撒母耳記下22:1-51

 

22:1 當耶和華救大衛脫離一切仇敵和掃羅之手的日子，他向耶和華念這詩，
22:2 說：耶和華是我的巖石，我的山寨，我的救主，
22:3 我的上帝，我的磐石，我所投靠的。他是我的盾牌，是拯救我的角，是我的高臺，是我的避難所。我的救主啊，你是救我脫離強暴的。
22:4 我要求告當讚美的耶和華，這樣，我必從仇敵手中被救出來。
22:5 曾有死亡的波浪環繞我，匪類的急流使我驚懼，
22:6 陰間的繩索纏繞我，死亡的網羅臨到我。
22:7 我在急難中求告耶和華，向我的上帝呼求。他從殿中聽了我的聲音；我的呼求入了他的耳中。
22:8 那時因他發怒，地就搖撼戰抖；天的根基也震動搖撼。
22:9 從他鼻孔冒煙上騰；從他口中發火焚燒，連炭也著了。
22:10 他又使天下垂，親自降臨；有黑雲在他腳下。
22:11 他坐著基路伯飛行，在風的翅膀上顯現。
22:12 他以黑暗和聚集的水、天空的厚雲為他四圍的行宮。
22:13 因他面前的光輝炭都著了。
22:14 耶和華從天上打雷；至高者發出聲音。
22:15 他射出箭來，使仇敵四散，發出閃電，使他們擾亂。
22:16 耶和華的斥責一發，鼻孔的氣一出，海底就出現，大地的根基也顯露。
22:17 他從高天伸手抓住我，把我從大水中拉上來。
22:18 他救我脫離我的勁敵和那些恨我的人，因為他們比我強盛。
22:19 我遭遇災難的日子，他們來攻擊我；但耶和華是我的倚靠。
22:20 他又領我到寬闊之處；他救拔我，因他喜悅我。
22:21 耶和華按著我的公義報答我，按著我手中的清潔賞賜我。
22:22 因為我遵守了耶和華的道，未曾作惡離開我的上帝。
22:23 他的一切典章常在我面前；他的律例，我也未曾離棄。
22:24 我在他面前作了完全人；我也保守自己遠離我的罪孽。
22:25 所以耶和華按我的公義，按我在他眼前的清潔賞賜我。
22:26 慈愛的人，你以慈愛待他；完全的人，你以完全待他；
22:27 清潔的人，你以清潔待他；乖僻的人，你以彎曲待他。
22:28 困苦的百姓，你必拯救；但你的眼目察看高傲的人，使他降卑。
22:29 耶和華啊，你是我的燈；耶和華必照明我的黑暗。
22:30 我藉著你衝入敵軍，藉著我的上帝跳過牆垣。
22:31 至於上帝，他的道是完全的；耶和華的話是煉淨的。凡投靠他的，他便作他們的盾牌。
22:32 除了耶和華，誰是上帝呢？除了我們的上帝，誰是磐石呢？
22:33 上帝是我堅固的保障；他引導完全人行他的路。
22:34 他使我的腳快如母鹿的蹄，又使我在高處安穩。
22:35 他教導我的手能以爭戰，甚至我的膀臂能開銅弓。
22:36 你把你的救恩給我作盾牌；你的溫和使我為大。
22:37 你使我腳下的地步寬闊；我的腳未曾滑跌。
22:38 我追趕我的仇敵，滅絕了他們，未滅以先，我沒有歸回。
22:39 我滅絕了他們，打傷了他們，使他們不能起來；他們都倒在我的腳下。
22:40 因為你曾以力量束我的腰，使我能爭戰；你也使那起來攻擊我的都服在我以下。
22:41 你又使我的仇敵在我面前轉背逃跑，叫我能以剪除那恨我的人。
22:42 他們仰望，卻無人拯救；就是呼求耶和華，他也不應允。
22:43 我搗碎他們，如同地上的灰塵，踐踏他們，四散在地，如同街上的泥土。
22:44 你救我脫離我百姓的爭競，保護我作列國的元首；我素不認識的民必事奉我。
22:45 外邦人要投降我，一聽見我的名聲就必順從我。
22:46 外邦人要衰殘，戰戰兢兢地出他們的營寨。
22:47 耶和華是活上帝，願我的磐石被人稱頌！願上帝─那拯救我的磐石被人尊崇！
22:48 這位上帝就是那為我伸冤、使眾民服在我以下的。
22:49 你救我脫離仇敵，又把我舉起，高過那些起來攻擊我的；你救我脫離強暴的人。
22:50 耶和華啊，因此我要在外邦中稱謝你，歌頌你的名。
22:51 耶和華賜極大的救恩給他所立的王，施慈愛給他的受膏者，就是給大衛和他的後裔，直到永遠！

