以賽亞書33:1

禍哉！你這毀滅人的，自己倒不被毀滅；行事詭詐的，人倒不以詭詐待你。你毀滅罷休了，自己必被毀滅；你行完了詭詐，人必以詭詐待你。

Ah, you destroyer,

who yourself have not been destroyed;

you treacherous one,

with whom no one has dealt treacherously!

When you have ceased to destroy,

you will be destroyed;

and when you have stopped dealing treacherously,

you will be dealt with treacherously.

    許多人作惡沒有受到教訓，就以為可以繼續做惡。其實，不是上帝不教訓，而是上帝要在是當的時候讓人感受祂的作為！正如先知所宣告：「你毀滅罷休了，自己必被毀滅；你行完了詭詐，人必以詭詐待你。」

    人說到罪感到害怕的原因，就是怕受到報應。可是偏偏人無法罪的影響力，因為罪如同樹根一樣，盤據在人的生命中，無時無刻不受道它的影響。然而真正無罪的生命卻是在上帝國完全實現的時候，那時生命才可以達到完全的聖潔。

    因此，說到聖徒堅忍，不僅要忍受魔鬼和世界外在的攻擊，更要忍受肉體的有限與有罪的問題。而面對這些爭戰的力量，就是對上帝國的實現所存的盼望，因為有盼望才會勝過現實的綑綁與限制！

以賽亞書32:9-20

32:9 安逸的婦女啊，起來聽我的聲音！無慮的女子啊，側耳聽我的言語！
32:10 無慮的女子啊，再過一年多，必受騷擾；因為無葡萄可摘，無果子（或譯：禾稼）可收。
32:11 安逸的婦女啊，要戰兢；無慮的女子啊，要受騷擾。脫去衣服，赤著身體，腰束麻布。
32:12 她們必為美好的田地和多結果的葡萄樹，搥胸哀哭。
32:13 荊棘蒺藜必長在我百姓的地上，又長在歡樂的城中和一切快樂的房屋上。
32:14 因為宮殿必被撇下，多民的城必被離棄；山岡望樓永為洞穴，作野驢所喜樂的，為羊群的草場。
32:15 等到聖靈從上澆灌我們，曠野就變為肥田，肥田看如樹林。
32:16 那時，公平要居在曠野；公義要居在肥田。
32:17 公義的果效必是平安；公義的效驗必是平穩，直到永遠。
32:18 我的百姓必住在平安的居所，安穩的住處，平靜的安歇所。
32:19 （但要降冰雹打倒樹林；城必全然拆平。）
32:20 你們在各水邊撒種、牧放牛驢的有福了！

Rise up, you women who are at ease, hear my voice;

you complacent daughters, listen to my speech.

In little more than a year

you will shudder, you complacent ones;

for the vintage will fail,

the fruit harvest will not come.

11

Tremble, you women who are at ease,

shudder, you complacent ones;

strip, and make yourselves bare,

and put sackcloth on your loins.

12

Beat your breasts for the pleasant fields,

for the fruitful vine,

13

for the soil of my people

growing up in thorns and briers;

yes, for all the joyous houses

in the jubilant city.

14

For the palace will be forsaken,

the populous city deserted;

the hill and the watchtower

will become dens forever,

the joy of wild asses,

a pasture for flocks;

15

until a spirit from on high is poured out on us,

and the wilderness becomes a fruitful field,

and the fruitful field is deemed a forest.

16

Then justice will dwell in the wilderness,

and righteousness abide in the fruitful field.

17

The effect of righteousness will be peace,

and the result of righteousness, quietness and trust forever.

18

My people will abide in a peaceful habitation,

in secure dwellings, and in quiet resting places.

19

The forest will disappear completely,

and the city will be utterly laid low.

20

Happy will you be who sow beside every stream,

who let the ox and the donkey range freely.

