馬可福音11:15-18

 

11:15 他們來到耶路撒冷。耶穌進入聖殿，趕出殿裡做買賣的人，推倒兌換銀錢之人的桌子和賣鴿子之人的凳子；
11:16 也不許人拿著器具從殿裡經過；
11:17 便教訓他們說：「經上不是記著說：我的殿必稱為萬國禱告的殿嗎？你們倒使它成為賊窩了。」
11:18 祭司長和文士聽見這話，就想法子要除滅耶穌，卻又怕他，因為眾人都希奇他的教訓。

¹⁵ On reaching Jerusalem, Jesus entered the temple courts and began driving out those who were buying and selling there. He overturned the tables of the money changers and the benches of those selling doves, ¹⁶ and would not allow anyone to carry merchandise through the temple courts. ¹⁷ And as he taught them, he said, “Is it not written: ‘My house will be called a house of prayer for all nations’? But you have made it ‘a den of robbers.’”

¹⁸ The chief priests and the teachers of the law heard this and began looking for a way to kill him, for they feared him, because the whole crowd was amazed at his teaching.

    在主耶穌的時代，為了方便從外地回來耶路撒冷的猶太人在聖殿敬拜與獻祭，於是在聖殿中設立兌換銀錢和賣鴿子之攤位。而這樣做了以後，就使聖殿成了「市場」，不是敬拜的地方了！

    而聖殿的管理者，也在這氛圍之下成為交易的主宰。也因為這樣，聖殿不再是禱告的殿、敬拜上帝的殿，使人心離上帝越來越遠！所以主耶穌責備他們：「經上不是記著說：我的殿必稱為萬國禱告的殿嗎？你們倒使它成為賊窩了。」

    故此，主耶穌「趕出殿裡做買賣的人，推倒兌換銀錢之人的桌子和賣鴿子之人的凳子；也不許人拿著器具從殿裡經過」。也因為這樣，祭司長和文士聽見這話，就想法子要除滅耶穌，好使利益不要失去！

    今日，我們是不是也因為世界的事情使敬拜的禮儀被混亂了？使人失去親近上帝的禮拜，而被人為的歡樂所取代？人重敬拜的氛圍，卻失去真理和聖靈的同在？這都是我今日要深思的課題！
