約翰福音3:1-21

 

3:1 有一個法利賽人，名叫尼哥底母，是猶太人的官。
3:2 這人夜裡來見耶穌，說：「拉比，我們知道你是由上帝那裡來作師傅的；因為你所行的神蹟，若沒有上帝同在，無人能行。」
3:3 耶穌回答說：「我實實在在地告訴你，人若不重生，就不能見上帝的國。」
3:4 尼哥底母說：「人已經老了，如何能重生呢？豈能再進母腹生出來嗎？」
3:5 耶穌說：「我實實在在地告訴你，人若不是從水和聖靈生的，就不能進上帝的國。
3:6 從肉身生的就是肉身；從靈生的就是靈。
3:7 我說：『你們必須重生』，你不要以為希奇。
3:8 風隨著意思吹，你聽見風的響聲，卻不曉得從哪裡來，往哪裡去；凡從聖靈生的，也是如此。」
3:9 尼哥底母問他說：「怎能有這事呢？」
3:10 耶穌回答說：「你是以色列人的先生，還不明白這事嗎？
3:11 我實實在在地告訴你，我們所說的是我們知道的；我們所見證的是我們見過的；你們卻不領受我們的見證。
3:12 我對你們說地上的事，你們尚且不信，若說天上的事，如何能信呢？
3:13 除了從天降下、仍舊在天的人子，沒有人升過天。
3:14 摩西在曠野怎樣舉蛇，人子也必照樣被舉起來，
3:15 叫一切信他的都得永生（或譯：叫一切信的人在他裡面得永生）。
3:16 「上帝愛世人，甚至將他的獨生子賜給他們，叫一切信他的，不致滅亡，反得永生。
3:17 因為上帝差他的兒子降世，不是要定世人的罪（或譯：審判世人；下同），乃是要叫世人因他得救。
3:18 信他的人，不被定罪；不信的人，罪已經定了，因為他不信上帝獨生子的名。
3:19 光來到世間，世人因自己的行為是惡的，不愛光，倒愛黑暗，定他們的罪就是在此。
3:20 凡作惡的便恨光，並不來就光，恐怕他的行為受責備。
3:21 但行真理的必來就光，要顯明他所行的是靠上帝而行。」

 

Now there was a Pharisee, a man named Nicodemus who was a member of the Jewish ruling council. ² He came to Jesus at night and said, “Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one could perform the signs you are doing if God were not with him.”

³ Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.^[a]”

⁴ “How can someone be born when they are old?” Nicodemus asked. “Surely they cannot enter a second time into their mother’s womb to be born!”

⁵ Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit. ⁶ Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit^[b] gives birth to spirit. ⁷ You should not be surprised at my saying, ‘You^[c] must be born again.’ ⁸ The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.”^[d]

⁹ “How can this be?” Nicodemus asked.

¹⁰ “You are Israel’s teacher,” said Jesus, “and do you not understand these things? ¹¹ Very truly I tell you, we speak of what we know, and we testify to what we have seen, but still you people do not accept our testimony. ¹² I have spoken to you of earthly things and you do not believe; how then will you believe if I speak of heavenly things? ¹³ No one has ever gone into heaven except the one who came from heaven—the Son of Man.^{[e] 14} Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up,^{[f] 15} that everyone who believes may have eternal life in him.”^[g]

¹⁶ For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. ¹⁷ For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. ¹⁸ Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son. ¹⁹ This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. ²⁰ Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed. ²¹ But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done in the sight of God.

    主耶穌和尼哥底母的對話，讓我們感受到重生的重要性！因為主耶穌清楚的說：「我實實在在地告訴你，人若不重生，就不能見上帝的國。」「「我實實在在地告訴你，人若不是從水和聖靈生的，就不能進上帝的國。」

 

    也因此重生和聖靈有密切的關係，也唯有重生才有「信」！而有「信」人才可以的著永生！所以，信仰不是來自人的自覺或是領悟，而是要靠聖靈的重生與啟示，是出於上帝的恩典！

 

    也因為這樣，要體驗聖靈的工作、肯定自己的得救，我們一定要來認識；有效的呼召 (https://kk1591.blogspot.com/2015/12/blog-post_22.html) ！也因此，我們要存感謝的心來感謝上帝讓我們得著救恩，享受這新生命所帶來的福分！

 

歷代志下11:18-23

 

11:18 羅波安娶大衛兒子耶利摩的女兒瑪哈拉為妻，又娶耶西兒子以利押的女兒亞比孩為妻。
11:19 從她生了幾個兒子，就是耶烏施、示瑪利雅、撒罕。
11:20 後來又娶押沙龍的女兒瑪迦（十三章二節是烏列的女兒米該亞），從她生了亞比雅、亞太、細撒、示羅密。
11:21 羅波安娶十八個妻，立六十個妾，生二十八個兒子，六十個女兒；他卻愛押沙龍的女兒瑪迦，比愛別的妻妾更甚。
11:22 羅波安立瑪迦的兒子亞比雅作太子，在他弟兄中為首，因為想要立他接續作王。
11:23 羅波安辦事精明，使他眾子分散在猶大和便雅憫全地各堅固城裡，又賜他們許多糧食，為他們多尋妻子。

 

¹⁸ Rehoboam married Mahalath, who was the daughter of David’s son Jerimoth and of Abihail, the daughter of Jesse’s son Eliab. ¹⁹ She bore him sons: Jeush, Shemariah and Zaham. ²⁰ Then he married Maakah daughter of Absalom, who bore him Abijah, Attai, Ziza and Shelomith. ²¹ Rehoboam loved Maakah daughter of Absalom more than any of his other wives and concubines. In all, he had eighteen wives and sixty concubines, twenty-eight sons and sixty daughters.

