約翰福音18:25-27

 

18:25 西門•彼得正站著烤火，有人對他說：「你不也是他的門徒嗎？」彼得不承認，說：「我不是。」
18:26 有大祭司的一個僕人，是彼得削掉耳朵那人的親屬，說：「我不是看見你同他在園子裡嗎？」
18:27 彼得又不承認。立時雞就叫了。

 

²⁵ Meanwhile, Simon Peter was still standing there warming himself. So they asked him, “You aren’t one of his disciples too, are you?”

He denied it, saying, “I am not.”

²⁶ One of the high priest’s servants, a relative of the man whose ear Peter had cut off, challenged him, “Didn’t I see you with him in the garden?” ²⁷ Again Peter denied it, and at that moment a rooster began to crow.

    彼得真的在雞叫以前三次不認主！

 

    我們真的要向主承認我們的軟弱，求主不斷的保守不失落！

 

 

約翰福音18:19-24

 

18:19 大祭司就以耶穌的門徒和他的教訓盤問他。
18:20 耶穌回答說：「我從來是明明地對世人說話。我常在會堂和殿裡，就是猶太人聚集的地方教訓人；我在暗地裡並沒有說甚麼。
18:21 你為甚麼問我呢？可以問那聽見的人，我對他們說的是甚麼；我所說的，他們都知道。」
18:22 耶穌說了這話，旁邊站著的一個差役用手掌打他，說：「你這樣回答大祭司嗎？」
18:23 耶穌說：「我若說的不是，你可以指證那不是；我若說的是，你為甚麼打我呢？」
18:24 亞那就把耶穌解到大祭司該亞法那裡，仍是捆著解去的。

 

¹⁹ Meanwhile, the high priest questioned Jesus about his disciples and his teaching.

²⁰ “I have spoken openly to the world,” Jesus replied. “I always taught in synagogues or at the temple, where all the Jews come together. I said nothing in secret. ²¹ Why question me? Ask those who heard me. Surely they know what I said.”

²² When Jesus said this, one of the officials nearby slapped him in the face. “Is this the way you answer the high priest?” he demanded.

²³ “If I said something wrong,” Jesus replied, “testify as to what is wrong. But if I spoke the truth, why did you strike me?” ²⁴ Then Annas sent him bound to Caiaphas the high priest.

    主耶穌知道自己的身分，他也不辯解，更不屈服，因為祂本是主，人立的大祭司有怎麼樣呢？

 

    我們成為主耶穌的門徒更不可以苟且偷生，討好上位的人。因為主耶穌告訴我們：在將來上帝國實現的時候，我們要同基督做王，同享榮耀呢！

 

    重要的是我們要在眾人面前認耶穌基督為主，主在榮耀中才會認我們！

 

 

約翰福音18:15-18

 

18:15 西門•彼得跟著耶穌，還有一個門徒跟著。那門徒是大祭司所認識的，他就同耶穌進了大祭司的院子。

18:16 彼得卻站在門外。大祭司所認識的那個門徒出來，和看門的使女說了一聲，就領彼得進去。

18:17 那看門的使女對彼得說：「你不也是這人的門徒嗎？」他說：「我不是。」

18:18 僕人和差役因為天冷，就生了炭火，站在那裡烤火；彼得也同他們站著烤火。

 

¹⁵ Simon Peter and another disciple were following Jesus. Because this disciple was known to the high priest, he went with Jesus into the high priest’s courtyard, ¹⁶ but Peter had to wait outside at the door. The other disciple, who was known to the high priest, came back, spoke to the servant girl on duty there and brought Peter in.

¹⁷ “You aren’t one of this man’s disciples too, are you?” she asked Peter.

He replied, “I am not.”

¹⁸ It was cold, and the servants and officials stood around a fire they had made to keep warm. Peter also was standing with them, warming himself.

