23:15 「若有奴僕脫了主人的手，逃到你那裡，你不可將他交付他的主人。
23:16 他必在你那裡與你同住，在你的城邑中，要由他選擇一個所喜悅的地方居住；你不可欺負他。
23:17 「以色列的女子中不可有妓女；以色列的男子中不可有孌童。
23:18 娼妓所得的錢，或孌童（原文是狗）所得的價，你不可帶入耶和華─你上帝的殿還願，因為這兩樣都是耶和華─你上帝所憎惡的。
23:19 「你借給你弟兄的，或是錢財或是糧食，無論甚麼可生利的物，都不可取利。
23:20 借給外邦人可以取利，只是借給你弟兄不可取利。這樣，耶和華─你上帝必在你所去得為業的地上和你手裡所辦的一切事上賜福與你。
23:21 「你向耶和華─你的上帝許願，償還不可遲延；因為耶和華─你的上帝必定向你追討，你不償還就有罪。
23:22 你若不許願，倒無罪。
23:23 你嘴裡所出的，就是你口中應許甘心所獻的，要照你向耶和華─你上帝所許的願謹守遵行。
23:24 「你進了鄰舍的葡萄園，可以隨意吃飽了葡萄，只是不可裝在器皿中。
23:25 你進了鄰舍站著的禾稼，可以用手摘穗子，只是不可用鐮刀割取禾稼。」

15 If a
slave has taken refuge with you, do not hand them over to their master. 16 Let
them live among you wherever they like and in whatever town they choose. Do not
oppress them.
17 No
Israelite man or woman is to become a shrine prostitute. 18 You
must not bring the earnings of a female prostitute or of a male prostitute[d] into the
house of the Lord your God to pay
any vow, because the Lord your God
detests them both.
19 Do
not charge a fellow Israelite interest, whether on money or food or anything
else that may earn interest. 20 You may charge a foreigner
interest, but not a fellow Israelite, so that the Lord your God may bless you in everything you put your hand
to in the land you are entering to possess.
21 If
you make a vow to the Lord your
God, do not be slow to pay it, for the Lord
your God will certainly demand it of you and you will be guilty of sin. 22 But
if you refrain from making a vow, you will not be guilty. 23 Whatever
your lips utter you must be sure to do, because you made your vow freely to the
Lord your God with your own mouth.
24 If
you enter your neighbor’s vineyard, you may eat all the grapes you want, but do
not put any in your basket. 25 If you enter your neighbor’s
grainfield, you may pick kernels with your hands, but you must not put a sickle
to their standing grain.

這是一堆零零碎碎的律法，卻是代表以色列人彼此相處要在意的事情。雖然，不是什麼偉大的事情，卻是要以仁慈相待，讓人與人之間可以建立美好的關係，也可以和上帝建立美好的關係！
摩西在此殷殷的囑咐：讓人要保護逃奴、防止妓女和孌童的事情、借錢或糧給以色列同胞是幫助不可以取利息、借錢或糧給外族人人才可以取利息、許願要遵守、可以進入田園吃糧和水果但不可以帶走、…等等！
這一切的敘述讓人覺得舊社會是多麼溫馨，也多麼蒙福呢！
