以弗所書4章15節

 

相反地，我們要以愛心說誠實話，在各方面向著基督不斷長進。他是頭；

Ephesians 4:15 NIV

Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ.

    基督是教會的頭，教會要成長必須：『在各方面向著基督不斷長進。』

    所以，教會增長不光是人數與財務的增長，而是基督要成形於每個信徒之心中。
