詩篇9:17-20

9:17 惡人，就是忘記上帝的外邦人，都必歸到陰間。

9:18 窮乏人必不永久被忘；困苦人的指望必不永遠落空。

9:19 耶和華啊，求你起來，不容人得勝！願外邦人在你面前受審判！

9:20 耶和華啊，求你使外邦人恐懼；願他們知道自己不過是人。（細拉）

¹⁷ The wicked go down to the realm of the dead,
    all the nations that forget God.
¹⁸ But God will never forget the needy;
    the hope of the afflicted will never perish.

¹⁹ Arise, Lord, do not let mortals triumph;
    let the nations be judged in your presence.
²⁰ Strike them with terror, Lord;
    let the nations know they are only mortal.

   每當看到惡人囂張、義人被欺負的時候，就會像詩人這樣禱告：「耶和華啊，求你起來，不容人得勝！願外邦人在你面前受審判！耶和華啊，求你使外邦人恐懼；願他們知道自己不過是人。」

   求主保守義人，因為他們敬畏祢，希望祢為他們伸冤，院祢讓他們相信：祢的國已經降臨，祢的旨意已經實現！雖然罪惡仍然有影響力，許多人仍在罪惡中，但是你已經透過耶穌基督勝過罪惡了！

    讓我們相信，最後的勝利是屬呼上的和祂的子民，因為耶穌基督已經在十字架得勝，已經勝過罪惡和死亡，上帝已透過聖靈讓復活大能顯明了！