    先知在這裡宣告：「公義的果效必是平安；公義的效驗必是平穩，直到永遠。我的百姓必住在平安的居所，安穩的住處，平靜的安歇所。」

    我們聽了先知的宣告知道：公義帶來平安。也就是說：有公義，才會有平安！而公義是甚麼呢？就是人和上帝有正確和合宜的關係。而這樣的關係是透過耶穌基督的捨身成為贖罪祭，和我們因著信來領受這樣的果效。這本身是上帝的恩典，上帝賜給我們是沒有條件的。

    這樣的公義帶來我們與上帝的和好，這就是平安了！而與上帝和好的福音，就是耶穌基督的福音。耶穌基督就是上帝與人之間，唯一的中保，除祂以外別無拯救，就是聖靈也是引導我們靠著耶穌基督的恩典，與上帝有和好的關係，這就是平安了！

以賽亞書32:1-8

32:1 看哪，必有一王憑公義行政；必有首領藉公平掌權。
32:2 必有一人像避風所和避暴雨的隱密處，又像河流在乾旱之地，像大磐石的影子在疲乏之地。
32:3 那能看的人，眼不再昏迷；能聽的人，耳必得聽聞。
32:4 冒失人的心必明白知識；結巴人的舌必說話通快。
32:5 愚頑人不再稱為高明；吝嗇人不再稱為大方。
32:6 因為愚頑人必說愚頑話，心裡想作罪孽，慣行褻瀆的事，說錯謬的話攻擊耶和華，使飢餓的人無食可吃，使口渴的人無水可喝。
32:7 吝嗇人所用的法子是惡的；他圖謀惡計，用謊言毀滅謙卑人；窮乏人講公理的時候，他也是這樣行。
32:8 高明人卻謀高明事，在高明事上也必永存。

See, a king will reign in righteousness,

and princes will rule with justice.

Each will be like a hiding place from the wind,

a covert from the tempest,

like streams of water in a dry place,

like the shade of a great rock in a weary land.

Then the eyes of those who have sight will not be closed,

and the ears of those who have hearing will listen.

4

The minds of the rash will have good judgment,

and the tongues of stammerers will speak readily and distinctly.

5

A fool will no longer be called noble,

nor a villain said to be honorable.

6

For fools speak folly,

and their minds plot iniquity:

to practice ungodliness,

to utter error concerning the Lord,

to leave the craving of the hungry unsatisfied,

and to deprive the thirsty of drink.

7

The villainies of villains are evil;

they devise wicked devices

to ruin the poor with lying words,

even when the plea of the needy is right.

8

But those who are noble plan noble things,

and by noble things they stand.

    先知以賽亞在此宣告的人格特質，正是耶穌基督的特質，祂在是上的生活，就是以這樣的特質來向世人展現。而這樣的特質，也要就由我們這些蒙上帝拯救，成為上帝兒女的人身上展現出來。而這樣的展現，不是我們自己努力來的，是基督藉我們來反照出他的樣式。也因為如此，我們不能為自己誇口，要誇口為我們死在十字架上的耶穌基督！

    最近紀念馬丁路德改教500年，而改教的精神就是從「萬聖」變成「One聖」！這個「One聖」，當然就是指主耶穌！我們沒有能力效法耶穌基督到完全，我們只能披戴主耶穌！因為我們不能像耶穌基督，一樣式完全無罪的。雖然我們可以效法，但無法完全！

    謙卑就是認清楚這樣的景況，並且透過信心接受耶穌基督就是我們的一切，耶穌基督有的就是屬於我們的，讓人感受基督的榮耀救在我們的身上，是上帝藉由聖靈賜給我們的，不是靈修、不是操練來的，是生命的流露！