    彼得雖然跟著主耶穌到大祭司的院子，卻在那裏否定主耶穌！

 

    那看門的使女對彼得說：「你不也是這人的門徒嗎？」他說：「我不是。」

 

    僕人和差役因為天冷，就生了炭火，站在那裡烤火；彼得也同他們站著烤火。

 

    在這裡看見人性的軟弱，大話會說，真正生死交關的時候，仍然選擇逃避與否認！

 

 

約翰福音18:1-14

 

18:1 耶穌說了這話，就同門徒出去，過了汲淪溪。在那裡有一個園子，他和門徒進去了。
18:2 賣耶穌的猶大也知道那地方，因為耶穌和門徒屢次上那裡去聚集。
18:3 猶大領了一隊兵，和祭司長並法利賽人的差役，拿著燈籠、火把、兵器，就來到園裡。
18:4 耶穌知道將要臨到自己的一切事，就出來對他們說：「你們找誰？」
18:5 他們回答說：「找拿撒勒人耶穌。」耶穌說：「我就是！」賣他的猶大也同他們站在那裡。
18:6 耶穌一說「我就是」，他們就退後倒在地上。
18:7 他又問他們說：「你們找誰？」他們說：「找拿撒勒人耶穌。」
18:8 耶穌說：「我已經告訴你們，我就是。你們若找我，就讓這些人去吧。」
18:9 這要應驗耶穌從前的話，說：「你所賜給我的人，我沒有失落一個。」
18:10 西門•彼得帶著一把刀，就拔出來，將大祭司的僕人砍了一刀，削掉他的右耳；那僕人名叫馬勒古。
18:11 耶穌就對彼得說：「收刀入鞘吧，我父所給我的那杯，我豈可不喝呢？」
18:12 那隊兵和千夫長，並猶太人的差役就拿住耶穌，把他捆綁了，
18:13 先帶到亞那面前，因為亞那是本年作大祭司該亞法的岳父。
18:14 這該亞法就是從前向猶太人發議論說「一個人替百姓死是有益的」那位。

 

When he had finished praying, Jesus left with his disciples and crossed the Kidron Valley. On the other side there was a garden, and he and his disciples went into it.

² Now Judas, who betrayed him, knew the place, because Jesus had often met there with his disciples. ³ So Judas came to the garden, guiding a detachment of soldiers and some officials from the chief priests and the Pharisees. They were carrying torches, lanterns and weapons.

⁴ Jesus, knowing all that was going to happen to him, went out and asked them, “Who is it you want?”

⁵ “Jesus of Nazareth,” they replied.

“I am he,” Jesus said. (And Judas the traitor was standing there with them.) ⁶ When Jesus said, “I am he,” they drew back and fell to the ground.

⁷ Again he asked them, “Who is it you want?”

“Jesus of Nazareth,” they said.

⁸ Jesus answered, “I told you that I am he. If you are looking for me, then let these men go.” ⁹ This happened so that the words he had spoken would be fulfilled: “I have not lost one of those you gave me.”^[a]

¹⁰ Then Simon Peter, who had a sword, drew it and struck the high priest’s servant, cutting off his right ear. (The servant’s name was Malchus.)

¹¹ Jesus commanded Peter, “Put your sword away! Shall I not drink the cup the Father has given me?”

¹² Then the detachment of soldiers with its commander and the Jewish officials arrested Jesus. They bound him ¹³ and brought him first to Annas, who was the father-in-law of Caiaphas, the high priest that year. ¹⁴ Caiaphas was the one who had advised the Jewish leaders that it would be good if one man died for the people.

    主耶穌被捕像犯人一樣被帶到到亞那面前，因為亞那是本年作大祭司該亞法的岳父。這該亞法就是從前向猶太人發議論說「一個人替百姓死是有益的」那位。

 

    可見這群祭司是對主耶穌不友善，甚至要犧牲主耶穌來換取他們既得的利益，也因為這樣主耶穌最先被帶到他們那裏去。
