9:13 第六位天使吹號，我就聽見有聲音從上帝面前金壇的四角出來，
9:14 吩咐那吹號的第六位天使，說：「把那捆綁在幼發拉底大河的四個使者釋放了。」
9:15 那四個使者就被釋放；他們原是預備好了，到某年某月某日某時，要殺人的三分之一。
9:16 馬軍有二萬萬；他們的數目我聽見了。
9:17 我在異象中看見那些馬和騎馬的，騎馬的胸前有甲如火，與紫瑪瑙並硫磺。馬的頭好像獅子頭，有火、有煙、有硫磺從馬的口中出來。
9:18 口中所出來的火與煙並硫磺，這三樣災殺了人的三分之一。
9:19 這馬的能力是在口裡和尾巴上；因這尾巴像蛇，並且有頭用以害人。
9:20 其餘未曾被這些災所殺的人仍舊不悔改自己手所做的，還是去拜鬼魔和那些不能看、不能聽、不能走，金、銀、銅、木、石的偶像，
9:21 又不悔改他們那些凶殺、邪術、姦淫、偷竊的事。
Then the sixth angel blew his trumpet, and
I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar before God, saying to
the sixth angel who had the trumpet, "Release the four angels who are
bound at the great river Euphrates." So the four angels, who had been
prepared for the hour, the day, the month, and the year, were released to kill
a third of mankind. The number of mounted troops was twice ten thousand times
ten thousand; I heard their number. And this is how I saw the horses in my
vision and those who rode them:they wore breastplates the color of fire and of
sapphire and of sulfur, and the heads of the horses were like lions 'heads, and
fire and smoke and sulfur came out of their mouths. By these three plagues a
third of mankind was killed, by the fire and smoke and sulfur coming out of
their mouths. For the power of the horses is in their mouths and in their
tails, for their tails are like serpents with heads, and by means of them they
wound.
The rest of mankind, who were not killed by
these plagues, did not repent of the works of their hands nor give up
worshiping demons and idols of gold and silver and bronze and stone and wood,
which cannot see or hear or walk, nor did they repent of their murders or their
sorceries or their sexual immorality or their thefts.

在這裡看見不是災難可怕，而是人不悔改歸向上帝是可怕的！因為人不願意悔改使人一直陷在上帝的憤怒中，以至於人就一直處在災難狀態，這是比什麼都可怕！
這就讓人想到不管是在電影或現實狀況中，許多被認為惡的人，就他們不願意悔改，繼續在反對良善或正義。對上帝而言，人最可惡的罪，就是不願意相信上帝有赦罪的大能，不願意悔改。
有許多自稱基督徒的人，常常覺得口頭上說：我信耶穌，就算是得救的人了。其實不是，除口頭說，心裡還要相信！心裡相信就會明白，為甚麼要悔改，要離罪歸向上帝！若是沒有悔改，口說無憑，仍然在罪中，仍然未得救！
求聖靈引導讓我們確實經歷「悔改之後的平安」，讓我們真真實實歸向上帝，藉由耶穌基督的拯救！
