約翰福音1:29-34

 

1:29 次日，約翰看見耶穌來到他那裡，就說：「看哪，上帝的羔羊，除去（或譯：背負）世人罪孽的！
1:30 這就是我曾說：『有一位在我以後來、反成了在我以前的，因他本來在我以前。』
1:31 我先前不認識他，如今我來用水施洗，為要叫他顯明給以色列人。」
1:32 約翰又作見證說：「我曾看見聖靈，彷彿鴿子從天降下，住在他的身上。
1:33 我先前不認識他，只是那差我來用水施洗的、對我說：『你看見聖靈降下來，住在誰的身上，誰就是用聖靈施洗的。』
1:34 我看見了，就證明這是上帝的兒子。」

 

²⁹ The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, “Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world! ³⁰ This is the one I meant when I said, ‘A man who comes after me has surpassed me because he was before me.’ ³¹ I myself did not know him, but the reason I came baptizing with water was that he might be revealed to Israel.”

³² Then John gave this testimony: “I saw the Spirit come down from heaven as a dove and remain on him. ³³ And I myself did not know him, but the one who sent me to baptize with water told me, ‘The man on whom you see the Spirit come down and remain is the one who will baptize with the Holy Spirit.’ ³⁴ I have seen and I testify that this is God’s Chosen One.”

    主耶穌的受洗不是為了除罪，而是要顯明耶穌基督是上帝的羔羊！所以，主顯節通常是以主耶穌受洗的經文，來顯明主耶穌是上帝的愛子！

 

    也因為這樣主耶穌的受洗和其他人受洗是不同，而施洗約翰也藉此宣告：「我曾看見聖靈，彷彿鴿子從天降下，住在他的身上。我先前不認識他，只是那差我來用水施洗的、對我說：『你看見聖靈降下來，住在誰的身上，誰就是用聖靈施洗的。』我看見了，就證明這是上帝的兒子。」

 

    讓我們也來宣告：主耶穌是上帝的獨生子，是上帝的羔羊！

 

約翰福音1:19-28

 

1:19 約翰所作的見證記在下面：猶太人從耶路撒冷差祭司和利未人到約翰那裡，問他說：「你是誰？」
1:20 他就明說，並不隱瞞，明說：「我不是基督。」
1:21 他們又問他說：「這樣，你是誰呢？是以利亞嗎？」他說：「我不是。」「是那先知嗎？」他回答說：「不是。」
1:22 於是他們說：「你到底是誰，叫我們好回覆差我們來的人。你自己說，你是誰？」
1:23 他說：「我就是那在曠野有人聲喊著說：『修直主的道路』，正如先知以賽亞所說的。」
1:24 那些人是法利賽人差來的（或譯：那差來的是法利賽人）；
1:25 他們就問他說：「你既不是基督，不是以利亞，也不是那先知，為甚麼施洗呢？」
1:26 約翰回答說：「我是用水施洗，但有一位站在你們中間，是你們不認識的，
1:27 就是那在我以後來的，我給他解鞋帶也不配。」
1:28 這是在約旦河外伯大尼（有古卷：伯大巴喇），約翰施洗的地方作的見證。

 

¹⁹ Now this was John’s testimony when the Jewish leaders^[c] in Jerusalem sent priests and Levites to ask him who he was. ²⁰ He did not fail to confess, but confessed freely, “I am not the Messiah.”

²¹ They asked him, “Then who are you? Are you Elijah?”

He said, “I am not.”

“Are you the Prophet?”

He answered, “No.”

²² Finally they said, “Who are you? Give us an answer to take back to those who sent us. What do you say about yourself?”

²³ John replied in the words of Isaiah the prophet, “I am the voice of one calling in the wilderness, ‘Make straight the way for the Lord.’”^[d]

²⁴ Now the Pharisees who had been sent ²⁵ questioned him, “Why then do you baptize if you are not the Messiah, nor Elijah, nor the Prophet?”

²⁶ “I baptize with^[e] water,” John replied, “but among you stands one you do not know. ²⁷ He is the one who comes after me, the straps of whose sandals I am not worthy to untie.”

²⁸ This all happened at Bethany on the other side of the Jordan, where John was baptizing.

