以西結書19:1-9



19:1 你當為以色列的王作起哀歌,
19:2 說:你的母親是甚麼呢?是個母獅子,蹲伏在獅子中間,在少壯獅子中養育小獅子。
19:3 在牠小獅子中養大一個,成了少壯獅子,學會抓食而吃人。
19:4 列國聽見了就把他捉在他們的坑中,用鉤子拉到埃及地去。
19:5 母獅見自己等候失了指望,就從牠小獅子中又將一個養為少壯獅子。
19:6 牠在眾獅子中走來走去,成了少壯獅子,學會抓食而吃人。
19:7 他知道列國的宮殿,又使他們的城邑變為荒場;因他咆哮的聲音,遍地和其中所有的就都荒廢。
19:8 於是四圍邦國各省的人來攻擊他,將網撒在他身上,捉在他們的坑中。
19:9 他們用鉤子鉤住他,將他放在籠中,帶到巴比倫王那裡,將他放入堅固之所,使他的聲音在以色列山上不再聽見。

1 And you, take up a lamentation for the princes of Israel, 2 and say:
What was your mother? A lioness!
Among lions she crouched;
in the midst of young lions
she reared her cubs.
3 And she brought up one of her cubs;
 he became a young lion,
 and he learned to catch prey;
he devoured men.
4 The nations heard about him;
 he was caught in their pit,
 and they brought him with hooks
to the land of Egypt.
5 When she saw that she waited in vain,
that her hope was lost,
 she took another of her cubs
and made him a young lion.
6 He prowled among the lions;
he became a young lion,
and he learned to catch prey;
he devoured men,
7 and seized their widows.
He laid waste their cities,
and the land was appalled and all who were in it
at the sound of his roaring.
8 Then the nations set against him
from provinces on every side;
 they spread their net over him;
 he was taken in their pit.
9 With hooks they put him in a cage
and brought him to the king of Babylon;
they brought him into custody,
that his voice should no more be heard
on the mountains of Israel.

    先知為猶大兩個王:約哈斯約哈斯(王下 23:32-34)和約雅斤(王下24 : 13 -15)做哀歌。也有人認為第二隻獅子是西底家或約雅敬(王下 24:1-6)。由於約雅敬是否曾經被擄到巴比倫,學者們有爭議,如果他曾經被擄去巴比倫,這樣以他的事蹟最可能是第二隻少壯獅子。如果排除約雅敬的話,西底家應該就是另一個最可能的選擇。

    不過這是要告訴我們猶大的王的下場,猶大的王不聽從上帝的話,隨己意行事造成以色列的滅國,雖然他們是大衛的子孫,大衛的義行也就不了他們。只有靠上帝的應許的恩典,才使他們有歸回重建的盼望。

    所以,人不能誇口自己,只能謙卑領受上帝的恩典。自己無法救自己,只能靠耶穌基督而得救。

以西結書18:21-32



18:21 「惡人若回頭離開所做的一切罪惡,謹守我一切的律例,行正直與合理的事,他必定存活,不致死亡。
18:22 他所犯的一切罪過都不被記念,因所行的義,他必存活。
18:23 主耶和華說:惡人死亡,豈是我喜悅的嗎?不是喜悅他回頭離開所行的道存活嗎?
18:24 義人若轉離義行而作罪孽,照著惡人所行一切可憎的事而行,他豈能存活嗎?他所行的一切義都不被記念;他必因所犯的罪、所行的惡死亡。
18:25 「你們還說:『主的道不公平!』以色列家啊,你們當聽,我的道豈不公平嗎?你們的道豈不是不公平嗎?
18:26 義人若轉離義行而作罪孽死亡,他是因所作的罪孽死亡。
18:27 再者,惡人若回頭離開所行的惡,行正直與合理的事,他必將性命救活了。
18:28 因為他思量,回頭離開所犯的一切罪過,必定存活,不致死亡。
18:29 以色列家還說:『主的道不公平!』以色列家啊,我的道豈不公平嗎?你們的道豈不是不公平嗎?」
18:30 所以主耶和華說:「以色列家啊,我必按你們各人所行的審判你們。你們當回頭離開所犯的一切罪過。這樣,罪孽必不使你們敗亡。
18:31 你們要將所犯的一切罪過盡行拋棄,自做一個新心和新靈。以色列家啊,你們何必死亡呢?
18:32 主耶和華說:我不喜悅那死人之死,所以你們當回頭而存活。」

