路加福音14:15-24

 

14:15 同席的有一人聽見這話，就對耶穌說：「在上帝國裡吃飯的有福了！」
14:16 耶穌對他說：「有一人擺設大筵席，請了許多客。
14:17 到了坐席的時候，打發僕人去對所請的人說：『請來吧！樣樣都齊備了。』
14:18 眾人一口同音地推辭。頭一個說：『我買了一塊地，必須去看看。請你准我辭了。』
14:19 又有一個說：『我買了五對牛，要去試一試。請你准我辭了。』
14:20 又有一個說：『我才娶了妻，所以不能去。』
14:21 那僕人回來，把這事都告訴了主人。家主就動怒，對僕人說：『快出去，到城裡大街小巷，領那貧窮的、殘廢的、瞎眼的、瘸腿的來。』
14:22 僕人說：『主啊，你所吩咐的已經辦了，還有空座。』
14:23 主人對僕人說：『你出去到路上和籬笆那裡，勉強人進來，坐滿我的屋子。
14:24 我告訴你們，先前所請的人沒有一個得嘗我的筵席。』」

 

¹⁵ When one of those at the table with him heard this, he said to Jesus, “Blessed is the one who will eat at the feast in the kingdom of God.”

¹⁶ Jesus replied: “A certain man was preparing a great banquet and invited many guests. ¹⁷ At the time of the banquet he sent his servant to tell those who had been invited, ‘Come, for everything is now ready.’

¹⁸ “But they all alike began to make excuses. The first said, ‘I have just bought a field, and I must go and see it. Please excuse me.’

¹⁹ “Another said, ‘I have just bought five yoke of oxen, and I’m on my way to try them out. Please excuse me.’

²⁰ “Still another said, ‘I just got married, so I can’t come.’

²¹ “The servant came back and reported this to his master. Then the owner of the house became angry and ordered his servant, ‘Go out quickly into the streets and alleys of the town and bring in the poor, the crippled, the blind and the lame.’

²² “‘Sir,’ the servant said, ‘what you ordered has been done, but there is still room.’

²³ “Then the master told his servant, ‘Go out to the roads and country lanes and compel them to come in, so that my house will be full. ²⁴ I tell you, not one of those who were invited will get a taste of my banquet.’”

    人總是看中眼前的利益和榮耀，卻忽略了永恆的且寶貴的榮耀，尤其上帝要給我們的！

 

    很多時候，我們寧可花時間在次要的事上，卻沒有有花時間在最重要的事！什麼是最重要的事呢？就是來親近主耶穌，享受上帝的同在！

 

    天父上帝吩咐我們：「將心歸給我！」

 

    我們有將心歸給上帝嗎？

 

 

路加福音14:12-14

 

14:12 耶穌又對請他的人說：「你擺設午飯或晚飯，不要請你的朋友、弟兄、親屬，和富足的鄰舍，恐怕他們也請你，你就得了報答。
14:13 你擺設筵席，倒要請那貧窮的、殘廢的、瘸腿的、瞎眼的，你就有福了！
14:14 因為他們沒有甚麼可報答你。到義人復活的時候，你要得著報答。」

 

¹² Then Jesus said to his host, “When you give a luncheon or dinner, do not invite your friends, your brothers or sisters, your relatives, or your rich neighbors; if you do, they may invite you back and so you will be repaid. ¹³ But when you give a banquet, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind, ¹⁴ and you will be blessed. Although they cannot repay you, you will be repaid at the resurrection of the righteous.”

