詩篇96:1-13

96:1 你們要向耶和華唱新歌！全地都要向耶和華歌唱！
96:2 要向耶和華歌唱，稱頌他的名！天天傳揚他的救恩！
96:3 在列邦中述說他的榮耀！在萬民中述說他的奇事！
96:4 因耶和華為大，當受極大的讚美；他在萬神之上，當受敬畏。
96:5 外邦的神都屬虛無；惟獨耶和華創造諸天。
96:6 有尊榮和威嚴在他面前；有能力與華美在他聖所。
96:7 民中的萬族啊，你們要將榮耀、能力歸給耶和華，都歸給耶和華！
96:8 要將耶和華的名所當得的榮耀歸給他，拿供物來進入他的院宇。
96:9 當以聖潔的（的：或譯為）妝飾敬拜耶和華；全地要在他面前戰抖！
96:10 人在列邦中要說：耶和華作王！世界就堅定，不得動搖；他要按公正審判眾民。
96:11 願天歡喜，願地快樂！願海和其中所充滿的澎湃！
96:12 願田和其中所有的都歡樂！那時，林中的樹木都要在耶和華面前歡呼。
96:13 因為他來了，他來要審判全地。他要按公義審判世界，按他的信實審判萬民。

¹ Sing to the Lord a new song;
    sing to the Lord, all the earth.
² Sing to the Lord, praise his name;
    proclaim his salvation day after day.
³ Declare his glory among the nations,
    his marvelous deeds among all peoples.

⁴ For great is the Lord and most worthy of praise;
    he is to be feared above all gods.
⁵ For all the gods of the nations are idols,
    but the Lord made the heavens.
⁶ Splendor and majesty are before him;
    strength and glory are in his sanctuary.

⁷ Ascribe to the Lord, all you families of nations,
    ascribe to the Lord glory and strength.
⁸ Ascribe to the Lord the glory due his name;
    bring an offering and come into his courts.
⁹ Worship the Lord in the splendor of his^[a] holiness;
    tremble before him, all the earth.
¹⁰ Say among the nations, “The Lord reigns.”
    The world is firmly established, it cannot be moved;
    he will judge the peoples with equity.

¹¹ Let the heavens rejoice, let the earth be glad;
    let the sea resound, and all that is in it.
¹² Let the fields be jubilant, and everything in them;
    let all the trees of the forest sing for joy.
¹³ Let all creation rejoice before the Lord, for he comes,
    he comes to judge the earth.
He will judge the world in righteousness
    and the peoples in his faithfulness.

    詩人在此呼籲大家要向造物的上帝敬拜，敬拜的方式事什麼呢？「你們要向耶和華唱新歌！全地都要向耶和華歌唱！要向耶和華歌唱，稱頌他的名！天天傳揚他的救恩！在列邦中述說他的榮耀！在萬民中述說他的奇事！」

    因此我們唱詩歌不是用自己喜歡的曲調就可以，重點是歌詞的內容！不是表現自己的敬虔和熱心，而是要讓人看見上帝的榮耀！所以，不在華麗的舞台或燈光，或是任何的科技產品，而是上帝的榮光要充滿！正如詩人宣告：「有尊榮和威嚴在他面前；有能力與華美在他聖所。民中的萬族啊，你們要將榮耀、能力歸給耶和華，都歸給耶和華！」

    而我們不只是外表的敬拜，更是生命的投入，特別是在禮拜之後，要行出上帝的公義，因為「因為他來了，他來要審判全地。他要按公義審判世界，按他的信實審判萬民。」

    審判不只是懲罰惡人，審判更是要更新人的生命，從人的生命表現，更是展現出上帝審判所帶來的結果！耶穌基督的降生是向世界宣告，上帝已經來到人間了！祂透過十字架已經審判了世界，祂已經勝了這世界，這世界有一天要過去，上帝國必定完全實現的！