21 "But if a wicked person turns away from all his sins that he has committed and keeps all my statutes and does what is just and right, he shall surely live; he shall not die. 22 None of the transgressions that he has committed shall be remembered against him; for the righteousness that he has done he shall live. 23 Have I any pleasure in the death of the wicked, declares the Lord God, and not rather that he should turn from his way and live? 24 But when a righteous person turns away from his righteousness and does injustice and does the same abominations that the wicked person does, shall he live? None of the righteous deeds that he has done shall be remembered; for the treachery of which he is guilty and the sin he has committed, for them he shall die.
25 "Yet you say, 'The way of the Lord is not just. ' Hear now, O house of Israel:Is my way not just? Is it not your ways that are not just? 26 When a righteous person turns away from his righteousness and does injustice, he shall die for it; for the injustice that he has done he shall die. 27 Again, when a wicked person turns away from the wickedness he has committed and does what is just and right, he shall save his life. 28 Because he considered and turned away from all the transgressions that he had committed, he shall surely live; he shall not die. 29 Yet the house of Israel says, 'The way of the Lord is not just. ' O house of Israel, are my ways not just? Is it not your ways that are not just?
30 "Therefore I will judge you, O house of Israel, every one according to his ways, declares the Lord God. Repent and turn from all your transgressions, lest iniquity be your ruin. 31 Cast away from you all the transgressions that you have committed, and make yourselves a new heart and a new spirit! Why will you die, O house of Israel? 32 For I have no pleasure in the death of anyone, declares the Lord God; so turn, and live."

    此段先知把猶大人導回正途:行善事,是本分,是應該的(正好及格)。所以沒有善果可以保留給後來行惡的自己或後代。但是上帝的憐憫願意讓改過向善的惡人可以存活,因此惡人改過可以因上帝的憐憫而不被上帝計算之前的惡。

    先知說明上帝不希望惡人死亡,所以惡人要悔改,祂就留他的性命。如果知道人的希望在於上帝的憐憫與意願,而非自己的行善力量,那犯過罪的人當然要立即悔改,擁抱上帝的恩典,而非依賴不存在的「善報」。這是被擄的以色列人唯一的出路,當然也是犯過罪的人唯一的出路。

    這不只是以色列人的出路更是每一個人的出路就是透過耶穌基督來歸向上帝這就是悔改我們過去遠離上帝現在要來親近上帝祂也正在等待我們的歸回成為祂的兒女

以西結書18:5-20



18:5 「人若是公義,且行正直與合理的事:
18:6 未曾在山上吃過祭偶像之物,未曾仰望以色列家的偶像,未曾玷污鄰舍的妻,未曾在婦人的經期內親近她,
18:7 未曾虧負人,乃將欠債之人的當頭還給他;未曾搶奪人的物件,卻將食物給飢餓的人吃,將衣服給赤身的人穿;
18:8 未曾向借錢的弟兄取利,也未曾向借糧的弟兄多要,縮手不作罪孽,在兩人之間,按至理判斷;
18:9 遵行我的律例,謹守我的典章,按誠實行事─這人是公義的,必定存活。這是主耶和華說的。
18:10 「他若生一個兒子,作強盜,是流人血的,不行以上所說之善,反行其中之惡,乃在山上吃過祭偶像之物,並玷污鄰舍的妻,
18:11 【併於上節】
18:12 虧負困苦和窮乏的人,搶奪人的物,未曾將當頭還給人,仰望偶像,並行可憎的事,
18:13 向借錢的弟兄取利,向借糧的弟兄多要─這人豈能存活呢?他必不能存活。他行這一切可憎的事,必要死亡,他的罪(原文是血)必歸到他身上。
18:14 「他若生一個兒子,見父親所犯的一切罪便懼怕(有古卷:思量),不照樣去做;
18:15 未曾在山上吃過祭偶像之物,未曾仰望以色列家的偶像,未曾玷污鄰舍的妻,
18:16 未曾虧負人,未曾取人的當頭,未曾搶奪人的物件,卻將食物給飢餓的人吃,將衣服給赤身的人穿,
18:17 縮手不害貧窮人,未曾向借錢的弟兄取利,也未曾向借糧的弟兄多要;他順從我的典章,遵行我的律例,就不因父親的罪孽死亡,定要存活。
18:18 至於他父親;因為欺人太甚,搶奪弟兄,在本國的民中行不善,他必因自己的罪孽死亡。
18:19 「你們還說:『兒子為何不擔當父親的罪孽呢?』兒子行正直與合理的事,謹守遵行我的一切律例,他必定存活。
18:20 惟有犯罪的,他必死亡。兒子必不擔當父親的罪孽,父親也不擔當兒子的罪孽。義人的善果必歸自己,惡人的惡報也必歸自己。

