約伯記11:1-20

 

11:1 拿瑪人瑣法回答說：
11:2 這許多的言語豈不該回答嗎？多嘴多舌的人豈可稱為義嗎？
11:3 你誇大的話豈能使人不作聲嗎？你戲笑的時候豈沒有人叫你害羞嗎？
11:4 你說：我的道理純全；我在你眼前潔淨。
11:5 惟願上帝說話；願他開口攻擊你，
11:6 並將智慧的奧祕指示你；他有諸般的智識。所以當知道上帝追討你比你罪孽該得的還少。
11:7 你考察就能測透上帝嗎？你豈能盡情測透全能者嗎？
11:8 他的智慧高於天，你還能做甚麼？深於陰間，你還能知道甚麼？
11:9 其量比地長，比海寬。
11:10 他若經過，將人拘禁，招人受審，誰能阻擋他呢？
11:11 他本知道虛妄的人；人的罪孽，他雖不留意，還是無所不見。
11:12 空虛的人卻毫無知識；人生在世好像野驢的駒子。
11:13 你若將心安正，又向主舉手；
11:14 你手裡若有罪孽，就當遠遠地除掉，也不容非義住在你帳棚之中。
11:15 那時，你必仰起臉來毫無斑點；你也必堅固，無所懼怕。
11:16 你必忘記你的苦楚，就是想起也如流過去的水一樣。
11:17 你在世的日子要比正午更明，雖有黑暗仍像早晨。
11:18 你因有指望就必穩固，也必四圍巡查，坦然安息。
11:19 你躺臥，無人驚嚇，且有許多人向你求恩。
11:20 但惡人的眼目必要失明。他們無路可逃；他們的指望就是氣絕。

 

Then Zophar the Naamathite replied:

² “Are all these words to go unanswered?
    Is this talker to be vindicated?
³ Will your idle talk reduce others to silence?
    Will no one rebuke you when you mock?
⁴ You say to God, ‘My beliefs are flawless
    and I am pure in your sight.’
⁵ Oh, how I wish that God would speak,
    that he would open his lips against you
⁶ and disclose to you the secrets of wisdom,
    for true wisdom has two sides.
    Know this: God has even forgotten some of your sin.

⁷ “Can you fathom the mysteries of God?
    Can you probe the limits of the Almighty?
⁸ They are higher than the heavens above—what can you do?
    They are deeper than the depths below—what can you know?
⁹ Their measure is longer than the earth
    and wider than the sea.

¹⁰ “If he comes along and confines you in prison
    and convenes a court, who can oppose him?
¹¹ Surely he recognizes deceivers;
    and when he sees evil, does he not take note?
¹² But the witless can no more become wise
    than a wild donkey’s colt can be born human.^[a]

¹³ “Yet if you devote your heart to him
    and stretch out your hands to him,
¹⁴ if you put away the sin that is in your hand
    and allow no evil to dwell in your tent,
¹⁵ then, free of fault, you will lift up your face;
    you will stand firm and without fear.
¹⁶ You will surely forget your trouble,
    recalling it only as waters gone by.
¹⁷ Life will be brighter than noonday,
    and darkness will become like morning.
¹⁸ You will be secure, because there is hope;
    you will look about you and take your rest in safety.
¹⁹ You will lie down, with no one to make you afraid,
    and many will court your favor.
²⁰ But the eyes of the wicked will fail,
    and escape will elude them;
    their hope will become a dying gasp.”

    「瑣法」的字意是「麻雀」，讓人覺得多言的感覺。然而這樣的人竟然一開頭說：「這許多的言語豈不該回答嗎？多嘴多舌的人豈可稱為義嗎？」讓人有覺得好諷刺的感覺，像麻雀多言的人，竟然批評約伯「許多的言語」、「多嘴多舌」！

 

    他竟然用上帝的智慧和權能來壓迫約伯，似乎用上帝的代言人的角度在說話，對於約伯來說，這樣的話是非常刺耳的，較像吵雜的麻雀，吱吱喳喳的亂叫，擾亂約伯的耳朵！

 

