37:1 耶和華的靈（原文是手）降在我身上。耶和華藉他的靈帶我出去，將我放在平原中；這平原遍滿骸骨。
37:2 他使我從骸骨的四圍經過，誰知在平原的骸骨甚多，而且極其枯乾。
37:3 他對我說：「人子啊，這些骸骨能復活嗎？」我說：「主耶和華啊，你是知道的。」
37:4 他又對我說：「你向這些骸骨發預言說：枯乾的骸骨啊，要聽耶和華的話。
37:5 主耶和華對這些骸骨如此說：『我必使氣息進入你們裡面，你們就要活了。
37:6 我必給你們加上筋，使你們長肉，又將皮遮蔽你們，使氣息進入你們裡面，你們就要活了；你們便知道我是耶和華。』」
37:7 於是，我遵命說預言。正說預言的時候，不料，有響聲，有地震；骨與骨互相聯絡。
37:8 我觀看，見骸骨上有筋，也長了肉，又有皮遮蔽其上，只是還沒有氣息。
37:9 主對我說：「人子啊，你要發預言，向風發預言，說主耶和華如此說：氣息啊，要從四方（原文是風）而來，吹在這些被殺的人身上，使他們活了。」
37:10 於是我遵命說預言，氣息就進入骸骨，骸骨便活了，並且站起來，成為極大的軍隊。
The hand of the Lord was upon me, and he brought
me out in the Spirit of the Lord and set me down in the middle of the valley;
it was full of bones. And he led me
around among them, and behold, there were very many on the surface of the
valley, and behold, they were very dry.
And he said to me, “Son of man, can these bones live?” And I answered,
“O Lord God, you know.” Then he said to
me, “Prophesy over these bones, and say to them, O dry bones, hear the word of
the Lord. Thus says the Lord God to
these bones: Behold, I will cause breath to enter you, and you shall live. And I will lay sinews upon you, and will
cause flesh to come upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you,
and you shall live, and you shall know that I am the Lord.”
So
I prophesied as I was commanded. And as I prophesied, there was a sound, and
behold, a rattling, and the bones came together, bone to its bone. And I looked, and behold, there were sinews
on them, and flesh had come upon them, and skin had covered them. But there was
no breath in them. Then he said to me,
“Prophesy to the breath; prophesy, son of man, and say to the breath, Thus says
the Lord God: Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe on these slain,
that they may live.” So I prophesied as
he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived and stood on
their feet, an exceedingly great army.

這是一個令人振奮的異象，讓我們感受到上帝復活的大能，尤其是以色列雖然被滅了，但是他們竟然能夠從被擄之地來歸回，重新建造聖殿與耶和華的信仰，回到上帝的律法，這何嘗不是一種「復活」！
耶穌基督的復活，不僅是個人性的肉身復活，更是教會性的復活，正如耶穌所說的一粒麥子埋在土裡，死了之後，就節出許多的子粒！耶穌就像第一顆麥子一般，祂將祂的生命透過聖靈分賜給我們，使我們活出基督的生命，這就是基督的復活！而這一切不是我們的意志可以完成，是上帝親自的做工！
這裡看見枯骨再次生肉與長筋，並站立起來且來成為極大的軍隊，這就是耶和華大能的作為，祂也要成立大作為在今日的教會，直到耶穌基督再來，我們完全得救之時。讓我們一起來經歷與見證，這就是復活大能！在絕望之處，看見了盼望！
