撒 母 耳 記 下 22:1-7

1 當 耶 和 華 救 大 衛 脫 離 一 切 仇 敵 和 掃 羅 之 手 的 日 子 ， 他 向 耶 和 華 念這 詩 ， 2 說 ： 耶 和 華 是 我 的 巖 石 ， 我 的 山 寨 ， 我 的 救 主 ， 3 我 的 　 神 ， 我 的 磐 石 ， 我 所 投 靠 的 。 他 是 我 的 盾 牌 ， 是 拯 救 我 的 角 ，是 我 的 高 臺 ， 是 我 的 避 難 所 。 我 的 救 主 啊 ， 你 是 救 我 脫 離 強 暴 的 。 4 我要 求 告 當 讚 美 的 耶 和 華 ， 這 樣 ， 我 必 從 仇 敵 手 中 被 救 出 來 。 5 曾有 死 亡 的 波 浪 環 繞 我 ， 匪 類 的 急 流 使 我 驚 懼 ， 6 陰 間 的 繩 索 纏 繞我 ， 死 亡 的 網 羅 臨 到 我 。 7 我 在 急 難 中 求 告 耶 和 華 ， 向 我 的 　 神呼 求 。 他 從 殿 中 聽 了 我 的 聲 音 ； 我 的 呼 求 入 了 他 的 耳 中 。

    ¹ David sang to the LORD the words of this song when the LORD delivered him from the hand of all his enemies and from the hand of Saul. ² He said:
       “The LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer;

    ³ my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge,
       my shield and the horn ^[a] of my salvation.
       He is my stronghold, my refuge and my savior—
       from violent men you save me.

    ⁴ I call to the LORD, who is worthy of praise,
       and I am saved from my enemies.

    ⁵ "The waves of death swirled about me;
       the torrents of destruction overwhelmed me.

    ⁶ The cords of the grave ^[b] coiled around me;
       the snares of death confronted me.

    ⁷ In my distress I called to the LORD;
       I called out to my God.
       From his temple he heard my voice;
       my cry came to his ears.

    大衛經歷耶和華拯救他脫離一切仇敵和掃羅的手，讓他可以安然居住和享受勝利之歡娛，寫下這首讚美的詩歌。

    同樣今日我們比他更幸運，更有福氣。因為耶穌基督已經復活，戰勝死亡，並且賜下聖靈為憑據在我們心中，讓我們等候耶穌基督的再來，世上的國都要過去，成為我主和主基督的國，我們要承受上帝所要賜給我們永遠之福份，直到永生。

    比起大衛，上帝所賜的更多，我們更要歡呼讚美上帝，要愛主勝過大衛！

    所以，我們到上帝面前，更是要張大口讚美祂。要世人面前，更要宣告祂奇妙之作為，見證祂的慈愛與恩典。
