8:26 他們到了格拉森（有古卷：加大拉）人的地方，就是加利利的對面。
8:27 耶穌上了岸，就有城裡一個被鬼附著的人迎面而來。這個人許久不穿衣服，不住房子，只住在墳塋裡。
8:28 他見了耶穌，就俯伏在他面前，大聲喊叫，說：「至高上帝的兒子耶穌，我與你有甚麼相干？求你不要叫我受苦！」
8:29 是因耶穌曾吩咐污鬼從那人身上出來。原來這鬼屢次抓住他；他常被人看守，又被鐵鍊和腳鐐捆鎖，他竟把鎖鍊掙斷，被鬼趕到曠野去。
8:30 耶穌問他說：「你名叫甚麼？」他說：「我名叫『群』」；這是因為附著他的鬼多。
8:31 鬼就央求耶穌，不要吩咐他們到無底坑裡去。
8:32 那裡有一大群豬在山上吃食。鬼央求耶穌，准他們進入豬裡去。耶穌准了他們，
8:33 鬼就從那人出來，進入豬裡去。於是那群豬闖下山崖，投在湖裡淹死了。
8:34 放豬的看見這事就逃跑了，去告訴城裡和鄉下的人。
8:35 眾人出來要看是甚麼事；到了耶穌那裡，看見鬼所離開的那人，坐在耶穌腳前，穿著衣服，心裡明白過來，他們就害怕。
8:36 看見這事的便將被鬼附著的人怎麼得救告訴他們。
8:37 格拉森四圍的人，因為害怕得很，都求耶穌離開他們；耶穌就上船回去了。
8:38 鬼所離開的那人懇求和耶穌同在；耶穌卻打發他回去，說：
8:39 「你回家去，傳說上帝為你做了何等大的事。」他就去，滿城裡傳揚耶穌為他做了何等大的事。
26 They sailed to the region of the Gerasenes,[b] which is across the lake from Galilee. 27 When Jesus stepped ashore, he was met by a demon-possessed man from the town. For a long time this man had not worn clothes or lived in a house, but had lived in the tombs. 28 When he saw Jesus, he cried out and fell at his feet, shouting at the top of his voice, “What do you want with me, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? I beg you, don’t torture me!” 29 For Jesus had commanded the impure spirit to come out of the man. Many times it had seized him, and though he was chained hand and foot and kept under guard, he had broken his chains and had been driven by the demon into solitary places.
30 Jesus asked him, “What is your name?”
“Legion,” he replied, because many demons had gone into him. 31 And they begged Jesus repeatedly not to order them to go into the Abyss.
32 A large herd of pigs was feeding there on the hillside. The demons begged Jesus to let them go into the pigs, and he gave them permission. 33 When the demons came out of the man, they went into the pigs, and the herd rushed down the steep bank into the lake and was drowned.
34 When those tending the pigs saw what had happened, they ran off and reported this in the town and countryside, 35 and the people went out to see what had happened. When they came to Jesus, they found the man from whom the demons had gone out, sitting at Jesus’ feet, dressed and in his right mind; and they were afraid. 36 Those who had seen it told the people how the demon-possessed man had been cured. 37 Then all the people of the region of the Gerasenes asked Jesus to leave them, because they were overcome with fear. So he got into the boat and left.
38 The man from whom the demons had gone out begged to go with him, but Jesus sent him away, saying, 39 “Return home and tell how much God has done for you.” So the man went away and told all over town how much Jesus had done for him.

主耶穌是要透過福音的大能，就我們脫離罪與死的轄制！正如主耶穌為了讓鬼附的人得著自由，寧可犧牲一群豬！
同樣上帝為了拯救祂所摯愛的世人，甚至付上最重的代價，就是祂的獨生愛子，為我們成為贖罪祭，都在所不惜！
所以，我們能得救是上帝莫大的恩典！讓我們透過《贖罪之恩》(https://kk1591.blogspot.com/2014/01/blog-post_9232.html )來認識上帝在基督裡浩大的恩慈！