    對基督徒而言，這也是很大的提醒，尤其是我們探望在苦難中的弟兄姊妹，記得不要吱吱喳喳說了一堆無意義又叫人反感的話，倒不如好好的聆聽受探訪者的話，瞭解他們的苦情，勝於用言語來責備！因為在苦難中的人多麼希望他們的冤情被知道，希望上帝來申冤。探訪的人，要垂聽他們的話語，才能將他們的苦情化為禱告，如此才可以真正安慰到他們的心！

 

   

 

詩篇19:8

 

耶和華的訓詞正直，能快活人的心；耶和華的命令清潔，能明亮人的眼目。

 

The precepts of the Lord are right, giving joy to the heart. The commands of the Lord are radiant, giving light to the eyes.

    在這兩句話中，我們發現是互相對仗的，很像中國的詩句一樣！「訓詞」對應「命令」、「正直」對應「清潔」、「快活」對應「明亮」、「心」對應「眼目」◦有動詞、形容詞和名詞，兩兩互相平行，所以又稱為平行句◦

 

    或許你會察覺「正直」和「清潔」，會有什麼對應關係呢﹖其實兩者不是在字面的義意，而是在形狀上的描寫◦「正直」是不彎曲得意思，「清潔」是作輻射狀散出的義意◦所以，前這會使人心舒暢而快樂，後者會使人的眼睛看清楚一切！

 

    而保羅體會到上帝的話語（「訓詞」和「命令」）的功能，於是說出：「不要效法這個世界，只要心意更新而變化，叫你們察驗何為上帝的善良、純全、可喜悅的旨意。」（羅馬書:12:2）

 

    上帝更新我們的做法是：使上帝的話語鈄透過在我們心中的聖靈工作，教我們「心意更新而變化」，如此我們才能查驗出上帝上帝的善良、純全、可喜悅的旨意，進而樂意遵行而蒙福！

 

 

 

詩篇32:7

 

你是我藏身之處；你必保佑我脫離苦難，以得救的樂歌四面環繞我。

 

You are my hiding place;

    you will protect me from trouble

    and surround me with songs of deliverance.

    感謝上帝上帝是我們的藏身之處，讓我們可以住在祂的裡面，受到祂的保護，使我們可以度過各樣的苦難！不僅如此，祂還要拯救我們脫離罪和死的轄制，讓我們得著生命和聖靈，進入祂永遠的光明之中！

 

    就像《你是我藏身處》的歌詞：

 

祢是我藏身處，以得救的樂歌，

四面重重圍繞我，當我懼怕的時候，

我要信靠祢，我要信靠祢，

一切軟弱變剛強，在主的大能中。

 

    就如使徒保羅也說到，自己軟弱的經驗，曾經有一根刺在他的身上，三次求過主，叫這刺離開他身上。主回答他說：「我的恩典夠你用的，因為我的能力是在人的軟弱上顯得完全。」從此以後，他更喜歡誇自己的軟弱，好叫基督的能力覆庇我。他為基督的緣故，就以軟弱、凌辱、急難、逼迫、困苦為可喜樂的；因他甚麼時候軟弱，甚麼時候就剛強了。(哥林多後書12:8-10)

 

    感謝主！保羅這樣的經歷，是提醒我們，當我們感覺軟弱的時候，不要害怕！趕快以基督為藏身處，讓基督的能力，透過我們的軟弱快快彰顯出來，這是基督徒生命中非常奇特的經歷，超越我們言語所能述說，卻是那麼的真實而美好！

 

 

 

 

 

   

撒母耳記上27章

     撒母耳記上27:1-12 ,

撒母耳記上27:1-12

 

