9:1 耶和華吩咐摩西說：「你進去見法老，對他說：『耶和華─希伯來人的上帝這樣說：容我的百姓去，好事奉我。
9:2 你若不肯容他們去，仍舊強留他們，
9:3 耶和華的手加在你田間的牲畜上，就是在馬、驢、駱駝、牛群、羊群上，必有重重的瘟疫。
9:4 耶和華要分別以色列的牲畜和埃及的牲畜，凡屬以色列人的，一樣都不死。』」
9:5 耶和華就定了時候，說：「明天耶和華必在此地行這事。」
9:6 第二天，耶和華就行這事。埃及的牲畜幾乎都死了，只是以色列人的牲畜，一個都沒有死。
9:7 法老打發人去看，誰知以色列人的牲畜連一個都沒有死。法老的心卻是固執，不容百姓去。

Then the Lord said to Moses, “Go to Pharaoh and say to him,
‘This is what the Lord, the God of the Hebrews, says: “Let my people go, so that they may
worship me.” 2 If you refuse to let them go and continue to hold them
back, 3 the
hand of the Lord will bring a terrible plague on your livestock in the field—on your
horses, donkeys and camels and on your cattle, sheep and goats. 4 But the Lord will make a distinction between the livestock of Israel and that of
Egypt, so that no animal belonging to the Israelites will die.’”
5 The Lord set a time and said, “Tomorrow the Lord will do this in the land.” 6 And the
next day the Lord did it: All the livestock of the Egyptians died, but not one animal
belonging to the Israelites died. 7 Pharaoh investigated and found that not even one of
the animals of the Israelites had died. Yet his heart was unyielding and he
would not let the people go.

上帝會特別喜愛與眷顧屬於祂的人，這是一個不爭的事實，每一位嚐過主恩滋味的人，都會這樣說的！並且願意將榮耀歸給上帝，這是非常難忘的經驗，而且是越思考越感到甜蜜與感謝！
詩人大衛曾經這樣寫過：「耶和華的使者在敬畏他的人四圍安營，搭救他們。你們要嘗嘗主恩的滋味，便知道他是美善；投靠他的人有福了！耶和華的聖民哪，你們當敬畏他，因敬畏他的一無所缺。少壯獅子還缺食忍餓，但尋求耶和華的甚麼好處都不缺。」（詩篇34:7-10）
親愛的弟兄姐妹，上帝的確愛我們，祂樂意我們來嚐嚐主恩的滋味，並且為祂誇口，將榮耀與讚美歸給祂！親愛的弟兄姐妹，不要遲疑了！這位在基督裡拯救我們的上帝，是何等的美好啊！