約書亞記12章

          約書亞記12:1-24  ,

約書亞記12:1-24

12:1 以色列人在約旦河外向日出之地擊殺二王，得他們的地，就是從亞嫩谷直到黑門山，並東邊的全亞拉巴之地。
12:2 這二王，有住希實本、亞摩利人的王西宏。他所管之地是從亞嫩谷邊的亞羅珥和谷中的城，並基列一半，直到亞捫人的境界，雅博河
12:3 與約旦河東邊的亞拉巴，直到基尼烈海，又到亞拉巴的海，就是鹽海，通伯‧耶西末的路，以及南方，直到毘斯迦的山根。
12:4 又有巴珊王噩。他是利乏音人所剩下的，住在亞斯他錄和以得來。
12:5 他所管之地是黑門山、撒迦、巴珊全地，直到基述人和瑪迦人的境界，並基列一半，直到希實本王西宏的境界。
12:6 這二王是耶和華僕人摩西和以色列人所擊殺的；耶和華僕人摩西將他們的地賜給流便人、迦得人，和瑪拿西半支派的人為業。

12:14 一個是何珥瑪王，一個是亞拉得王，
12:15 一個是立拿王，一個是亞杜蘭王，
12:16 一個是瑪基大王，一個是伯特利王，
12:17 一個是他普亞王，一個是希弗王，
12:18 一個是亞弗王，一個是拉沙崙王，
12:19 一個是瑪頓王，一個是夏瑣王，
12:20 一個是伸崙‧米崙王，一個是押煞王，
12:21 一個是他納王，一個是米吉多王，
12:22 一個是基低斯王，一個是靠近迦密的約念王，
12:23 一個是多珥山岡的多珥王，一個是吉甲的戈印王，
12:24 一個是得撒王；共計三十一個王。

 

These are the kings of the land whom the Israelites had defeated and whose territory they took over east of the Jordan, from the Arnon Gorge to Mount Hermon, including all the eastern side of the Arabah:

² Sihon king of the Amorites, who reigned in Heshbon.

He ruled from Aroer on the rim of the Arnon Gorge—from the middle of the gorge—to the Jabbok River, which is the border of the Ammonites. This included half of Gilead. ³ He also ruled over the eastern Arabah from the Sea of Galilee^[a] to the Sea of the Arabah (that is, the Dead Sea), to Beth Jeshimoth, and then southward below the slopes of Pisgah.

⁴ And the territory of Og king of Bashan, one of the last of the Rephaites, who reigned in Ashtaroth and Edrei.

⁵ He ruled over Mount Hermon, Salekah, all of Bashan to the border of the people of Geshur and Maakah, and half of Gilead to the border of Sihon king of Heshbon.

⁶ Moses, the servant of the Lord, and the Israelites conquered them. And Moses the servant of the Lord gave their land to the Reubenites, the Gadites and the half-tribe of Manasseh to be their possession.

⁷ Here is a list of the kings of the land that Joshua and the Israelites conquered on the west side of the Jordan, from Baal Gad in the Valley of Lebanon to Mount Halak, which rises toward Seir. Joshua gave their lands as an inheritance to the tribes of Israel according to their tribal divisions. ⁸ The lands included the hill country, the western foothills, the Arabah, the mountain slopes, the wilderness and the Negev. These were the lands of the Hittites, Amorites, Canaanites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites. These were the kings:

the king of Adullam	one
16 the king of Makkedah	one
the king of Bethel	one
17 the king of Tappuah	one
the king of Hepher	one
18 the king of Aphek	one
the king of Lasharon	one
19 the king of Madon	one
the king of Hazor	one
20 the king of Shimron Meron	one
the king of Akshaph	one
21 the king of Taanach	one
the king of Megiddo	one
22 the king of Kedesh	one
the king of Jokneam in Carmel	one
23 the king of Dor (in Naphoth Dor)	one
the king of Goyim in Gilgal	one
24 the king of Tirzah	one
thirty-one kings in all.

     以色列在摩西和約書亞的引導之下，除滅了迦南地許多的王。其實王大都是抵抗上帝，自立權柄。上帝不喜悅人如此，祂要人放下自己，尊耶穌基督為王、為主，如此才是榮耀上帝的名！

     正如《腓立比書》2:5-11

 2:5 你們當以基督耶穌的心為心：
2:6 他本有上帝的形像，不以自己與上帝同等為強奪的；
2:7 反倒虛己，取了奴僕的形像，成為人的樣式；
2:8 既有人的樣子，就自己卑微，存心順服，以至於死，且死在十字架上。
2:9 所以，上帝將他升為至高，又賜給他那超乎萬名之上的名，
2:10 叫一切在天上的、地上的，和地底下的，因耶穌的名無不屈膝，
2:11 無不口稱「耶穌基督為主」，使榮耀歸與父上帝。