27:1 大衛心裡說：「必有一日我死在掃羅手裡，不如逃奔非利士地去。掃羅見我不在以色列的境內，就必絕望，不再尋索我；這樣我可以脫離他的手。」
27:2 於是大衛起身，和跟隨他的六百人投奔迦特王─瑪俄的兒子亞吉去了。
27:3 大衛和他的兩個妻，就是耶斯列人亞希暖和作過拿八妻的迦密人亞比該，並跟隨他的人，連各人的眷屬，都住在迦特的亞吉那裡。
27:4 有人告訴掃羅說：「大衛逃到迦特。」掃羅就不再尋索他了。
27:5 大衛對亞吉說：「我若在你眼前蒙恩，求你在京外的城邑中賜我一個地方居住。僕人何必與王同住京都呢？」
27:6 當日亞吉將洗革拉賜給他，因此洗革拉屬猶大王，直到今日。
27:7 大衛在非利士地住了一年零四個月。
27:8 大衛和跟隨他的人上去，侵奪基述人、基色人、亞瑪力人之地。這幾族歷來住在那地，從書珥直到埃及。
27:9 大衛擊殺那地的人，無論男女都沒有留下一個，又奪獲牛、羊、駱駝、驢，並衣服，回來見亞吉。
27:10 亞吉說：「你們今日侵奪了甚麼地方呢？」大衛說：「侵奪了猶大的南方、耶拉篾的南方、基尼的南方。」
27:11 無論男女，大衛沒有留下一個帶到迦特來。他說：「恐怕他們將我們的事告訴人，說大衛住在非利士地的時候常常這樣行。」
27:12 亞吉信了大衛，心裡說：「大衛使本族以色列人憎惡他，所以他必永遠作我的僕人了。」

 

 But David thought to himself, “One of these days I will be destroyed by the hand of Saul. The best thing I can do is to escape to the land of the Philistines. Then Saul will give up searching for me anywhere in Israel, and I will slip out of his hand.”

² So David and the six hundred men with him left and went over to Achish son of Maok king of Gath. ³ David and his men settled in Gath with Achish. Each man had his family with him, and David had his two wives: Ahinoam of Jezreel and Abigail of Carmel, the widow of Nabal. ⁴ When Saul was told that David had fled to Gath, he no longer searched for him.

⁵ Then David said to Achish, “If I have found favor in your eyes, let a place be assigned to me in one of the country towns, that I may live there. Why should your servant live in the royal city with you?”

⁶ So on that day Achish gave him Ziklag, and it has belonged to the kings of Judah ever since. ⁷ David lived in Philistine territory a year and four months.

⁸ Now David and his men went up and raided the Geshurites, the Girzites and the Amalekites. (From ancient times these peoples had lived in the land extending to Shur and Egypt.) ⁹ Whenever David attacked an area, he did not leave a man or woman alive, but took sheep and cattle, donkeys and camels, and clothes. Then he returned to Achish.

¹⁰ When Achish asked, “Where did you go raiding today?” David would say, “Against the Negev of Judah” or “Against the Negev of Jerahmeel” or “Against the Negev of the Kenites.” ¹¹ He did not leave a man or woman alive to be brought to Gath, for he thought, “They might inform on us and say, ‘This is what David did.’” And such was his practice as long as he lived in Philistine territory. ¹² Achish trusted David and said to himself, “He has become so obnoxious to his people, the Israelites, that he will be my servant for life.”

    大衛雖然有上帝的應許，也受了撒母耳膏抹為以色列王，卻是一職在掃羅的壓迫下，無法成為以色列的王不打緊，還常常受到掃羅的威脅。雖然一次又一次的蒙上帝的保守，平安的度過，但是最後還決定離開以色列寄居在非利士地，成為迦特王─瑪俄的兒子亞吉的手下！

 

    當然大衛需要做一些事取得亞吉的信任，就去攻打猶大附近的迦南人，並且殺人滅口，讓亞吉誤認為猶大去攻擊自己的同胞，表現自己對亞吉的忠心，好可以長久安居在非利士地。

 

    在這裡讓我們感覺大衛好像落難英雄，鬱鬱不得志，變得很陰險的樣子！其實上帝所要重用的人，常常會遇見一些自己無法明白的事情！可是在這段時間，絕對不可以失志，一定要靠著上帝所賜的力量和應許活下去，無論如何要相信上帝的應許必定成就！

 

    感謝上帝，我也是在面對上帝未完成的應許，大衛的事蹟讓我有許多的思考和激勵！的確，跟隨主的道路，不是照我們的想像，我們必須忍耐下去，要相信：主必按照他的時刻，成就美好的事，不可以灰心！
