10:1 耶穌從那裡起身,來到猶太的境界並約旦河外。眾人又聚集到他那裡,他又照常教訓他們。
10:2 有法利賽人來問他說:「人休妻可以不可以?」意思要試探他。
10:3 耶穌回答說:「摩西吩咐你們的是甚麼?」
10:4 他們說:「摩西許人寫了休書便可以休妻。」
10:5 耶穌說:「摩西因為你們的心硬,所以寫這條例給你們;
10:6 但從起初創造的時候,上帝造人是造男造女。
10:7 因此,人要離開父母,與妻子連合,二人成為一體。
10:8 既然如此,夫妻不再是兩個人,乃是一體的了。
10:9 所以,上帝配合的,人不可分開。」
10:10 到了屋裡,門徒就問他這事。
10:11 耶穌對他們說:「凡休妻另娶的,就是犯姦淫,辜負他的妻子;
10:12 妻子若離棄丈夫另嫁,也是犯姦淫了。」
Jesus then left that place and went into the region of Judea and across the Jordan. Again crowds of people came to him, and as was his custom, he taught them.
2 Some Pharisees came and tested him by asking, “Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife?”
3 “What did Moses command you?” he replied.
4 They said, “Moses permitted a man to write a certificate of divorce and send her away.”
5 “It was because your hearts were hard that Moses wrote you this law,” Jesus replied. 6 “But at the beginning of creation God ‘made them male and female.’[a] 7 ‘For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife,[b] 8 and the two will become one flesh.’[c] So they are no longer two, but one flesh. 9 Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.”
10 When they were in the house again, the disciples asked Jesus about this. 11 He answered, “Anyone who divorces his wife and marries another woman commits adultery against her. 12 And if she divorces her husband and marries another man, she commits adultery.”

主耶穌雖然面對法利賽人用休妻的議題來試探祂,但是祂清楚婚姻的意義,而且婚姻是上帝所設立的,正如祂回答法利賽人的:「…但從起初創造的時候,上帝造人是造男造女。因此,人要離開父母,與妻子連合,二人成為一體。既然如此,夫妻不再是兩個人,乃是一體的了。所以,上帝配合的,人不可分開。」
是的,主耶穌知道婚姻是一種盟約,也就是永遠之約,也因此祂會教導門徒:「凡休妻另娶的,就是犯姦淫,辜負他的妻子;妻子若離棄丈夫另嫁,也是犯姦淫了。」
希伯來書13章4節:「婚姻,人人都當尊重,床也不可污穢;因為苟合行淫的人,上帝必要審判。」
為何主耶穌這樣看重婚姻呢?因為教會與主耶穌也是一種婚姻的關係!正如《啟示錄》19章7-8節所說:「我們要歡喜快樂,將榮耀歸給他。因為,羔羊婚娶的時候到了;新婦也自己預備好了,就蒙恩得穿光明潔白的細麻衣。(這細麻衣就是聖徒所行的義。)」
《以弗所書》5章25-27節說:「你們作丈夫的,要愛你們的妻子,正如基督愛教會,為教會捨己。要用水藉著道把教會洗淨,成為聖潔,可以獻給自己,作個榮耀的教會,毫無玷污、皺紋等類的病,乃是聖潔沒有瑕疵的。」
所以教會的聖潔是來自基督,不是來自歷代的聖徒的善行,也沒有所謂的功德庫,一切都是來自基督的恩賜與作為!也因此基督配得成為教會的頭,祂是上帝與教會之間的中保,唯一中保!中保不是眾聖徒,更不是聖母馬利亞!
因此,人間的婚姻是代表基督與教會的關係,人人應當尊重,不可當兒戲,更不可被邪情私慾所破壞!
