詩篇55:16-18

 

55:16 至於我，我要求告上帝；耶和華必拯救我。
55:17 我要晚上、早晨、晌午哀聲悲歎；他也必聽我的聲音。
55:18 他救贖我命脫離攻擊我的人，使我得享平安，因為與我相爭的人甚多。

 

¹⁶ As for me, I call to God,
    and the Lord saves me.
¹⁷ Evening, morning and noon
    I cry out in distress,
    and he hears my voice.
¹⁸ He rescues me unharmed
    from the battle waged against me,
    even though many oppose me.
¹⁹ God, who is enthroned from of old,
    who does not change—
he will hear them and humble them,
    because they have no fear of God.

    這段經文現代中文譯本翻譯成為：「但是，我要向上帝求幫助；上主一定會拯救我。無論早晨、中午、晚上，我要向他悲歎申訴；他一定會垂聽。我在戰鬥中面臨大敵；他要帶領我從戰場上平安歸來。」

    詩人在此說到自己雖然面對到這一切，但是他會向上帝求幫助；相信上主一定會拯救他。因為上帝過去的作為，就是讓他從戰場上平安歸來！也因為這樣，他更加堅信上帝隨時的保守！

    雖然他面對這麼多敵人，他肯定上帝一定會得勝，因上帝是全能的主，並且也樂意來拯救的主！滿有恩典與憐憫的上帝，必保護我們到底！
