、夏瑣、以提楠、
15:24 西弗、提鍊、比亞綠、
15:25 夏瑣‧哈大他、加略‧希斯崙（加略‧希斯崙就是夏瑣）、
15:26 亞曼、示瑪、摩拉大、
15:27 哈薩‧迦大、黑實門、伯‧帕列、
15:28 哈薩‧書亞、別是巴、比斯約他、
15:29 巴拉、以因、以森、
15:30 伊勒多臘、基失、何珥瑪、
15:31 洗革拉、麥瑪拿、三撒拿、
15:32 利巴勿、實忻、亞因、臨門，共二十九座城，還有屬城的村莊。
15:33 在高原有以實陶、瑣拉、亞實拿、

15:39 拉吉、波斯加、伊磯倫、
15:40 迦本、拉幔、基提利、
15:41 基低羅、伯‧大袞、拿瑪、瑪基大，共十六座城，還有屬城的村莊。
15:42 又有立拿、以帖、亞珊、
15:43 益弗他、亞實拿、尼悉、
15:44 基伊拉、亞革悉、瑪利沙，共九座城，還有屬城的村莊。
15:45 又有以革倫和屬以革倫的鎮市村莊；
15:46 從以革倫直到海，一切靠近亞實突之地，並屬其地的村莊。
15:47 亞實突和屬亞實突的鎮市村莊；迦薩和屬迦薩的鎮市村莊；直到埃及小河，並大海和靠近大海之地。
15:48 在山地有沙密、雅提珥、梭哥、
15:49 大拿、基列‧薩拿（基列‧薩拿就是底璧）、
15:50 亞拿伯、以實提莫、亞念、
15:51 歌珊、何倫、基羅，共十一座城，還有屬城的村莊。
15:52 又有亞拉、度瑪、以珊、
15:53 雅農、伯‧他普亞、亞非加、
15:54 宏他、基列‧亞巴（基列‧亞巴就是希伯崙）、洗珥，共九座城，還有屬城的村莊。
15:55 又有瑪雲、迦密、西弗、淤他、
15:56 耶斯列、約甸、撒挪亞、
15:57 該隱、基比亞、亭納，共十座城，還有屬城的村莊。
15:58 又有哈忽、伯‧夙、基突、
15:59 瑪臘、伯‧亞諾、伊勒提君，共六座城，還有屬城的村莊。
15:60 又有基列‧巴力（基列‧巴力就是基列‧耶琳）、拉巴，共兩座城，還有屬城的村莊。
15:61 在曠野有伯‧亞拉巴、密丁、西迦迦、
15:62 匿珊、鹽城、隱‧基底，共六座城，還有屬城的村莊。
15:63 至於住耶路撒冷的耶布斯人，猶大人不能把他們趕出去，耶布斯人卻在耶路撒冷與猶大人同住，直到今日。

The allotment for the tribe of Judah, according to its clans, extended down to the territory of Edom, to the Desert of Zin in the extreme south.

² Their southern boundary started from the bay at the southern end of the Dead Sea, ³ crossed south of Scorpion Pass, continued on to Zin and went over to the south of Kadesh Barnea. Then it ran past Hezron up to Addar and curved around to Karka. ⁴ It then passed along to Azmon and joined the Wadi of Egypt, ending at the Mediterranean Sea. This is their^[a] southern boundary.

⁵ The eastern boundary is the Dead Sea as far as the mouth of the Jordan.

The northern boundary started from the bay of the sea at the mouth of the Jordan, ⁶ went up to Beth Hoglah and continued north of Beth Arabah to the Stone of Bohan son of Reuben. ⁷ The boundary then went up to Debir from the Valley of Achor and turned north to Gilgal, which faces the Pass of Adummim south of the gorge. It continued along to the waters of En Shemesh and came out at En Rogel. ⁸ Then it ran up the Valley of Ben Hinnom along the southern slope of the Jebusite city (that is, Jerusalem). From there it climbed to the top of the hill west of the Hinnom Valley at the northern end of the Valley of Rephaim. ⁹ From the hilltop the boundary headed toward the spring of the waters of Nephtoah, came out at the towns of Mount Ephron and went down toward Baalah (that is, Kiriath Jearim). ¹⁰ Then it curved westward from Baalah to Mount Seir, ran along the northern slope of Mount Jearim (that is, Kesalon), continued down to Beth Shemesh and crossed to Timnah. ¹¹ It went to the northern slope of Ekron, turned toward Shikkeron, passed along to Mount Baalah and reached Jabneel. The boundary ended at the sea.

¹² The western boundary is the coastline of the Mediterranean Sea.

These are the boundaries around the people of Judah by their clans.

¹³ In accordance with the Lord’s command to him, Joshua gave to Caleb son of Jephunneh a portion in Judah—Kiriath Arba, that is, Hebron. (Arba was the forefather of Anak.) ¹⁴ From Hebron Caleb drove out the three Anakites—Sheshai, Ahiman and Talmai, the sons of Anak. ¹⁵ From there he marched against the people living in Debir (formerly called Kiriath Sepher). ¹⁶ And Caleb said, “I will give my daughter Aksah in marriage to the man who attacks and captures Kiriath Sepher.” ¹⁷ Othniel son of Kenaz, Caleb’s brother, took it; so Caleb gave his daughter Aksah to him in marriage.

