哈 拿 禱 告 說 ： 我 的心 因 耶 和 華 快 樂 ； 我 的 角 因 耶 和 華 高 舉 。 我 的 口 向 仇 敵 張 開 ； 我 因 耶 和 華 的 救 恩 歡 欣 。 只 有耶 和 華 為 聖 ； 除 他 以 外 沒 有 可 比 的 ， 也 沒 有 磐 石 像 我 們 的 神 。 人 不 要 誇 口 說 驕 傲 的 話 ， 也不 要 出 狂 妄 的 言 語 ； 因 耶 和 華 是 大 有 智 識 的 神 ， 人 的 行 為 被 他 衡 量 。 勇 士 的 弓 都 已 折 斷 ；跌 倒 的 人 以 力 量 束 腰 。 素 來 飽 足 的 ， 反 作 用 人 求 食 ； 飢 餓 的 ， 再 不 飢 餓 。 不 生 育 的 ， 生 了 七個 兒 子 ； 多 有 兒 女 的 ， 反 倒 衰 微 。 耶 和 華 使 人 死 ， 也 使 人 活 ， 使 人 下 陰 間 ， 也 使 人 往 上 升 。他 使 人 貧 窮 ， 也 使 人 富 足 ， 使 人 卑 微 ， 也 使 人 高 貴 。 他 從 灰 塵 裡 抬 舉 貧 寒 人 ， 從 糞 堆 中 提 拔窮 乏 人 ， 使 他 們 與 王 子 同 坐 ， 得 著 榮 耀 的 座 位 。 地 的 柱 子 屬 於 耶 和 華 ； 他 將 世 界 立 在 其 上 。
1 Then Hannah prayed and said:
“My heart rejoices in the LORD;
in the LORD my horn is lifted high.
My mouth boasts over my enemies,
for I delight in your deliverance.
2 "There is no one holy like the LORD;
there is no one besides you;
there is no Rock like our God.
3 "Do not keep talking so proudly
or let your mouth speak such arrogance,
for the LORD is a God who knows,
and by him deeds are weighed.
4 "The bows of the warriors are broken,
but those who stumbled are armed with strength.
5 Those who were full hire themselves out for food,
but those who were hungry hunger no more.
She who was barren has borne seven children,
but she who has had many sons pines away.
6 "The LORD brings death and makes alive;
he brings down to the grave and raises up.
7 The LORD sends poverty and wealth;
he humbles and he exalts.
8 He raises the poor from the dust
and lifts the needy from the ash heap;
he seats them with princes
and has them inherit a throne of honor.
"For the foundations of the earth are the LORD’s;
upon them he has set the world.

哈拿這禱告是因為先前在悲苦中禱告蒙應允，所發出之讚美！
哈拿在悲苦中求主，並許願要將上帝所賜的兒子奉獻為「拿細耳人」，雖然好像有違『苦難中不要隨意下決定』之原則，「不要隨意下決定」並不是「不下決定」。
有人認為「等候主」要一個月以上，才算等候主；兩至三天的時間太短，不算等候主。
其實我們不要被「字句」綑綁，要隨時儆醒察驗上帝的旨意，配合主的腳步，就是「等候主」。
哈拿的讚美禱告，是美好的，是上帝主動的應允與成就，也在乎她勇敢明確之禱告。基督徒，不可以糊塗，明確是很重要的！也只有明確之禱告，才知上帝已成就，要獻上讚美！並且要付上還願之代價！（其實倒頭來還是有益於我們）