以賽亞書31章

以賽亞書31:1-9

31:1 禍哉！那些下埃及求幫助的，是因仗賴馬匹，倚靠甚多的車輛，並倚靠強壯的馬兵，卻不仰望以色列的聖者，也不求問耶和華。
31:2 其實，耶和華有智慧；他必降災禍，並不反悔自己的話，卻要興起攻擊那作惡之家，又攻擊那作孽幫助人的。
31:3 埃及人不過是人，並不是上帝；他們的馬不過是血肉，並不是靈。耶和華一伸手，那幫助人的必絆跌，那受幫助的也必跌倒，都一同滅亡。
31:4 耶和華對我如此說：獅子和少壯獅子護食咆哮，就是喊許多牧人來攻擊牠，牠總不因他們的聲音驚惶，也不因他們的喧嘩縮伏。如此，萬軍之耶和華也必降臨在錫安山岡上爭戰。
31:5 雀鳥怎樣搧翅覆雛，萬軍之耶和華也要照樣保護耶路撒冷。他必保護拯救，要越門保守。
31:6 以色列人哪，你們深深地悖逆耶和華，現今要歸向他。
31:7 到那日，各人必將他金偶像銀偶像，就是親手所造、陷自己在罪中的，都拋棄了。
31:8 亞述人必倒在刀下，並非人的刀；有刀要將他吞滅，並非人的刀。他必逃避這刀；他的少年人必成為服苦的。
31:9 他的磐石必因驚嚇挪去；他的首領必因大旗驚惶。這是那有火在錫安、有爐在耶路撒冷的耶和華說的。

Alas for those who go down to Egypt for help

and who rely on horses,

who trust in chariots because they are many

and in horsemen because they are very strong,

but do not look to the Holy One of Israel

or consult the Lord!

Yet he too is wise and brings disaster;

he does not call back his words,

but will rise against the house of the evildoers,

and against the helpers of those who work iniquity.

3

The Egyptians are human, and not God;

their horses are flesh, and not spirit.

When the Lord stretches out his hand,

the helper will stumble, and the one helped will fall,

and they will all perish together.

4

For thus the Lord said to me,

As a lion or a young lion growls over its prey,

and—when a band of shepherds is called out against it—

is not terrified by their shouting

or daunted at their noise,

so the Lord of hosts will come down

to fight upon Mount Zion and upon its hill.

Like birds hovering overhead, so the Lord of hosts

will protect Jerusalem;

he will protect and deliver it,

he will spare and rescue it.

⁶ Turn back to him whom you have deeply betrayed, O people of Israel. ⁷For on that day all of you shall throw away your idols of silver and idols of gold, which your hands have sinfully made for you.

“Then the Assyrian shall fall by a sword, not of mortals;

and a sword, not of humans, shall devour him;

he shall flee from the sword,

and his young men shall be put to forced labor.

9

His rock shall pass away in terror,

and his officers desert the standard in panic,”

says the Lord, whose fire is in Zion,

and whose furnace is in Jerusalem.

    對於受造的人而言，上帝賦予人一個重要的法則，就是人要倚靠上帝而生活。人是離不開上帝的，若沒有上帝人就不能做甚麼。而猶大百姓是上帝的子民，祂們應該對這樣的真裡很清楚，可使他們遇到強敵亞述時，卻亂了陣腳，跑去倚靠埃及。

    上帝透過先知的話，讓他們認識：「埃及人不過是人，並不是上帝；他們的馬不過是血肉，並不是靈。耶和華一伸手，那幫助人的必絆跌，那受幫助的也必跌倒，都一同滅亡。」

    先知再次向猶大百姓宣告：「萬軍之耶和華也必降臨在錫安山岡上爭戰。」「雀鳥怎樣搧翅覆雛，萬軍之耶和華也要照樣保護耶路撒冷。他必保護拯救，要越門保守。」

    上帝更透過先知宣告上帝的得勝，祂要將亞述的軍隊打敗，好拯救猶大百姓脫離亞述的威脅！而上帝是說到做到的上帝，祂真的是值得倚靠得上帝，讓我們一生一世堅心倚賴祂！
