15:20 但基督已經從死裡復活，成為睡了之人初熟的果子。
15:21 死既是因一人而來，死人復活也是因一人而來。
15:22 在亞當裡眾人都死了；照樣，在基督裡眾人也都要復活。
15:23 但各人是按著自己的次序復活：初熟的果子是基督；以後，在他來的時候，是那些屬基督的。
15:24 再後，末期到了，那時基督既將一切執政的、掌權的、有能的都毀滅了，就把國交與父上帝。
15:25 因為基督必要作王，等上帝把一切仇敵都放在他的腳下。
15:26 儘末了所毀滅的仇敵就是死。
15:27 因為經上說：「上帝叫萬物都服在他的腳下。」既說萬物都服了他，明顯那叫萬物服他的，不在其內了。
15:28 萬物既服了他，那時子也要自己服那叫萬物服他的，叫上帝在萬物之上，為萬物之主。

20 But Christ has indeed been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of
those who have fallen asleep. 21 For since death came
through a man, the resurrection of the dead comes also through a man.
22 For as in Adam all
die, so in Christ all will be made alive. 23 But each in turn: Christ, the firstfruits; then,
when he comes, those who belong to him. 24 Then the end will come, when he hands over the
kingdom to God the Father after he has destroyed all dominion, authority and
power. 25 For
he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet. 26 The last enemy to be
destroyed is death. 27 For
he “has put everything under his feet.”[c] Now when it says that “everything” has been
put under him, it is clear that this does not include God himself, who put
everything under Christ. 28 When he has done this, then the Son himself will
be made subject to him who put everything under him, so that God may be all in
all.

基督的復活帶來得是基督要得勝，基督要掌權，但是祂的掌權和魔鬼的企圖不同，祂是要將一切的主權交還於天父上帝，正如保羅在這裡所說的：「萬物既服了他，那時子也要自己服那叫萬物服他的，叫上帝在萬物之上，為萬物之主。」
這也告訴我們，我們不管在哪裡，要努力活出上帝兒女的榮耀，因為基督已經復活，已經得勝了！所以，屬耶穌基督的人也要得勝，要以基督的榮耀使人看見基督已經勝過撒但，真正的王是基督，祂是世界之王！
既然如此，我們自當以基督的大使為身分，我們在哪裡就是要彰顯基督的榮美，讓人由我們看見基督，認識基督而歸向祂！求主透過聖靈的工作，大大使用我們！不是為自己的緣故，是為基督的緣故，更為上帝榮耀的緣故！