¹⁸ One day when she came to Othniel, she urged him^[b] to ask her father for a field. When she got off her donkey, Caleb asked her, “What can I do for you?”

¹⁹ She replied, “Do me a special favor. Since you have given me land in the Negev, give me also springs of water.” So Caleb gave her the upper and lower springs.

Kabzeel, Eder, Jagur, ²² Kinah, Dimonah, Adadah, ²³ Kedesh, Hazor, Ithnan, ²⁴ Ziph, Telem, Bealoth, ²⁵ Hazor Hadattah, Kerioth Hezron (that is, Hazor), ²⁶ Amam, Shema, Moladah, ²⁷ Hazar Gaddah, Heshmon, Beth Pelet, ²⁸ Hazar Shual, Beersheba, Biziothiah, ²⁹ Baalah, Iyim, Ezem, ³⁰ Eltolad, Kesil, Hormah, ³¹ Ziklag, Madmannah, Sansannah, ³² Lebaoth, Shilhim, Ain and Rimmon—a total of twenty-nine towns and their villages.

³³ In the western foothills:

Eshtaol, Zorah, Ashnah, ³⁴ Zanoah, En Gannim, Tappuah, Enam, ³⁵ Jarmuth, Adullam, Sokoh, Azekah, ³⁶ Shaaraim, Adithaim and Gederah (or Gederothaim)^[c]—fourteen towns and their villages.

³⁷ Zenan, Hadashah, Migdal Gad, ³⁸ Dilean, Mizpah, Joktheel, ³⁹ Lachish, Bozkath, Eglon, ⁴⁰ Kabbon, Lahmas, Kitlish, ⁴¹ Gederoth, Beth Dagon, Naamah and Makkedah—sixteen towns and their villages.

⁴² Libnah, Ether, Ashan, ⁴³ Iphtah, Ashnah, Nezib, ⁴⁴ Keilah, Akzib and Mareshah—nine towns and their villages.

⁴⁵ Ekron, with its surrounding settlements and villages; ⁴⁶ west of Ekron, all that were in the vicinity of Ashdod, together with their villages; ⁴⁷ Ashdod, its surrounding settlements and villages; and Gaza, its settlements and villages, as far as the Wadi of Egypt and the coastline of the Mediterranean Sea.

⁴⁸ In the hill country:

Shamir, Jattir, Sokoh, ⁴⁹ Dannah, Kiriath Sannah (that is, Debir), ⁵⁰ Anab, Eshtemoh, Anim, ⁵¹ Goshen, Holon and Giloh—eleven towns and their villages.

⁵² Arab, Dumah, Eshan, ⁵³ Janim, Beth Tappuah, Aphekah, ⁵⁴ Humtah, Kiriath Arba (that is, Hebron) and Zior—nine towns and their villages.

⁵⁵ Maon, Carmel, Ziph, Juttah, ⁵⁶ Jezreel, Jokdeam, Zanoah, ⁵⁷ Kain, Gibeah and Timnah—ten towns and their villages.

⁵⁸ Halhul, Beth Zur, Gedor, ⁵⁹ Maarath, Beth Anoth and Eltekon—six towns and their villages.^[d]

⁶⁰ Kiriath Baal (that is, Kiriath Jearim) and Rabbah—two towns and their villages.

⁶¹ In the wilderness:

Beth Arabah, Middin, Sekakah, ⁶² Nibshan, the City of Salt and En Gedi—six towns and their villages.

⁶³ Judah could not dislodge the Jebusites, who were living in Jerusalem; to this day the Jebusites live there with the people of Judah.

    在聖經中記載許多積極進取的人，正如這裡有迦勒、俄陀聶和押撒。讓人看見信靠主的生命是不一樣的，因為有主的同在，遇到任何的事情，相信上帝必定幫助與解決！

    許多相信「宿命論」的人也相信「命中注定」，但是他們相信的「命中注定」是替自己的失敗找藉口，讓良心得到的安慰，認為失敗不在於自己，也不檢討原因來改進自己或用其他策略，於是一厥不振，甘願向下沉淪，不願向上提升！

    而這裡的俄陀聶後來上帝也大大使用他，讓他成為士師，正如《士師記》3章7-11節所說：「以色列人行耶和華眼中看為惡的事，忘記耶和華─他們的上帝，去事奉諸巴力和亞舍拉，所以耶和華的怒氣向以色列人發作，就把他們交在美索不達米亞王古珊‧利薩田的手中。以色列人服事古珊‧利薩田八年。以色列人呼求耶和華的時候，耶和華就為他們興起一位拯救者救他們，就是迦勒兄弟基納斯的兒子俄陀聶。耶和華的靈降在他身上，他就作了以色列的士師，出去爭戰。耶和華將美索不達米亞王古珊‧利薩田交在他手中，他便勝了古珊‧利薩田。於是國中太平四十年。基納斯的兒子俄陀聶死了。」

    求主賜福給我們向俄陀聶，得「上泉下泉」之福，在地上靠主凡事亨通，在將來享永生之福！
