但以理書2:25-30



2:25 亞略就急忙將但以理領到王面前,對王說:「我在被擄的猶大人中遇見一人,他能將夢的講解告訴王。」
2:26 王問稱為伯提沙撒的但以理說:「你能將我所做的夢和夢的講解告訴我嗎?」
2:27 但以理在王面前回答說:「王所問的那奧祕事,哲士、用法術的、術士、觀兆的都不能告訴王;
2:28 只有一位在天上的上帝能顯明奧祕的事。他已將日後必有的事指示尼布甲尼撒王。你的夢和你在床上腦中的異象是這樣:
2:29 王啊,你在床上想到後來的事,那顯明奧祕事的主把將來必有的事指示你。
2:30 至於那奧祕的事顯明給我,並非因我的智慧勝過一切活人,乃為使王知道夢的講解和心裡的思念。

25 Then Arioch brought in Daniel before the king in haste and said thus to him:"I have found among the exiles from Judah a man who will make known to the king the interpretation." 26 The king declared to Daniel, whose name was Belteshazzar, "Are you able to make known to me the dream that I have seen and its interpretation?" 27 Daniel answered the king and said, "No wise men, enchanters, magicians, or astrologers can show to the king the mystery that the king has asked, 28 but there is a God in heaven who reveals mysteries, and he has made known to King Nebuchadnezzar what will be in the latter days. Your dream and the visions of your head as you lay in bed are these:29 To you, O king, as you lay in bed came thoughts of what would be after this, and he who reveals mysteries made known to you what is to be. 30 But as for me, this mystery has been revealed to me, not because of any wisdom that I have more than all the living, but in order that the interpretation may be made known to the king, and that you may know the thoughts of your mind.

    但以理在此像尼布甲尼撒王解釋他夢中的異象前,讓他先知道上帝的作為,因為這事超乎人的能力,除非知道隱密事的上帝,才能使將來的奧秘是顯明出來,國王的夢是屬於奧秘的事。

    也因為如此,人要明白與知道奧秘的事,就必須親近上帝,尋求上帝,更要敬畏上帝。因為上帝是大能者,他必將他的秘密交託在可以信賴的人身上,也就是祂所揀選的先知。

    有許多人看見先知可以宣告上帝的話。十分稀奇,自己也想當先知。但是人要認識清楚,上帝的先知要的上帝的啟示,才能宣講上帝的話。然而今日,上帝的話就是聖經,我們要透過聖經來宣講上帝的話,人不可以再用奇特無據的話來宣講,因為這一切都必須透過聖經來查驗,正如先知的書,目的不是發預言,而是勸人歸向上帝

但以理書2:17-24



2:17 但以理回到他的居所,將這事告訴他的同伴哈拿尼雅、米沙利、亞撒利雅,
2:18 要他們祈求天上的上帝施憐憫,將這奧祕的事指明,免得但以理和他的同伴與巴比倫其餘的哲士一同滅亡。
2:19 這奧祕的事就在夜間異象中給但以理顯明,但以理便稱頌天上的上帝。
2:20 但以理說:「上帝的名是應當稱頌的!從亙古直到永遠,因為智慧能力都屬乎他。
2:21 他改變時候、日期,廢王,立王,將智慧賜與智慧人,將知識賜與聰明人。
2:22 他顯明深奧隱祕的事,知道暗中所有的,光明也與他同居。
2:23 我列祖的上帝啊,我感謝你,讚美你,因你將智慧才能賜給我,允准我們所求的,把王的事給我們指明。」
2:24 於是,但以理進去見亞略,就是王所派滅絕巴比倫哲士的,對他說:「不要滅絕巴比倫的哲士,求你領我到王面前,我要將夢的講解告訴王。」

17 Then Daniel went to his house and made the matter known to Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah, his companions, 18 and told them to seek mercy from the God of heaven concerning this mystery, so that Daniel and his companions might not be destroyed with the rest of the wise men of Babylon. 19 Then the mystery was revealed to Daniel in a vision of the night. Then Daniel blessed the God of heaven. 20 Daniel answered and said:
 "Blessed be the name of God forever and ever,
 to whom belong wisdom and might.
21 He changes times and seasons;
 he removes kings and sets up kings;
 he gives wisdom to the wise
 and knowledge to those who have understanding;
22 he reveals deep and hidden things;
 he knows what is in the darkness,
 and the light dwells with him.
23 To you, O God of my fathers,
 I give thanks and praise,
for you have given me wisdom and might,
and have now made known to me what we asked of you,
for you have made known to us the king's matter."
24 Therefore Daniel went in to Arioch, whom the king had appointed to destroy the wise men of Babylon. He went and said thus to him:"Do not destroy the wise men of Babylon; bring me in before the king, and I will show the king the interpretation."