²² Rehoboam appointed Abijah son of Maakah as crown prince among his brothers, in order to make him king. ²³ He acted wisely, dispersing some of his sons throughout the districts of Judah and Benjamin, and to all the fortified cities. He gave them abundant provisions and took many wives for them.

    羅波安的家庭也因上帝的賜福而昌盛！

 

 

 

 

 

歷代志下11:5-17

 

11:5 羅波安住在耶路撒冷，在猶大地修築城邑，
11:6 為保障修築伯利恆、以坦、提哥亞、
11:7 伯‧夙、梭哥、亞杜蘭、
11:8 迦特、瑪利沙、西弗、
11:9 亞多萊音、拉吉、亞西加、
11:10 瑣拉、亞雅崙、希伯崙。這都是猶大和便雅憫的堅固城。
11:11 羅波安又堅固各處的保障，在其中安置軍長，又預備下糧食、油、酒。
11:12 他在各城裡預備盾牌和槍，且使城極其堅固。猶大和便雅憫都歸了他。
11:13 以色列全地的祭司和利未人都從四方來歸羅波安。
11:14 利未人撇下他們的郊野和產業，來到猶大與耶路撒冷，是因耶羅波安和他的兒子拒絕他們，不許他們供祭司職分事奉耶和華。
11:15 耶羅波安為邱壇、為鬼魔（原文是公山羊）、為自己所鑄造的牛犢設立祭司。
11:16 以色列各支派中，凡立定心意尋求耶和華─以色列上帝的，都隨從利未人，來到耶路撒冷祭祀耶和華─他們列祖的上帝。
11:17 這樣，就堅固猶大國，使所羅門的兒子羅波安強盛三年，因為他們三年遵行大衛和所羅門的道。

 

⁵ Rehoboam lived in Jerusalem and built up towns for defense in Judah: ⁶ Bethlehem, Etam, Tekoa, ⁷ Beth Zur, Soko, Adullam, ⁸ Gath, Mareshah, Ziph, ⁹ Adoraim, Lachish, Azekah, ¹⁰ Zorah, Aijalon and Hebron. These were fortified cities in Judah and Benjamin. ¹¹ He strengthened their defenses and put commanders in them, with supplies of food, olive oil and wine. ¹² He put shields and spears in all the cities, and made them very strong. So Judah and Benjamin were his.

¹³ The priests and Levites from all their districts throughout Israel sided with him. ¹⁴ The Levites even abandoned their pasturelands and property and came to Judah and Jerusalem, because Jeroboam and his sons had rejected them as priests of the Lord ¹⁵ when he appointed his own priests for the high places and for the goat and calf idols he had made. ¹⁶ Those from every tribe of Israel who set their hearts on seeking the Lord, the God of Israel, followed the Levites to Jerusalem to offer sacrifices to the Lord, the God of their ancestors. ¹⁷ They strengthened the kingdom of Judah and supported Rehoboam son of Solomon three years, following the ways of David and Solomon during this time.

    羅波安雖然只統治猶大地區失去一大半國土，但是因為敬畏耶和華，上帝就讓猶大國強盛了三年，因為他們三年遵行大衛和所羅門的道。

11:1 羅波安來到耶路撒冷，招聚猶大家和便雅憫家，共十八萬人，都是挑選的戰士，要與以色列人爭戰，好將國奪回再歸自己。
11:2 但耶和華的話臨到神人示瑪雅說：
11:3 「你去告訴所羅門的兒子猶大王羅波安和住猶大、便雅憫的以色列眾人說，
11:4 耶和華如此說：『你們不可上去與你們的弟兄爭戰，各歸各家去吧！因為這事出於我。』」眾人就聽從耶和華的話歸回，不去與耶羅波安爭戰。

 

When Rehoboam arrived in Jerusalem, he mustered Judah and Benjamin—a hundred and eighty thousand able young men—to go to war against Israel and to regain the kingdom for Rehoboam.

² But this word of the Lord came to Shemaiah the man of God: ³ “Say to Rehoboam son of Solomon king of Judah and to all Israel in Judah and Benjamin, ⁴ ‘This is what the Lord says: Do not go up to fight against your fellow Israelites. Go home, every one of you, for this is my doing.’” So they obeyed the words of the Lord and turned back from marching against Jeroboam.

    羅波安雖然想奪回以色列國，但是上帝透過神人示瑪雅宣告：「你去告訴所羅門的兒子猶大王羅波安和住猶大、便雅憫的以色列眾人說，耶和華如此說：『你們不可上去與你們的弟兄爭戰，各歸各家去吧！因為這事出於我。』」

 

    他們就遵行上帝的吩咐，不再和耶羅波安征戰，這讓彼此可以穩定下來。
