32:1 諸天哪，側耳，我要說話；願地也聽我口中的言語。

32:17 所祭祀的鬼魔並非真神，乃是素不認識的神，是近來新興的，是你列祖所不畏懼的。

32:20 我要向他們掩面，看他們的結局如何。他們本是極乖僻的族類，心中無誠實的兒女。

32:24 他們必因飢餓消瘦，被炎熱苦毒吞滅。我要打發野獸用牙齒咬他們，並土中腹行的，用毒氣害他們。
32:25 外頭有刀劍，內室有驚恐，使人喪亡，使少男、童女、吃奶的、白髮的，盡都滅絕。

摩西要離世以前為了怕以色列人將來遠離上帝，所以寫下這一首「摩西之歌」讓以色列人來傳唱，好讓他們將摩西的心願科在他們的心版上，這樣他們就會把上帝當成他們永遠的磐石，永遠不會離開上帝！
摩西不僅要他們記住這首詩歌，還吩咐他們：「我今日所警教你們的，你們都要放在心上；要吩咐你們的子孫謹守遵行這律法上的話。因為這不是虛空、與你們無關的事，乃是你們的生命；在你們過約旦河要得為業的地上必因這事日子得以長久。」
今日，我們在教會唱詩歌也使如此，不在乎曲調好不好聽，而是在乎詩歌有沒有將真理傳遞出來，將上帝的信息和要我們遵行的，是否透過詩歌的吟唱，讓聖靈工作，刻在我們的心版上永不抹滅！
禮拜唱詩的目的就在這裡，不是造成崇拜的氣氛就好了，是要將上帝的真理傳遞下去，所以歌詞中神學的正確性很重要，是不能隨便的，不只是為了抒發人的感情和情緒！這是現代敬拜讚美和詩班獻唱的詩歌要慎選的重要原因，牧者不能不注意這事！