    施洗約翰清楚自己的地位，他不奪取基督的榮耀，所以當人問他：「你是誰？」他就明說，並不隱瞞，明說：「我不是基督。」

 

    有許自稱基督徒的人，以為自己是代表基督，就要做基督的事，讓人來尊崇他、稱讚他，這就是搶奪基督的榮耀！殊不知，基督能做的事，不是我們能做的；我們只是見證基督，我們不是基督！

 

    也因此，我們要承認我們只不過是世人而已，正如施洗約翰雖然為主耶穌預備道路，但他宣告：「我是用水施洗，但有一位站在你們中間，是你們不認識的，就是那在我以後來的，我給他解鞋帶也不配。」

 

    我們要清楚，若不是基督的拯救和上帝的恩典，我們是不配成為上帝的兒女的！

 

 

 

約翰福音1:15-18

 

1:15 約翰為他作見證，喊著說：「這就是我曾說：『那在我以後來的，反成了在我以前的，因他本來在我以前。』」
1:16 從他豐滿的恩典裡，我們都領受了，而且恩上加恩。
1:17 律法本是藉著摩西傳的；恩典和真理都是由耶穌基督來的。
1:18 從來沒有人看見上帝，只有在父懷裡的獨生子將他表明出來。

 

¹⁵ (John testified concerning him. He cried out, saying, “This is the one I spoke about when I said, ‘He who comes after me has surpassed me because he was before me.’”) ¹⁶ Out of his fullness we have all received grace in place of grace already given. ¹⁷ For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. ¹⁸ No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is himself God and^[b] is in closest relationship with the Father, has made him known.

    主耶穌來是要顯明上帝，讓人知道上帝不是不可見的，不是虛幻的，是真真實實的，還會用人的樣式像人顯現！因為人是上帝按照祂的形象與樣式造的，所以從人的形象可以反推出上帝，只可惜人犯罪了，已被罪汙染了，上帝只好親自透過愛子取人的形象向人彰顯無罪之完全人的樣式！

 

    基督是完全的上帝，也是完全的人！是人就是有肉身和形體，所以主耶穌不是幻影，是真真實實有血有肉的人！這是人無法想像的，但是上帝卻如此啟示自己！

 

   《約翰一書》中也說到：「親愛的弟兄啊，一切的靈，你們不可都信，總要試驗那些靈是出於上帝的不是，因為世上有許多假先知已經出來了。凡靈認耶穌基督是成了肉身來的，就是出於上帝的；從此你們可以認出上帝的靈來。凡靈不認耶穌，就不是出於上帝，這是那敵基督者的靈。你們從前聽見他要來，現在已經在世上了。」(4:1-3)

 

    讓我們用這樣的「試金石」來查驗信仰的真假，這是很重要的！

 

 

 

約翰福音1:9-14

 

1:9 那光是真光，照亮一切生在世上的人。
1:10 他在世界，世界也是藉著他造的，世界卻不認識他。
1:11 他到自己的地方來，自己的人倒不接待他。
1:12 凡接待他的，就是信他名的人，他就賜他們權柄作上帝的兒女。
1:13 這等人不是從血氣生的，不是從情慾生的，也不是從人意生的，乃是從上帝生的。
1:14 道成了肉身，住在我們中間，充充滿滿地有恩典有真理。我們也見過他的榮光，正是父獨生子的榮光。

 

⁹ The true light that gives light to everyone was coming into the world. ¹⁰ He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him. ¹¹ He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him. ¹² Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God— ¹³ children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God.

¹⁴ The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.

    成為上帝的兒女是出於上帝的作為，正如作者在這裡所說：「這等人不是從血氣生的，不是從情慾生的，也不是從人意生的，乃是從上帝生的。」

 

    然而奇妙的是上帝竟然用肉身像人顯現，也因為如此，上帝是真真實實與人同住！所以，約翰福音要告訴我們，肉身不是邪惡的，肉身是上帝恩典的作為！因為約翰福音的作者要對抗「諾斯底主義」，他們認為肉身是靈魂的監牢！然而基督信仰要告訴我們，唯有透過道成肉身的主耶穌，才能成上帝的羔羊，承擔世人的罪孽！

 

    因此，我們讀約翰福音也要承認我們是有罪的，需要耶穌基督的救贖，不是我們的善行討上帝的喜悅，而是耶穌基督的代贖，使我們與上帝和好，享受真正的平安！
