詩篇37:32-40

  

37:32 惡人窺探義人，想要殺他。

37:33 耶和華必不撇他在惡人手中；當審判的時候，也不定他的罪。

37:34 你當等候耶和華，遵守他的道，他就抬舉你，使你承受地土；惡人被剪除的時候，你必看見。

37:35 我見過惡人大有勢力，好像一根青翠樹在本土生發。

37:36 有人從那裡經過，不料，他沒有了；我也尋找他，卻尋不著。

37:37 你要細察那完全人，觀看那正直人，因為和平人有好結局。

37:38 至於犯法的人，必一同滅絕；惡人終必剪除。

37:39 但義人得救是由於耶和華；他在患難時作他們的營寨。

37:40 耶和華幫助他們，解救他們；他解救他們脫離惡人，把他們救出來，因為他們投靠他。

 

³² The wicked lie in wait for the righteous,
    intent on putting them to death;
³³ but the Lord will not leave them in the power of the wicked
    or let them be condemned when brought to trial.

³⁴ Hope in the Lord
    and keep his way.
He will exalt you to inherit the land;
    when the wicked are destroyed, you will see it.

³⁵ I have seen a wicked and ruthless man
    flourishing like a luxuriant native tree,
³⁶ but he soon passed away and was no more;
    though I looked for him, he could not be found.

³⁷ Consider the blameless, observe the upright;
    a future awaits those who seek peace.^[d]
38 But all sinners will be destroyed;
    there will be no future^[e] for the wicked.

³⁹ The salvation of the righteous comes from the Lord;
    he is their stronghold in time of trouble.
⁴⁰ The Lord helps them and delivers them;
    he delivers them from the wicked and saves them,
    because they take refuge in him.

    惡人的特質就是要從別人得到好處，不管是看的見的財富，或是看不見的權力。就是要凌駕於別人之上，好獲得自己所要的資源，不管是名聲、財富和地位，都是以掠奪者的姿態出現。這也是人承繼自魔鬼的罪性，當人離開上帝就是被魔鬼唆使要強奪這些，好靠這些來維持其存在。

    這是一個可怕的與邪惡的作為，也是導致人落入滅亡的原因。因為人以為掌握這些短暫的事務就可以獲得全部，就可以永遠興盛與不衰殘。殊不知這樣的豪取與掠奪，正是與上帝為敵，使人不靠上帝來生活，以為可以靠自己來站立於世界與不敗亡！

    其實人要在上帝以外的事物求滿足，下場就是滅亡！人的生命必須有上帝的支持才是永恆的，離了上帝就什麼都不是了！即使有名聲、財富和地位，也無法成為永恆，因為這些也不過是雲煙、是患影、是泡沫！

    求主讓我們清楚只有靠上帝成為義人，才能被上帝供應與支持到永遠！也因此，求主引導我們透過基督得著永生，這才不會虛度此生！
