31:35 那使太陽白日發光，使星月有定例，黑夜發亮，又攪動大海，使海中波浪匉訇的，萬軍之耶和華是他的名。他如此說：
31:36 這些定例若能在我面前廢掉，以色列的後裔也就在我面前斷絕，永遠不再成國。這是耶和華說的。
31:37 耶和華如此說：若能量度上天，尋察下地的根基，我就因以色列後裔一切所行的棄絕他們。這是耶和華說的。
31:38 耶和華說：「日子將到，這城必為耶和華建造，從哈楠業樓直到角門。
31:39 準繩要往外量出，直到迦立山，又轉到歌亞。
31:40 拋屍的全谷和倒灰之處，並一切田地，直到汲淪溪，又直到東方馬門的拐角，都要歸耶和華為聖，不再拔出，不再傾覆，直到永遠。」
35 This is what the Lord says,
he who appoints the sun
to shine by day,
who decrees the moon and stars
to shine by night,
who stirs up the sea
so that its waves roar—
the Lord Almighty is his name:

“Only if these decrees vanish from my
sight,”
declares the Lord,
“will Israel ever cease
being a nation before me.”
37 This is what the Lord says:
“Only if the heavens above can be measured
and the foundations of the earth below be searched out
will I reject all the descendants of Israel
because of all they have done,”
declares the Lord.
38 “The days are coming,” declares the
Lord, “when this city will be rebuilt for me from the Tower of Hananel to the
Corner Gate. 39 The measuring line will stretch from there straight to the hill
of Gareb and then turn to Goah. 40 The whole valley where dead bodies and ashes
are thrown, and all the terraces out to the Kidron Valley on the east as far as
the corner of the Horse Gate, will be holy to the Lord. The city will never
again be uprooted or demolished.”

上帝在這裡用肯定的話語說到以色列的復興，而且在復興中我們看見上帝永恆的作為。也因此，以色列的復興和上帝國的實現，是連繫在一起的，是同一件事！所以，《前千禧年派》常常強調，上帝國的實現之前，必須有以色列的復興，甚至是以色列人悔改信基督教，承認主耶穌就是彌賽亞。
然而我是支持《無千禧年派》，我不認為有明顯的以色列人悔改信基督教，才可以有上帝國的實現。我所相信的是上帝國自耶穌基督來了以後，就已經開始了，在耶穌基督再來之後，才是真正完全實現。
其實，唯有上帝的國是永存的，以色列國的復興，本來就是上帝國的實現！以色列人盼望的彌賽亞、大衛的子孫，根本就是主耶穌，除祂以外沒有別的名，可以靠著得救的！