    主耶穌這段話給我們許多的提醒，就是我們要得上帝的獎賞勝過人的回報！

 

    也因為這樣，我們要讓有缺乏的人得著幫助！「你擺設筵席，倒要請那貧窮的、殘廢的、瘸腿的、瞎眼的」，這些是真正缺乏的人。然而缺乏的人卻可以成為別人領受上帝賜福的管道。因此，這些人是別人的「貴人」！

 

    你有這樣的「貴人」嗎？當你有的時候，要好好把握，這是領受將來屬天賜服的管道喔！正如主耶穌所說：「因為他們沒有甚麼可報答你。到義人復活的時候，你要得著報答。」

 

 

 

路加福音14:7-11

 

14:7 耶穌見所請的客揀擇首位，就用比喻對他們說：
14:8 「你被人請去赴婚姻的筵席，不要坐在首位上，恐怕有比你尊貴的客被他請來；
14:9 那請你們的人前來對你說：『讓座給這一位吧！』你就羞羞慚慚地退到末位上去了。
14:10 你被請的時候，就去坐在末位上，好叫那請你的人來對你說：『朋友，請上座。』那時，你在同席的人面前就有光彩了。
14:11 因為，凡自高的，必降為卑；自卑的，必升為高。」

 

⁷ When he noticed how the guests picked the places of honor at the table, he told them this parable: ⁸ “When someone invites you to a wedding feast, do not take the place of honor, for a person more distinguished than you may have been invited. ⁹ If so, the host who invited both of you will come and say to you, ‘Give this person your seat.’ Then, humiliated, you will have to take the least important place. ¹⁰ But when you are invited, take the lowest place, so that when your host comes, he will say to you, ‘Friend, move up to a better place.’ Then you will be honored in the presence of all the other guests. ¹¹ For all those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.”

    謙卑和自高是相對的，人必須在聖靈的光照下，才會認識自己的真正景況，才會高舉主為大！這也就是加爾文所說的：人要認識上帝才能真正認識人；相對的人要真正認識人才能認識上帝。

 

    然而人常常是高舉自己，貶抑別人、不敬畏上帝！所以像宴席的場合，人常常是高舉自己，正如主耶穌所看見。

 

    有人認為高舉自己是自信的表顯，其實事實剛好相反，這些人是對自己缺乏信心，才需要別人的肯定！一個人真的肯定自己，就不會在意別人的看法，也不需要別人的稱讚。

 

    然而怎樣的人，才能肯定自己，就是尊耶穌基督為主的人，知道人只有在基督裡才有真正的滿足，不需要從人來的稱讚和肯定。

 

 

 

路加福音14:1-6

 

14:1 安息日，耶穌到一個法利賽人的首領家裡去吃飯，他們就窺探他。
14:2 在他面前有一個患水臌的人。
14:3 耶穌對律法師和法利賽人說：「安息日治病可以不可以？」
14:4 他們卻不言語。耶穌就治好那人，叫他走了；
14:5 便對他們說：「你們中間誰有驢或有牛，在安息日掉在井裡，不立時拉牠上來呢？」
14:6 他們不能對答這話。

 

One Sabbath, when Jesus went to eat in the house of a prominent Pharisee, he was being carefully watched. ² There in front of him was a man suffering from abnormal swelling of his body. ³ Jesus asked the Pharisees and experts in the law, “Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath or not?” ⁴ But they remained silent. So taking hold of the man, he healed him and sent him on his way.

⁵ Then he asked them, “If one of you has a child^[a] or an ox that falls into a well on the Sabbath day, will you not immediately pull it out?” ⁶ And they had nothing to say.

    主耶穌面對這一群充滿敵意的律法師和法利賽人，仍然不失去自己的原則，要救助那些真正在困苦中的人，不擔心自己這樣做會有什麼不好的後果。所以，面前有一個患水臌的人，耶穌就醫治好他，不管是不是安息日，因為這是救命的工作。

 

    正如猶太人在安息日的時候，有牲畜掉在井裡，一定馬上去救，因為這是救命的工作！同樣人為疾病所苦，能早日得醫治就得解脫，有甚麼不好呢？面對這些頑古不化的律法師和法利賽人，主耶穌不遷就他們，做祂該做的事，拯救祂該拯救的人。

 

    當然醫治人是救命的工作，傳福音更是救命的工作，心中有聖靈的引導就要趕快去將福音傳給人，不要看是好人或壞人。因為人是要靠主耶穌才能脫離罪惡，不是脫離罪惡才信靠主耶穌！
