出埃及記34:29-35

34:29 摩西手裡拿著兩塊法版下西奈山的時候，不知道自己的面皮因耶和華和他說話就發了光。
34:30 亞倫和以色列眾人看見摩西的面皮發光就怕挨近他。
34:31 摩西叫他們來；於是亞倫和會眾的官長都到他那裡去，摩西就與他們說話。
34:32 隨後以色列眾人都近前來，他就把耶和華在西奈山與他所說的一切話都吩咐他們。
34:33 摩西與他們說完了話就用帕子蒙上臉。
34:34 但摩西進到耶和華面前與他說話就揭去帕子，及至出來的時候便將耶和華所吩咐的告訴以色列人。
34:35 以色列人看見摩西的面皮發光。摩西又用帕子蒙上臉，等到他進去與耶和華說話就揭去帕子。

²⁹ When Moses came down from Mount Sinai with the two tablets of the covenant law in his hands, he was not aware that his face was radiant because he had spoken with the Lord. ³⁰ When Aaron and all the Israelites saw Moses, his face was radiant, and they were afraid to come near him. ³¹ But Moses called to them; so Aaron and all the leaders of the community came back to him, and he spoke to them. ³² Afterward all the Israelites came near him, and he gave them all the commands the Lord had given him on Mount Sinai.
³³ When Moses finished speaking to them, he put a veil over his face. ³⁴ But whenever he entered the Lord’s presence to speak with him, he removed the veil until he came out. And when he came out and told the Israelites what he had been commanded, ³⁵ they saw that his face was radiant. Then Moses would put the veil back over his face until he went in to speak with the Lord.

    摩西和上帝在一起有四十晝夜的結果是：「不知道自己的面皮因耶和華和他說話就發了光。亞倫和以色列眾人看見摩西的面皮發光就怕挨近他。」

    也因為這樣，「摩西與他們說完了話就用帕子蒙上臉。但摩西進到耶和華面前與他說話就揭去帕子，及至出來的時候便將耶和華所吩咐的告訴以色列人。以色列人看見摩西的面皮發光。摩西又用帕子蒙上臉，等到他進去與耶和華說話就揭去帕子。」

    這也告訴我們，我們若常常親近主，我們的臉上也會彰顯上帝的榮光！如此，我們就可以成為上帝真正的見證人，可以讓人由我們身上看見主的榮光，而接受耶穌基督成為救主！
