馬太福音6:19-21

6:19 「不要為自己積攢財寶在地上；地上有蟲子咬，能銹壞，也有賊挖窟窿來偷。

6:20 只要積攢財寶在天上；天上沒有蟲子咬，不能銹壞，也沒有賊挖窟窿來偷。

6:21 因為你的財寶在哪裡，你的心也在那裡。」

“Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

    主耶穌這段話的重點不在「財寶」，而是在於「心」。只是人心通常是被財寶吸引而忘記要將心在天上，就是上帝那裏。所以，主耶穌用幽默的語法說，要把財寶積在天上。其實，還是要打心放在天上，歸給上帝。

    你的心是不是歸給上帝？唯有將心歸給上帝的才能安穩度日，才有真正的平安與滿足。

    快回應基督的呼召，將心歸給上帝吧！

帖撒羅尼迦前書5:25-28

5:25 請弟兄們為我們禱告。

5:26 與眾弟兄親嘴問安，務要聖潔。

5:27 我指著主囑咐你們，要把這信念給眾弟兄聽。

5:28 願我主耶穌基督的恩常與你們同在！

Brothers and sisters, pray for us. Greet all God’s people with a holy kiss. I charge you before the Lord to have this letter read to all the brothers and sisters.

The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.

    保羅吩咐讀者要將這封信念給弟兄姊妹聽，這也是崇拜時要讀經的種要來源之一。聖經雖然用文字表達，卻要唸出來，使人感受到聖靈的工作，聽見上帝的聲音。

    所以，在作禮拜時，讀經是十分重要的！

帖撒羅尼迦前書5:23-24

5:23 願賜平安的上帝親自使你們全然成聖！又願你們的靈與魂與身子得蒙保守，在我們主耶穌基督降臨的時候，完全無可指摘！

5:24 那召你們的本是信實的，他必成就這事。

May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.  The one who calls you is faithful, and he will do it.

    這是祝福的話，不要拿來做「三元論」（靈、魂、體）的根據，因為靈和魂不是指人不見的部分，乃是指人的行動與意志，這些都要靠我們的身子來表現。所以人應該是一體的，也因此要好好愛護上帝給我們的身體，使我們在主耶穌再來時是無可指謫的，蒙上帝喜悅。

    然而這樣的事，上帝在基督耶穌裡必守我們，使我們真的在主耶穌再來時是無可指謫的，蒙上帝喜悅。

帖撒羅尼迦前書5:19-22

5:19 不要消滅聖靈的感動；

5:20 不要藐視先知的講論。

5:21 但要凡事察驗；善美的要持守，

5:22 各樣的惡事要禁戒不做。

Do not quench the Spirit. Do not treat prophecies with contempt but test them all; hold on to what is good, reject every kind of evil.

    保羅好像在最後也有點「碎碎念」，但是這些都是重要的提醒，為了維持教會的紀律，傳道者還是要「碎碎念」一下喔！不要怕人家討厭你，嘿嘿！

帖撒羅尼迦前書5:16-18

5:16 要常常喜樂，

5:17 不住地禱告，

5:18 凡事謝恩；因為這是上帝在基督耶穌裡向你們所定的旨意。

Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

    這是很有意思的提醒，更是等候耶穌基督再來的基督徒該有的表現：要常常喜樂，不住地禱告，凡事謝恩。

    這不是律法，卻是很重要的生活原則，讓我們互相勉勵來實踐。等候主耶穌的再來，使我們不灰心。
