列王紀上19:8

他就起來吃了喝了，仗著這飲食的力，走了四十晝夜，到了上帝的山，就是何烈山。

So he got up and ate and drank. Strengthened by that food, he traveled forty days and forty nights until he reached Horeb, the mountain of God.

    這是以利亞先知在最軟弱的時候，得到上帝的供應，所產生的力量，讓他有力氣去到上帝的山—何烈山。

    這也讓我們感受到上帝是不撇棄人的上帝，也讓我們可以勇敢親近的上帝，尤其是我們軟弱的時候，更是要來到上帝面前。
