創世記19:27-29

19:27 亞伯拉罕清早起來，到了他從前站在耶和華面前的地方，
19:28 向所多瑪和蛾摩拉與平原的全地觀看，不料，那地方煙氣上騰，如同燒窯一般。
19:29 當上帝毀滅平原諸城的時候，他記念亞伯拉罕，正在傾覆羅得所住之城的時候，就打發羅得從傾覆之中出來。

²⁷ Early the next morning Abraham got up and returned to the place where he had stood before the Lord. ²⁸ He looked down toward Sodom and Gomorrah, toward all the land of the plain, and he saw dense smoke rising from the land, like smoke from a furnace.
²⁹ So when God destroyed the cities of the plain, he remembered Abraham, and he brought Lot out of the catastrophe that overthrew the cities where Lot had lived.

    亞伯拉罕的義影響了羅得，使羅得成為敬畏耶和華的義人，使他也在耶和華的保守之中！也因此，他不會隨所多瑪的惡人被上帝所毀滅！

    求主保守我們，讓我們能像亞伯拉罕一般可以使別人蒙福。讓別人和我們一樣敬畏耶和華，成為信靠上帝的人！

    福份是上帝主動的賜予，但是我們可以預備好自己來承受，這是上帝讓人蒙福的恩典！

創世記19:12-26

19:12 二人對羅得說：「你這裡還有甚麼人嗎？無論是女婿是兒女，和這城中一切屬你的人，你都要將他們從這地方帶出去。
19:13 我們要毀滅這地方；因為城內罪惡的聲音在耶和華面前甚大，耶和華差我們來，要毀滅這地方。」
19:14 羅得就出去，告訴娶了（或譯：將要娶）他女兒的女婿們說：「你們起來離開這地方，因為耶和華要毀滅這城。」他女婿們卻以為他說的是戲言。
19:15 天明了，天使催逼羅得說：「起來！帶著你的妻子和你在這裡的兩個女兒出去，免得你因這城裡的罪惡同被剿滅。」
19:16 但羅得遲延不走。二人因為耶和華憐恤羅得，就拉著他的手和他妻子的手，並他兩個女兒的手，把他們領出來，安置在城外；
19:17 領他們出來以後，就說：「逃命吧！不可回頭看，也不可在平原站住。要往山上逃跑，免得你被剿滅。」
19:18 羅得對他們說：「我主啊，不要如此！
19:19 你僕人已經在你眼前蒙恩；你又向我顯出莫大的慈愛，救我的性命。我不能逃到山上去，恐怕這災禍臨到我，我便死了。
19:20 看哪，這座城又小又近，容易逃到，這不是一個小的嗎？求你容我逃到那裡，我的性命就得存活。」
19:21 天使對他說：「這事我也應允你；我不傾覆你所說的這城。
19:22 你要速速地逃到那城；因為你還沒有到那裡，我不能做甚麼。」因此那城名叫瑣珥（就是小的意思）。
19:23 羅得到了瑣珥，日頭已經出來了。
19:24 當時，耶和華將硫磺與火從天上耶和華那裡降與所多瑪和蛾摩拉，
19:25 把那些城和全平原，並城裡所有的居民，連地上生長的，都毀滅了。
19:26 羅得的妻子在後邊回頭一看，就變成了一根鹽柱。

¹² The two men said to Lot, “Do you have anyone else here—sons-in-law, sons or daughters, or anyone else in the city who belongs to you? Get them out of here, ¹³ because we are going to destroy this place. The outcry to the Lord against its people is so great that he has sent us to destroy it.”
¹⁴ So Lot went out and spoke to his sons-in-law, who were pledged to marry^[a] his daughters. He said, “Hurry and get out of this place, because the Lord is about to destroy the city!” But his sons-in-law thought he was joking.
¹⁵ With the coming of dawn, the angels urged Lot, saying, “Hurry! Take your wife and your two daughters who are here, or you will be swept away when the city is punished.”
¹⁶ When he hesitated, the men grasped his hand and the hands of his wife and of his two daughters and led them safely out of the city, for the Lord was merciful to them. ¹⁷ As soon as they had brought them out, one of them said, “Flee for your lives! Don’t look back, and don’t stop anywhere in the plain! Flee to the mountains or you will be swept away!”
¹⁸ But Lot said to them, “No, my lords,^[b] please! ¹⁹ Your^[c] servant has found favor in your^[d] eyes, and you^[e] have shown great kindness to me in sparing my life. But I can’t flee to the mountains; this disaster will overtake me, and I’ll die. ²⁰ Look, here is a town near enough to run to, and it is small. Let me flee to it—it is very small, isn’t it? Then my life will be spared.”
²¹ He said to him, “Very well, I will grant this request too; I will not overthrow the town you speak of. ²² But flee there quickly, because I cannot do anything until you reach it.” (That is why the town was called Zoar.^[f])
²³ By the time Lot reached Zoar, the sun had risen over the land. ²⁴ Then the Lord rained down burning sulfur on Sodom and Gomorrah—from the Lord out of the heavens. ²⁵ Thus he overthrew those cities and the entire plain, destroying all those living in the cities—and also the vegetation in the land. ²⁶ But Lot’s wife looked back, and she became a pillar of salt.