 

   David sang to the Lord the words of this song when the Lord delivered him from the hand of all his enemies and from the hand of Saul. ² He said:

“The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer;
³     my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge,
    my shield^[a] and the horn^[b] of my salvation.
He is my stronghold, my refuge and my savior—
    from violent people you save me.

⁴ “I called to the Lord, who is worthy of praise,
    and have been saved from my enemies.
⁵ The waves of death swirled about me;
    the torrents of destruction overwhelmed me.
⁶ The cords of the grave coiled around me;
    the snares of death confronted me.

⁷ “In my distress I called to the Lord;
    I called out to my God.
From his temple he heard my voice;
    my cry came to his ears.
⁸ The earth trembled and quaked,
    the foundations of the heavens^[c] shook;
    they trembled because he was angry.
⁹ Smoke rose from his nostrils;
    consuming fire came from his mouth,
    burning coals blazed out of it.
¹⁰ He parted the heavens and came down;
    dark clouds were under his feet.
¹¹ He mounted the cherubim and flew;
    he soared^[d] on the wings of the wind.
¹² He made darkness his canopy around him—
    the dark^[e] rain clouds of the sky.
¹³ Out of the brightness of his presence
    bolts of lightning blazed forth.
¹⁴ The Lord thundered from heaven;
    the voice of the Most High resounded.
¹⁵ He shot his arrows and scattered the enemy,
    with great bolts of lightning he routed them.
¹⁶ The valleys of the sea were exposed
    and the foundations of the earth laid bare
at the rebuke of the Lord,
    at the blast of breath from his nostrils.

¹⁷ “He reached down from on high and took hold of me;
    he drew me out of deep waters.
¹⁸ He rescued me from my powerful enemy,
    from my foes, who were too strong for me.
¹⁹ They confronted me in the day of my disaster,
    but the Lord was my support.
²⁰ He brought me out into a spacious place;
    he rescued me because he delighted in me.

²¹ “The Lord has dealt with me according to my righteousness;
    according to the cleanness of my hands he has rewarded me.
²² For I have kept the ways of the Lord;
    I am not guilty of turning from my God.
²³ All his laws are before me;
    I have not turned away from his decrees.
²⁴ I have been blameless before him
    and have kept myself from sin.
²⁵ The Lord has rewarded me according to my righteousness,
    according to my cleanness^[f] in his sight.

²⁶ “To the faithful you show yourself faithful,
    to the blameless you show yourself blameless,
²⁷ to the pure you show yourself pure,
    but to the devious you show yourself shrewd.
²⁸ You save the humble,
    but your eyes are on the haughty to bring them low.
²⁹ You, Lord, are my lamp;
    the Lord turns my darkness into light.
³⁰ With your help I can advance against a troop^[g];
    with my God I can scale a wall.

³¹ “As for God, his way is perfect:
    The Lord’s word is flawless;
    he shields all who take refuge in him.
³² For who is God besides the Lord?
    And who is the Rock except our God?
³³ It is God who arms me with strength^[h]
    and keeps my way secure.
³⁴ He makes my feet like the feet of a deer;
    he causes me to stand on the heights.
³⁵ He trains my hands for battle;
    my arms can bend a bow of bronze.
³⁶ You make your saving help my shield;
    your help has made^[i] me great.
³⁷ You provide a broad path for my feet,
    so that my ankles do not give way.

³⁸ “I pursued my enemies and crushed them;
    I did not turn back till they were destroyed.
³⁹ I crushed them completely, and they could not rise;
    they fell beneath my feet.
⁴⁰ You armed me with strength for battle;
    you humbled my adversaries before me.
⁴¹ You made my enemies turn their backs in flight,
    and I destroyed my foes.
⁴² They cried for help, but there was no one to save them—
    to the Lord, but he did not answer.
⁴³ I beat them as fine as the dust of the earth;
    I pounded and trampled them like mud in the streets.

