詩篇2:10-12

2:10 現在，你們君王應當省悟！你們世上的審判官該受管教！
2:11 當存畏懼事奉耶和華，又當存戰兢而快樂。
2:12 當以嘴親子，恐怕他發怒，你們便在道中滅亡，因為他的怒氣快要發作。凡投靠他的，都是有福的。

¹⁰ Therefore, you kings, be wise;
    be warned, you rulers of the earth.
¹¹ Serve the Lord with fear
    and celebrate his rule with trembling.
¹² Kiss his son, or he will be angry
    and your way will lead to your destruction,
for his wrath can flare up in a moment.
    Blessed are all who take refuge in him.

    雖然面對的是一群悖逆的人，但是仍然要勇敢宣告：「你們君王應當省悟！你們世上的審判官該受管教！」

    要是君王不敬畏上帝，他的百姓也不會敬畏他。所以，自以為是的君王要先自己悔改歸向上帝，尊主為大，如此才可以免除上帝的憤怒，讓上帝喜悅並且四下福分！

    也唯有「存畏懼事奉耶和華」，才能享受真正的平安，並且在上帝的賜福與保守之下，就可以享受永生之福！
