詩篇11:1-7

11:1 （大衛的詩，交與伶長。）我是投靠耶和華；你們怎麼對我說：你當像鳥飛往你的山去。
11:2 看哪，惡人彎弓，把箭搭在弦上，要在暗中射那心裡正直的人。
11:3 根基若毀壞，義人還能做甚麼呢？
11:4 耶和華在他的聖殿裡；耶和華的寶座在天上；他的慧眼察看世人。
11:5 耶和華試驗義人；惟有惡人和喜愛強暴的人，他心裡恨惡。
11:6 他要向惡人密布網羅；有烈火、硫磺、熱風，作他們杯中的分。
11:7 因為耶和華是公義的，他喜愛公義；正直人必得見他的面。

For the director of music. Of David.

¹ In the Lord I take refuge.
    How then can you say to me:
    “Flee like a bird to your mountain.
² For look, the wicked bend their bows;
    they set their arrows against the strings
to shoot from the shadows
    at the upright in heart.
³ When the foundations are being destroyed,
    what can the righteous do?”

⁴ The Lord is in his holy temple;
    the Lord is on his heavenly throne.
He observes everyone on earth;
    his eyes examine them.
⁵ The Lord examines the righteous,
    but the wicked, those who love violence,
    he hates with a passion.
⁶ On the wicked he will rain
    fiery coals and burning sulfur;
    a scorching wind will be their lot.

⁷ For the Lord is righteous,
    he loves justice;
    the upright will see his face.

    惡人就是心中沒有上帝的人，這些人以為世界是屬於他們的，為所欲為，毫不尊重別人，尤其是對心中有上帝的義人，更是看不起，處心積慮想讓他們放棄對上帝信仰。

    記得年輕的時候，曾經聽見一個故事說到：一位無神論者想打擊一位傳道人，在他上臺講到錢給他一張紙條，上面寫著「笨蛋」，想惱怒他，使他上臺講道出醜。然而這個傳到人，並沒有受到影響。反而上臺說：「通常有人寫信忘了署名，但是我收到一封忘了寫內容，只有署名的信，希望他以後記得把內容寫上！」台下一陣大笑之後，繼續他的講道！

    的確，惡人本想羞辱人，卻自取其辱！所以，人要尊重別人，更要敬畏上帝，才是蒙上地喜愛的義人！
