馬太福音6:6

你禱告的時候，要進你的內屋，關上門，禱告你在暗中的父；你父在暗中察看，必然報答你。

But whenever you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you.

基督徒的信仰是建立在與上帝的關係上，我們要有團體性的教會生活，也要有個別性的內室生活。所謂內室的生活，就是要與上帝有個人性的相處，親密到只有上帝與我之外沒有別人，這有點像夫妻的親密一般。

這是上帝給我們的呼召之一，正如主耶穌在所說的：「你禱告的時候，要進你的內屋，關上門，禱告你在暗中的父；你父在暗中察看，必然報答你。」

這樣的操練是指討上帝的喜歡，指尋求上帝的榮耀！放下是藉上一切的重擔與榮辱，沒有人評比的好與壞，只有和上帝的交流！所以，要誠實以對的面對自己和上帝，尤其是上帝！正如希伯來書說的：「上帝的道是活潑的，是有功效的，比一切兩刃的劍更快，甚至魂與靈，骨節與骨髓，都能刺入、剖開，連心中的思念和主意都能辨明。並且被造的沒有一樣在他面前不顯然的；原來萬物在那與我們有關係的主眼前，都是赤露敞開的。」（4:12-13）

內式的操練最大的報償就是：「你父在暗中察看，必然報答你。」

這樣的「報答」常常是內在的更新，正如保羅所說的：「所以，我們不喪膽。外體雖然毀壞，內心卻一天新似一天。我們這至暫至輕的苦楚，要為我們成就極重無比、永遠的榮耀。原來我們不是顧念所見的，乃是顧念所不見的；因為所見的是暫時的，所不見的是永遠的。」（哥林多後書4:16-18）

保羅所說的，也就是永生的盼望！這是我們喜樂與力量的泉源！

申命記30:11-20

30:11 「我今日所吩咐你的誡命不是你難行的，也不是離你遠的；
30:12 不是在天上，使你說：『誰替我們上天取下來，使我們聽見可以遵行呢？』
30:13 也不是在海外，使你說：『誰替我們過海取了來，使我們聽見可以遵行呢？』
30:14 這話卻離你甚近，就在你口中，在你心裡，使你可以遵行。
30:15 「看哪，我今日將生與福，死與禍，陳明在你面前。
30:16 吩咐你愛耶和華─你的上帝，遵行他的道，謹守他的誡命、律例、典章，使你可以存活，人數增多，耶和華─你上帝就必在你所要進去得為業的地上賜福與你。
30:17 倘若你心裡偏離，不肯聽從，卻被勾引去敬拜事奉別神，
30:18 我今日明明告訴你們，你們必要滅亡；在你過約旦河、進去得為業的地上，你的日子必不長久。
30:19 我今日呼天喚地向你作見證；我將生死禍福陳明在你面前，所以你要揀選生命，使你和你的後裔都得存活；
30:20 且愛耶和華─你的上帝，聽從他的話，專靠他；因為他是你的生命，你的日子長久也在乎他。這樣，你就可以在耶和華向你列祖亞伯拉罕、以撒、雅各起誓應許所賜的地上居住。」

¹¹Now what I am commanding you today is not too difficult for you or beyond your reach. ¹²It is not up in heaven, so that you have to ask, “Who will ascend into heaven to get it and proclaim it to us so we may obey it?” ¹³Nor is it beyond the sea, so that you have to ask, “Who will cross the sea to get it and proclaim it to us so we may obey it?” ¹⁴No, the word is very near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart so you may obey it.

¹⁵See, I set before you today life and prosperity, death and destruction. ¹⁶For I command you today to love the Lord your God, to walk in obedience to him, and to keep his commands, decrees and laws; then you will live and increase, and the Lord your God will bless you in the land you are entering to possess.

¹⁷But if your heart turns away and you are not obedient, and if you are drawn away to bow down to other gods and worship them, ¹⁸I declare to you this day that you will certainly be destroyed. You will not live long in the land you are crossing the Jordan to enter and possess.

¹⁹This day I call the heavens and the earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live ²⁰and that you may love the Lord your God, listen to his voice, and hold fast to him. For the Lord is your life, and he will give you many years in the land he swore to give to your fathers, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

摩西在這裡諄諄教誨以色列人：「吩咐你愛耶和華─你的上帝，遵行他的道，謹守他的誡命、律例、典章，使你可以存活，人數增多，耶和華─你上帝就必在你所要進去得為業的地上賜福與你。…我今日呼天喚地向你作見證；我將生死禍福陳明在你面前，所以你要揀選生命，使你和你的後裔都得存活；且愛耶和華─你的上帝，聽從他的話，專靠他；因為他是你的生命，你的日子長久也在乎他。這樣，你就可以在耶和華向你列祖亞伯拉罕、以撒、雅各起誓應許所賜的地上居住。」

