21:1 這些事以後，耶穌在提比哩亞海邊又向門徒顯現。他怎樣顯現記在下面：
21:2 有西門•彼得和稱為低土馬的多馬，並加利利的迦拿人拿但業，還有西庇太的兩個兒子，又有兩個門徒，都在一處。
21:3 西門•彼得對他們說：「我打魚去。」他們說：「我們也和你同去。」他們就出去，上了船；那一夜並沒有打著甚麼。
21:4 天將亮的時候，耶穌站在岸上，門徒卻不知道是耶穌。
21:5 耶穌就對他們說：「小子！你們有吃的沒有？」他們回答說：「沒有。」
21:6 耶穌說：「你們把網撒在船的右邊，就必得著。」他們便撒下網去，竟拉不上來了，因為魚甚多。
21:7 耶穌所愛的那門徒對彼得說：「是主！」那時西門•彼得赤著身子，一聽見是主，就束上一件外衣，跳在海裡。
21:8 其餘的門徒離岸不遠，約有二百肘（古時以肘為尺，一肘約有今時尺半），就在小船上把那網魚拉過來。
21:9 他們上了岸，就看見那裡有炭火，上面有魚，又有餅。
21:10 耶穌對他們說：「把剛才打的魚拿幾條來。」
21:11 西門•彼得就去（或譯：上船），把網拉到岸上。那網滿了大魚，共一百五十三條；魚雖這樣多，網卻沒有破。
21:12 耶穌說：「你們來吃早飯。」門徒中沒有一個敢問他：「你是誰？」因為知道是主。
21:13 耶穌就來拿餅和魚給他們。
21:14 耶穌從死裡復活以後，向門徒顯現，這是第三次。
Afterward Jesus appeared again to his disciples, by the Sea of Galilee.[a] It happened this way: 2 Simon Peter, Thomas (also known as Didymus[b]), Nathanael from Cana in Galilee, the sons of Zebedee, and two other disciples were together. 3 “I’m going out to fish,” Simon Peter told them, and they said, “We’ll go with you.” So they went out and got into the boat, but that night they caught nothing.
4 Early in the morning, Jesus stood on the shore, but the disciples did not realize that it was Jesus.
5 He called out to them, “Friends, haven’t you any fish?”
“No,” they answered.
6 He said, “Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some.” When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish.
7 Then the disciple whom Jesus loved said to Peter, “It is the Lord!” As soon as Simon Peter heard him say, “It is the Lord,” he wrapped his outer garment around him (for he had taken it off) and jumped into the water. 8 The other disciples followed in the boat, towing the net full of fish, for they were not far from shore, about a hundred yards.[c] 9 When they landed, they saw a fire of burning coals there with fish on it, and some bread.
10 Jesus said to them, “Bring some of the fish you have just caught.” 11 So Simon Peter climbed back into the boat and dragged the net ashore. It was full of large fish, 153, but even with so many the net was not torn. 12 Jesus said to them, “Come and have breakfast.” None of the disciples dared ask him, “Who are you?” They knew it was the Lord. 13 Jesus came, took the bread and gave it to them, and did the same with the fish. 14 This was now the third time Jesus appeared to his disciples after he was raised from the dead.

主耶穌復活後為了再一次激勵門徒，又像門徒顯現一次，正如這裡所說的：「耶穌從死裡復活以後，向門徒顯現，這是第三次。」
而主耶穌一再像門徒顯現，表示主耶穌的愛與復活事件的重要性！然而主耶穌復活之後仍然保持「神人二性」成為人和上帝之間永遠的中保。也因為這樣，我們可以靠主耶穌的名來到天父的面前，敬拜上帝與親近上帝。然而祂成為中保是坐在上帝的右邊，更是為每一位屬祂的兒女在天父面前代求，祂是忠信的大祭司。
求主幫助我們，不要忘記主耶穌現在雖然在上帝的右邊，卻可以透過聖靈與我們同在；也透過聖靈讓我們確信：在上帝國完全實現時，我們必定與主一起作王道永遠！
這些事好像是在將來，但是在確信當中，我們已經享受到這份喜樂與肯定這樣的榮境，讓我們每時每刻心中充滿讚美與滿足！