    從這段記載中讓我們發現,但以理不僅是一位聰明有智慧的人,更是敬畏主且有憐憫之心的人,他和他的同伴哈拿尼雅、米沙利、亞撒利雅,一同祈求天上的上帝施憐憫,將這奧祕的事指明,免得但以理和他的同伴與巴比倫其餘的哲士一同滅亡。

    他的禱告辭是何等的美!讓我們讀了,油然產生對上帝敬畏的心,感受到上帝的主權!也因這個禱告,我們知道君王再厲害再偉大,都在上帝的掌握之中,不能勝過上帝!

    這也讓我們知道,任何勢力再凶猛再囂張,都無法勝過上帝,人只有倚靠上帝才能勝過一切兇惡的力量,因為任何兇惡的力量,最後都要被上帝的全能所勝過!也因此,人不可以在上帝以外自立權柄,要順服在上帝手下,更要愛護按上帝形像所造的人。

2:1 尼布甲尼撒在位第二年,他做了夢,心裡煩亂,不能睡覺。
2:2 王吩咐人將術士、用法術的、行邪術的,和迦勒底人召來,要他們將王的夢告訴王,他們就來站在王前。
2:3 王對他們說:「我做了一夢,心裡煩亂,要知道這是甚麼夢。」
2:4 迦勒底人用亞蘭的言語對王說:「願王萬歲!請將那夢告訴僕人,僕人就可以講解。」
2:5 王回答迦勒底人說:「夢我已經忘了(或譯:我已定命;八節同),你們若不將夢和夢的講解告訴我,就必被凌遲,你們的房屋必成為糞堆;
2:6 你們若將夢和夢的講解告訴我,就必從我這裡得贈品和賞賜,並大尊榮。現在你們要將夢和夢的講解告訴我。」
2:7 他們第二次對王說:「請王將夢告訴僕人,僕人就可以講解。」
2:8 王回答說:「我准知道你們是故意遲延,因為你們知道那夢我已經忘了。
2:9 你們若不將夢告訴我,只有一法待你們;因為你們預備了謊言亂語向我說,要等候時勢改變。現在你們要將夢告訴我,因我知道你們能將夢的講解告訴我。」
2:10 迦勒底人在王面前回答說:「世上沒有人能將王所問的事說出來;因為沒有君王、大臣、掌權的向術士,或用法術的,或迦勒底人問過這樣的事。
2:11 王所問的事甚難。除了不與世人同居的神明,沒有人在王面前能說出來。」
2:12 因此,王氣忿忿地大發烈怒,吩咐滅絕巴比倫所有的哲士。
2:13 於是命令發出,哲士將要見殺,人就尋找但以理和他的同伴,要殺他們。
2:14 王的護衛長亞略出來,要殺巴比倫的哲士,但以理就用婉言回答他,
2:15 向王的護衛長亞略說:「王的命令為何這樣緊急呢?」亞略就將情節告訴但以理。
2:16 但以理遂進去求王寬限,就可以將夢的講解告訴王。