5 "If a man is righteous and does what is just and right— 6 if he does not eat upon the mountains or lift up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, does not defile his neighbor's wife or approach a woman in her time of menstrual impurity, 7 does not oppress anyone, but restores to the debtor his pledge, commits no robbery, gives his bread to the hungry and covers the naked with a garment, 8 does not lend at interest or take any profit, withholds his hand from injustice, executes true justice between man and man, 9 walks in my statutes, and keeps my rules by acting faithfully—he is righteous; he shall surely live, declares the Lord God.
10 "If he fathers a son who is violent, a shedder of blood, who does any of these things 11 (though he himself did none of these things), who even eats upon the mountains, defiles his neighbor's wife, 12 oppresses the poor and needy, commits robbery, does not restore the pledge, lifts up his eyes to the idols, commits abomination, 13 lends at interest, and takes profit; shall he then live? He shall not live. He has done all these abominations; he shall surely die; his blood shall be upon himself.
14 "Now suppose this man fathers a son who sees all the sins that his father has done; he sees, and does not do likewise:15 he does not eat upon the mountains or lift up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, does not defile his neighbor's wife, 16 does not oppress anyone, exacts no pledge, commits no robbery, but gives his bread to the hungry and covers the naked with a garment, 17 withholds his hand from iniquity, takes no interest or profit, obeys my rules, and walks in my statutes; he shall not die for his father's iniquity; he shall surely live. 18 As for his father, because he practiced extortion, robbed his brother, and did what is not good among his people, behold, he shall die for his iniquity.
19 "Yet you say, 'Why should not the son suffer for the iniquity of the father? ' When the son has done what is just and right, and has been careful to observe all my statutes, he shall surely live. 20 The soul who sins shall die. The son shall not suffer for the iniquity of the father, nor the father suffer for the iniquity of the son. The righteousness of the righteous shall be upon himself, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon himself.

    猶大人的善惡觀念與華人相近,好像行善可以累積善報,行惡可以累積惡報,自己用不完還可以傳給下一代。所以猶大人會問:上一代的惡果與善報怎麼不算了呢?

    其實上帝要人認識賜福的源頭是在祂自己,父母親敬虔,就要教導自己的兒女也敬虔,才能承受上帝所賜的福氣,若不敬虔招惹上帝的怒氣,怎麼能夠得著上帝所賜的福呢?

    當然敬虔之根源就是透過耶穌基督與上帝建立合宜與正確的關係,若沒有信靠耶穌基督就不會敬虔,因為這是上帝設立的法則,別無他路可以得到上帝的接納,成為上帝的兒女

27:1 耶和華的話又臨到我說:
27:2 「人子啊,要為泰爾作起哀歌,
27:3 說:你居住海口,是眾民的商埠;你的交易通到許多的海島。主耶和華如此說:泰爾啊,你曾說:我是全然美麗的。
27:4 你的境界在海中,造你的使你全然美麗。
27:5 他們用示尼珥的松樹做你的一切板,用黎巴嫩的香柏樹做桅杆,
27:6 用巴珊的橡樹做你的槳,用象牙鑲嵌基提海島的黃楊木為坐板(或譯:艙板)。
27:7 你的篷帆是用埃及繡花細麻布做的,可以做你的大旗;你的涼棚是用以利沙島的藍色、紫色布做的。
27:8 西頓和亞發的居民作你盪槳的。泰爾啊,你中間的智慧人作掌舵的。
27:9 迦巴勒的老者和聰明人都在你中間作補縫的;一切泛海的船隻和水手都在你中間經營交易的事。
27:10 「波斯人、路德人、弗人在你軍營中作戰士;他們在你中間懸掛盾牌和頭盔,彰顯你的尊榮。
27:11 亞發人和你的軍隊都在你四圍的牆上,你的望樓也有勇士;他們懸掛盾牌,成全你的美麗。

​ The word of the Lord came to me:  “Now you, son of man, raise a lamentation over Tyre,  and say to Tyre, who dwells at the entrances to the sea, merchant of the peoples to many coastlands, thus says the Lord God:      
O Tyre, you have said,
I am perfect in beauty.’
  Your borders are in the heart of the seas;
your builders made perfect your beauty.
  They made all your planks
of fir trees from Senir;
they took a cedar from Lebanon
to make a mast for you.
  Of oaks of Bashan
they made your oars;
they made your deck of pines
from the coasts of Cyprus,
inlaid with ivory.
  Of fine embroidered linen from Egypt
was your sail,
serving as your banner;
blue and purple from the coasts of Elishah
was your awning.
  The inhabitants of Sidon and Arvad
were your rowers;
your skilled men, O Tyre, were in you;
they were your pilots.
  The elders of Gebal and her skilled men were in you,
caulking your seams;
all the ships of the sea with their mariners were in you
to barter for your wares.
  “Persia and Lud and Put were in your army as your men of war. They hung the shield and helmet in you; they gave you splendor.  Men of Arvad and Helech were on your walls all around, and men of Gamad were in your towers. They hung their shields on your walls all around; they made perfect your beauty.

    泰爾是一個繁華的商港擁有各國的美好產物集世界一切的美好於此!甚至於曾稱讚自己說:我是全然美麗的。而上帝已稱它為美麗的,如先知所說:「你的境界在海中,造你的使你全然美麗」。但是,上帝卻對先知說:「人子啊,要為泰爾作起哀歌!」

    這不禁讓我們想到人的軟弱因為人在怎麼厲害與偉大總有衰亡的一天不管是那個組織或那個國家都無法存到永遠尤其是它最昌盛的時候就是走向滅亡的開始!泰爾也難逃這命運,所以上帝對先知說:「人子啊,要為泰爾作起哀歌!」

    而聖經在約翰一書217節說到:「這世界和其上的情慾都要過去,惟獨遵行上帝旨意的,是永遠常存」。而遵行上帝的旨意就是透過耶穌基督,與上帝建立正確和合一的關係,這樣就是永生了!