⁴⁴ “You have delivered me from the attacks of the peoples;
    you have preserved me as the head of nations.
People I did not know now serve me,
⁴⁵     foreigners cower before me;
    as soon as they hear of me, they obey me.
⁴⁶ They all lose heart;
    they come trembling^[j] from their strongholds.

⁴⁷ “The Lord lives! Praise be to my Rock!
    Exalted be my God, the Rock, my Savior!
⁴⁸ He is the God who avenges me,
    who puts the nations under me,
⁴⁹     who sets me free from my enemies.
You exalted me above my foes;
    from a violent man you rescued me.
⁵⁰ Therefore I will praise you, Lord, among the nations;
    I will sing the praises of your name.

⁵¹ “He gives his king great victories;
    he shows unfailing kindness to his anointed,
    to David and his descendants forever.”

    大衛這首詩是用來記念上帝的恩典與慈愛，是在耶和華救大衛脫離一切仇敵和掃羅之手的日子裡所寫的詩。在詩篇也有收錄這首詩，就是《詩篇18篇 》，讓我們兩處互相參照！

 

約伯記34:1-37

 

34:1 以利戶又說：
34:2 你們智慧人要聽我的話；有知識的人要留心聽我說。
34:3 因為耳朵試驗話語，好像上膛嘗食物。
34:4 我們當選擇何為是，彼此知道何為善。
34:5 約伯曾說：我是公義，上帝奪去我的理；
34:6 我雖有理，還算為說謊言的；我雖無過，受的傷還不能醫治。
34:7 誰像約伯，喝譏誚如同喝水呢？
34:8 他與作孽的結伴，和惡人同行。
34:9 他說：人以上帝為樂，總是無益。
34:10 所以，你們明理的人要聽我的話。上帝斷不致行惡；全能者斷不致作孽。
34:11 他必按人所做的報應人，使各人照所行的得報。
34:12 上帝必不作惡；全能者也不偏離公平。
34:13 誰派他治理地，安定全世界呢？
34:14 他若專心為己，將靈和氣收歸自己，
34:15 凡有血氣的就必一同死亡；世人必仍歸塵土。
34:16 你若明理，就當聽我的話，留心聽我言語的聲音。
34:17 難道恨惡公平的可以掌權嗎？那有公義的、有大能的，豈可定他有罪嗎？
34:18 他對君王說：你是鄙陋的；對貴臣說：你是邪惡的。
34:19 他待王子不徇情面，也不看重富足的過於貧窮的，因為都是他手所造。
34:20 在轉眼之間，半夜之中，他們就死亡。百姓被震動而去世；有權力的被奪去非借人手。
34:21 上帝注目觀看人的道路，看明人的腳步。
34:22 沒有黑暗、陰翳能給作孽的藏身。
34:23 上帝審判人，不必使人到他面前再三鑒察。
34:24 他用難測之法打破有能力的人，設立別人代替他們。
34:25 他原知道他們的行為，使他們在夜間傾倒滅亡。
34:26 他在眾人眼前擊打他們，如同擊打惡人一樣。
34:27 因為他們偏行不跟從他，也不留心他的道，
34:28 甚至使貧窮人的哀聲達到他那裡；他也聽了困苦人的哀聲。
34:29 他使人安靜，誰能擾亂（或譯：定罪）呢？他掩面，誰能見他呢？無論待一國或一人都是如此─
34:30 使不虔敬的人不得作王，免得有人牢籠百姓。
34:31 有誰對上帝說：我受了責罰，不再犯罪；
34:32 我所看不明的，求你指教我；我若作了孽，必不再作？
34:33 他施行報應，豈要隨你的心願、叫你推辭不受嗎？選定的是你，不是我。你所知道的只管說吧！
34:34 明理的人和聽我話的智慧人必對我說：
34:35 約伯說話沒有知識，言語中毫無智慧。
34:36 願約伯被試驗到底，因他回答像惡人一樣。
34:37 他在罪上又加悖逆；在我們中間拍手，用許多言語輕慢上帝。

 

Then Elihu said:

² “Hear my words, you wise men;
    listen to me, you men of learning.
³ For the ear tests words
    as the tongue tastes food.
⁴ Let us discern for ourselves what is right;
    let us learn together what is good.