      讓我們看見約書亞和摩西除滅諸王之事，把榮耀歸給上帝！

彼得前書2:4-10

2:4 主乃活石，固然是被人所棄的，卻是被神所揀選，所寶貴的。

2:5 你們來到主面前，也就像活石被建造成為靈宮，作聖潔的祭司，藉著耶穌基督奉獻神所悅納的靈祭。

2:6 因為經上說：「看哪，我把所揀選，所寶貴的房角石安放在錫安；信靠他的人，必不至於羞愧。」

2:7 所以，他在你們信的人就為寶貴，在那不信的人有話說：「匠人所棄的石頭，已作了房角的頭塊石頭。」

2:8 又說：「作了絆腳的石頭，跌人的磐石。」他們既不順從，就在道理上絆跌（或譯：他們絆跌都因不順從道理）；他們這樣絆跌，也是預定的。

2:9 惟有你們是被揀選的族類，是有君尊的祭司，是聖潔的國度，是屬神的子民，要叫你們宣揚那召你們出黑暗，入奇妙光明者的美德。

2:10 「你們從前算不得子民，現在卻作了神的子民；從前未曾蒙憐恤，現在卻蒙了憐恤。」

    彼得聽過主耶穌說過“磐石”之比喻，在此回應主的話︰『主乃活石，固然是被人所棄的，卻是被上帝所揀選，所寶貴的。』

 

    彼得也用“活石”來形容基督徒，大家一同以耶穌基督為基礎、為房角石，一起配搭來建造靈宮——主的聖殿——教會。

 

    這是基督徒信仰在世界上之見證，雖然教會不是上帝國，但是教會（基督徒的集合）要承受上帝國，是上帝從世人當中揀選之餘種，有著重要之使命，就是：『惟有你們是被揀選的族類，是有君尊的祭司，是聖潔的國度，是屬上帝的子民，要叫你們宣揚那召你們出黑暗，入奇妙光明者的美德。』

 

    當然成為上帝子民是因為耶穌基督之緣故，正如彼得在此說︰『你們從前算不得子民，現在卻作了上帝的子民；從前未曾蒙憐恤，現在卻蒙了憐恤。』

 

    不過這揀選是在創世以前就預定好的，是上帝格外之恩典，為著祂的榮耀所做的！

 

彼得前書1:13-16

1:13 所以要約束你們的心（原文是束上你們心中的腰），謹慎自守，專心盼望耶穌基督顯現的時候，所帶來給你們的恩。

1:14 你們既作順命的兒女，就不要效法從前蒙昧無知的時候，那放縱私慾的樣子。

1:15 那召你們的既是聖潔，你們在一切所行的事上也要聖潔。

1:16 因為經上記著說：「你們要聖潔，因為我是聖潔的。」

    彼得在此告訴我們基督徒人生的目標︰所以要約束你們的心（原文是束上你們心中的腰），謹慎自守，專心盼望耶穌基督顯現的時候，所帶來給你們的恩。

 

    因著盼望耶穌基督顯現時所帶來之恩典，所以我們要做順命的兒女，就不要效法從前蒙昧無知的時候，那放縱私慾的樣子，成為聖潔。

 

    故聖潔的定義就是以信心順從上帝的誡律，在聖靈之引導下生活，並且討上帝的喜悅，而不是為滿足情慾而生活。

 

    我們蒙上帝拯救，就要以敬畏上帝的心，過聖潔的生活。

 

彼得前書1:1-2

1:1 耶穌基督的使徒彼得，寫信給那分散在本都、加拉太、加帕多家、亞西亞、庇推尼寄居的，

1:2 就是照父神的先見被揀選，藉著聖靈得成聖潔，以致順服耶穌基督，又蒙他血所灑的人。願恩惠、平安多多地加給你們。

彼得在此定義基督徒為：就是照父神的先見被揀選，藉著聖靈得成聖潔，以致順服耶穌基督，又蒙他血所灑的人。

所以一個人能夠成為基督徒是三位一體上帝的作為，完全是上帝恩典獨力完成，不需要人的合作。

我們在此也清楚認識到“預定論”不是保羅之神學觀念，也是彼得的神學觀念，因為這本是聖靈之啟示，早在眾聖徒之信仰，非加爾文獨有，只是加爾文有條理之整理與歸納出來的。

所以，我們要接受“預定論”，這本是聖經裡的真理。