1 In the second year of the reign of Nebuchadnezzar, Nebuchadnezzar had dreams; his spirit was troubled, and his sleep left him. 2 Then the king commanded that the magicians, the enchanters, the sorcerers, and the Chaldeans be summoned to tell the king his dreams. So they came in and stood before the king. 3 And the king said to them, "I had a dream, and my spirit is troubled to know the dream." 4 Then the Chaldeans said to the king in Aramaic, "O king, live forever! Tell your servants the dream, and we will show the interpretation." 5 The king answered and said to the Chaldeans, "The word from me is firm:if you do not make known to me the dream and its interpretation, you shall be torn limb from limb, and your houses shall be laid in ruins. 6 But if you show the dream and its interpretation, you shall receive from me gifts and rewards and great honor. Therefore show me the dream and its interpretation." interpretation." 7 They answered a second time and said, "Let the king tell his servants the dream, and we will show its interpretation." 8 The king answered and said, "I know with certainty that you are trying to gain time, because you see that the word from me is firm— 9 if you do not make the dream known to me, there is but one sentence for you. You have agreed to speak lying and corrupt words before me till the times change. Therefore tell me the dream, and I shall know that you can show me its interpretation." 10 The Chaldeans answered the king and said, "There is not a man on earth who can meet the king's demand, for no great and powerful king has asked such a thing of any magician or enchanter or Chaldean. 11 The thing that the king asks is difficult, and no one can show it to the king except the gods, whose dwelling is not with flesh."
12 Because of this the king was angry and very furious, and commanded that all the wise men of Babylon be destroyed. 13 So the decree went out, and the wise men were about to be killed; and they sought Daniel and his companions, to kill them. 14 Then Daniel replied with prudence and discretion to Arioch, the captain of the king's guard, who had gone out to kill the wise men of Babylon. 15 He declared to Arioch, the king's captain, "Why is the decree of the king so urgent?" Then Arioch made the matter known to Daniel. 16 And Daniel went in and requested the king to appoint him a time, that he might show the interpretation to the king.

    在這裡的文字中看見古時候的王因為權力很大,就表現出顢頇無理,讓人感覺伴君如伴虎,只要他一不高興就要人的命,不把人的性命放在眼中。這也是人罪性的表現,人的心中只有自己最大,其他都是為糞土。這也是說明君權政治的恐怖與惡劣,反而人性受到極大的傷害!

    雖然如此,上帝給于但以理智慧,來拯救那些國王所供養的哲人智士,要求王給于時間來尋求上帝。因為但以理相信上帝的全能與信實,更重要的是上帝有憐憫與恩典,不願人受不白之冤。

    上帝常常有拯救的作為,願意成為祂的器皿嗎?讓祂的大能彰顯!祂是不誤的上帝,是十分可靠的

但以理書1:17-21



1:17 這四個少年人,上帝在各樣文字學問(學問:原文是智慧)上賜給他們聰明知識;但以理又明白各樣的異象和夢兆。
1:18 尼布甲尼撒王預定帶進少年人來的日期滿了,太監長就把他們帶到王面前。
1:19 王與他們談論,見少年人中無一人能比但以理、哈拿尼雅、米沙利、亞撒利雅,所以留他們在王面前侍立。
1:20 王考問他們一切事,就見他們的智慧聰明比通國的術士和用法術的勝過十倍。
1:21 到古列王元年,但以理還在。

17 As for these four youths, God gave them learning and skill in all literature and wisdom, and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams. 18 At the end of the time, when the king had commanded that they should be brought in, the chief of the eunuchs brought them in before Nebuchadnezzar. 19 And the king spoke with them, and among all of them none was found like Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah. Therefore they stood before the king. 20 And in every matter of wisdom and understanding about which the king inquired of them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and enchanters that were in all his kingdom. 21 And Daniel was there until the first year of King Cyrus.

    雖然但以理和他的三個朋友沒有吃王的食物,並且他們有敬畏上帝的心,上帝就大大尊榮他們,使他們在巴比倫王面前受到大大的稱讚,正如作者所說:「王與他們談論,見少年人中無一人能比但以理、哈拿尼雅、米沙利、亞撒利雅,所以留他們在王面前侍立。王考問他們一切事,就見他們的智慧聰明比通國的術士和用法術的勝過十倍。」

    同樣,基督徒若有一顆敬畏上帝的心,上帝也要這樣賜福,使基督徒在人前得著尊榮,好榮耀上帝的名,並且引導人來認識上帝。因為,上帝知道人的本性如何,祂願意屈就人性的需要,使壬得啟示而蒙拯救!

    因此,我們要成為榮耀上帝的人,第一步且是最重要的,就是要尊主為大,信靠祂並敬畏祂,祂就以尊貴和榮耀為我們的冠冕,使我們因祂而得到稱讚與尊榮。不過,當我們受到人的尊榮,一定要將榮耀歸給上帝,見證上帝的同在!