⁵ “Job says, ‘I am innocent,
    but God denies me justice.
⁶ Although I am right,
    I am considered a liar;
although I am guiltless,
    his arrow inflicts an incurable wound.’
⁷ Is there anyone like Job,
    who drinks scorn like water?
⁸ He keeps company with evildoers;
    he associates with the wicked.
⁹ For he says, ‘There is no profit
    in trying to please God.’

¹⁰ “So listen to me, you men of understanding.
    Far be it from God to do evil,
    from the Almighty to do wrong.
¹¹ He repays everyone for what they have done;
    he brings on them what their conduct deserves.
¹² It is unthinkable that God would do wrong,
    that the Almighty would pervert justice.
¹³ Who appointed him over the earth?
    Who put him in charge of the whole world?
¹⁴ If it were his intention
    and he withdrew his spirit^[a] and breath,
¹⁵ all humanity would perish together
    and mankind would return to the dust.

¹⁶ “If you have understanding, hear this;
    listen to what I say.
¹⁷ Can someone who hates justice govern?
    Will you condemn the just and mighty One?
¹⁸ Is he not the One who says to kings, ‘You are worthless,’
    and to nobles, ‘You are wicked,’
¹⁹ who shows no partiality to princes
    and does not favor the rich over the poor,
    for they are all the work of his hands?
²⁰ They die in an instant, in the middle of the night;
    the people are shaken and they pass away;
    the mighty are removed without human hand.

²¹ “His eyes are on the ways of mortals;
    he sees their every step.
²² There is no deep shadow, no utter darkness,
    where evildoers can hide.
²³ God has no need to examine people further,
    that they should come before him for judgment.
²⁴ Without inquiry he shatters the mighty
    and sets up others in their place.
²⁵ Because he takes note of their deeds,
    he overthrows them in the night and they are crushed.
²⁶ He punishes them for their wickedness
    where everyone can see them,
²⁷ because they turned from following him
    and had no regard for any of his ways.
²⁸ They caused the cry of the poor to come before him,
    so that he heard the cry of the needy.
²⁹ But if he remains silent, who can condemn him?
    If he hides his face, who can see him?
Yet he is over individual and nation alike,
³⁰     to keep the godless from ruling,
    from laying snares for the people.

³¹ “Suppose someone says to God,
    ‘I am guilty but will offend no more.
³² Teach me what I cannot see;
    if I have done wrong, I will not do so again.’
³³ Should God then reward you on your terms,
    when you refuse to repent?
You must decide, not I;
    so tell me what you know.

³⁴ “Men of understanding declare,
    wise men who hear me say to me,
³⁵ ‘Job speaks without knowledge;
    his words lack insight.’
³⁶ Oh, that Job might be tested to the utmost
    for answering like a wicked man!
³⁷ To his sin he adds rebellion;
    scornfully he claps his hands among us
    and multiplies his words against God.”

    以利戶是站在上帝不會犯錯的立場說話，也因為這樣，約伯沒有資格說自己是義人，他不應該說上帝不為他主持公道，因為他本身就是與公道的上帝相對抗了，還有甚麼公道和義人的資格呢？

 

    也因為這樣，他宣告：「誰像約伯，喝譏誚如同喝水呢？」「約伯說話沒有知識，言語中毫無智慧。」

 

    這些聽來雖然是刺耳，卻是約伯真實的景況，也因此以利戶說：「願約伯被試驗到底，因他回答像惡人一樣。他在罪上又加悖逆；在我們中間拍手，用許多言語輕慢上帝。」

 

    以利戶和約伯的三個朋友最大的差別，是這三個朋友本是要安慰約伯，卻是自以為義的方式來和約伯對話，以致無法說到約伯真正的問題，所以一點幫助全無！然而，以利戶是以上帝的義是絕對的立場，來指責約伯，讓約伯知罪，才可以悔改歸向上帝，不在與上帝對抗而自以為義！

 

    人無法從上帝得著幫助和拯救，也就是在於人的自義為義，認為別人的不義，認為上帝不公平！若是承認上帝是公平、正義，就會順服上帝，存忍耐的心等候上帝的拯救，這樣人才有辦法蒙上帝拯救，脫離苦難的一天！因為，上帝不會恆久讓我們受苦的！

 

    承認上帝是公平、我們的不義，才能倚靠基督所完成的救贖大功，聲明才能享受救贖而來的喜樂滿溢！因為耶穌基督是答案，是上帝拯救的管道，也為靠耶穌基督才能享受上帝兒女的權柄！