    羅得和他的妻子居住在所多瑪久了，就忘記自己當初為何離開父家來到迦南地的目地，就是要敬拜耶和華，成為耶和華所喜悅的人。以致於，天使要救他們脫離所多瑪時，他們會依依不捨。而羅得的妻子，更是因為貪愛所多瑪的榮華，所以她回頭看，導致她被懲罰變成鹽柱！

    也因此路加福音17章31-32節記載主耶穌說：「當那日，人在房上，器具在屋裡，不要下來拿；人在田裡，也不要回家。你們要回想羅得的妻子」。這也提醒我們，不要讓次要的事情影響最重要的事情。對人而言，最重要的事，就是蒙上帝拯救得永生！

    然而人常常把最重要的事看成不重要，甚至不於理會，正如上帝的救恩有多少人理會與注意呢？殊不知上帝的毀滅是必定會施行的，絕對不是戲言，所以要準備好自己來面對！

創世記19:1-11

19:1 那兩個天使晚上到了所多瑪；羅得正坐在所多瑪城門口，看見他們，就起來迎接，臉伏於地下拜，
19:2 說：「我主啊，請你們到僕人家裡洗洗腳，住一夜，清早起來再走。」他們說：「不！我們要在街上過夜。」
19:3 羅得切切地請他們，他們這才進去，到他屋裡。羅得為他們預備筵席，烤無酵餅，他們就吃了。
19:4 他們還沒有躺下，所多瑪城裡各處的人，連老帶少，都來圍住那房子，
19:5 呼叫羅得說：「今日晚上到你這裡來的人在哪裡呢？把他們帶出來，任我們所為。」
19:6 羅得出來，把門關上，到眾人那裡，
19:7 說：「眾弟兄，請你們不要做這惡事。
19:8 我有兩個女兒，還是處女，容我領出來，任憑你們的心願而行；只是這兩個人既然到我舍下，不要向他們做甚麼。」
19:9 眾人說：「退去吧！」又說：「這個人來寄居，還想要作官哪！現在我們要害你比害他們更甚。」眾人就向前擁擠羅得，要攻破房門。
19:10 只是那二人伸出手來，將羅得拉進屋去，把門關上，
19:11 並且使門外的人，無論老少，眼都昏迷；他們摸來摸去，總尋不著房門。

The two angels arrived at Sodom in the evening, and Lot was sitting in the gateway of the city. When he saw them, he got up to meet them and bowed down with his face to the ground. ² “My lords,” he said, “please turn aside to your servant’s house. You can wash your feet and spend the night and then go on your way early in the morning.”

“No,” they answered, “we will spend the night in the square.”
³ But he insisted so strongly that they did go with him and entered his house. He prepared a meal for them, baking bread without yeast, and they ate. ⁴ Before they had gone to bed, all the men from every part of the city of Sodom—both young and old—surrounded the house. ⁵ They called to Lot, “Where are the men who came to you tonight? Bring them out to us so that we can have sex with them.”
⁶ Lot went outside to meet them and shut the door behind him ⁷ and said, “No, my friends. Don’t do this wicked thing. ⁸ Look, I have two daughters who have never slept with a man. Let me bring them out to you, and you can do what you like with them. But don’t do anything to these men, for they have come under the protection of my roof.”
⁹ “Get out of our way,” they replied. “This fellow came here as a foreigner, and now he wants to play the judge! We’ll treat you worse than them.” They kept bringing pressure on Lot and moved forward to break down the door.
¹⁰ But the men inside reached out and pulled Lot back into the house and shut the door. ¹¹ Then they struck the men who were at the door of the house, young and old, with blindness so that they could not find the door.

    所多瑪之所以遭毀滅，是因為他們的惡行。而他們的應該有許多種，不單單只是同性性行為。雖然這裡說到，他們企圖對那兩位「客旅」，要做同性性行為的性侵。

    有些人刻意反對某項罪惡的事情，就會忘記罪惡的多樣性！因為罪惡充滿在人生命各個層面，這也是說明人是完全敗壞。不只是內心敗壞，還包括身體和各樣的意念，沒有一處不被罪惡所汙染！

    所多瑪和俄摩拉只是代表性的罪惡城市，其實自從亞當夏娃以後人都被罪惡轄制，而且是越來越糟糕！雖然經洪水滅絕大部分的人，只留挪亞一家人；但是，挪亞和其後代依然犯罪，甚至必洪水前更可怕！

    所以，人必須等到耶穌基督在十字架上完成的救恩，人才能真正從罪惡中被釋放出來！可以成為聖潔，為上帝所悅納！

箴言23:15-16

23:15 我兒，你心若存智慧，我的心也甚歡喜。
23:16 你的嘴若說正直話，我的心腸也必快樂。

¹⁵ My son, if your heart is wise,
    then my heart will be glad indeed;
¹⁶ my inmost being will rejoice
    when your lips speak what is right.

    《箴言》作者用長者的口吻說話，提醒年輕人要「心存智慧」、「說正直話」。

    「心存智慧」還是回到內心對上帝有敬畏的心，也就是不願意犯罪來破壞和上帝之間的關係。當然敬畏不是害怕，是出於內心的崇敬，是因為愛慕上帝而來的，這是上帝兒女該有的生命表現。

    「說正直話」的意思，就是說公義的話，而公義的話就是傳揚上帝的拯救。上帝的公義，就是要拯救人脫罪惡來親近上帝！也因此，我們傳福音，向人介紹耶穌基督就是說公義的話！

    願我們都是「心存智慧」、「說正直話」的人，好蒙上帝的喜悅與賜福！也就是，享受上帝的同在。而這樣的人一生的目標就是「榮耀上帝、以上帝為樂」！