然而我們知道這樣的勸戒要在基督裡才能實現，正如主耶穌所宣告的：「我實實在在地告訴你們，那聽我話、又信差我來者的，就有永生；不至於定罪，是已經出死入生了。我實實在在地告訴你們，時候將到，現在就是了，死人要聽見上帝兒子的聲音，聽見的人就要活了。」(約翰福音5:24-25)

這裡所說的永生，就是上帝的生命，只有上帝有永生！然而我們照主耶穌所說的，要聽從主的話、並且信靠上帝，就可以享受永生！也就是說，我們在聖靈的引導下，接受耶穌基督成為我們的救主就有永生！就可以得上帝國為地土，永遠與上帝同在！

也因為這樣，我們要相信上帝是恆保守的，如此我們才能堅忍等候主耶穌的再來！因此，我們是蒙恩的人，更要為所得的恩來讚美上帝，宣告祂奇妙的作為！

申命記30:1-10

30:1 「我所陳明在你面前的這一切咒詛都臨到你身上；你在耶和華─你上帝追趕你到的萬國中必心裡追念祝福的話；
30:2 你和你的子孫若盡心盡性歸向耶和華─你的上帝，照著我今日一切所吩咐的聽從他的話；
30:3 那時，耶和華─你的上帝必憐恤你，救回你這被擄的子民；耶和華─你的上帝要回轉過來，從分散你到的萬民中將你招聚回來。
30:4 你被趕散的人，就是在天涯的，耶和華─你的上帝也必從那裡將你招聚回來。
30:5 耶和華─你的上帝必領你進入你列祖所得的地，使你可以得著；又必善待你，使你的人數比你列祖眾多。
30:6 耶和華─你上帝必將你心裡和你後裔心裡的污穢除掉，好叫你盡心盡性愛耶和華─你的上帝，使你可以存活。
30:7 耶和華─你的上帝必將這一切咒詛加在你仇敵和恨惡你、逼迫你的人身上。
30:8 你必歸回，聽從耶和華的話，遵行他的一切誡命，就是我今日所吩咐你的。
30:9 你若聽從耶和華─你上帝的話，謹守這律法書上所寫的誡命律例，又盡心盡性歸向耶和華─你的上帝，他必使你手裡所辦的一切事，並你身所生的，牲畜所下的，地土所產的，都綽綽有餘；因為耶和華必再喜悅你，降福與你，像從前喜悅你列祖一樣。
30:10 【併於上節】

When all these blessings and curses I have set before you come on you and you take them to heart wherever the Lord your God disperses you among the nations, ²and when you and your children return to the Lord your God and obey him with all your heart and with all your soul according to everything I command you today, ³then the Lord your God will restore your fortunes^[a] and have compassion on you and gather you again from all the nations where he scattered you. ⁴Even if you have been banished to the most distant land under the heavens, from there the Lord your God will gather you and bring you back. ⁵He will bring you to the land that belonged to your ancestors, and you will take possession of it. He will make you more prosperous and numerous than your ancestors. ⁶The Lord your God will circumcise your hearts and the hearts of your descendants, so that you may love him with all your heart and with all your soul, and live. ⁷The Lord your God will put all these curses on your enemies who hate and persecute you. ⁸You will again obey the Lord and follow all his commands I am giving you today. ⁹Then the Lord your God will make you most prosperous in all the work of your hands and in the fruit of your womb, the young of your livestock and the crops of your land. The Lord will again delight in you and make you prosperous, just as he delighted in your ancestors, ¹⁰if you obey the Lord your God and keep his commands and decrees that are written in this Book of the Law and turn to the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul.

上帝知道以色列人的問題，也知道他們將要被擄。雖然出埃及到以色列和猶大滅國還有好幾百年，將來的走向早在上帝的掌握之中，因為上帝是全知和全能的上帝。祂既然計畫透過耶穌基督來拯救世人，舊約時代就是上帝預備基督的時候，他必保守以色列國家，好讓基督能按照其安排的狀態顯現於世人。

然而上帝為了保護以色列人不被其他種族所混亂，當然是透過律法如同火牆一班圍繞與保護以色列人不偏離上帝的正道！正如保羅所說：「但這因信得救的理還未來以先，我們被看守在律法之下，直圈到那將來的真道顯明出來。這樣，律法是我們訓蒙的師傅，引我們到基督那裡，使我們因信稱義。」（加拉太書3:23-24）

所以，我們不是反對律法，而且需要律法的保守下，不致偏離真道和上帝！但是，主耶穌來以後，我們要清楚我們不是因為遵行律法成義的，正如保羅也說：「但這因信得救的理既然來到，我們從此就不在師傅的手下了。所以，你們因信基督耶穌都是上帝的兒子。你們受洗歸入基督的都是披戴基督了。並不分猶太人、希臘人，自主的、為奴的，或男或女，因為你們在基督耶穌裡都成為一了。你們既屬乎基督，就是亞伯拉罕的後裔，是照著應許承受產業的了。」（加拉太書3:25-29）

因此，我們要感謝與讚美上帝，因為祂是何等的眷顧我們，祂的應許必不落空！
