耶利米書50:11-16

 

50:11 搶奪我產業的啊，你們因歡喜快樂，且像踹穀撒歡的母牛犢，又像發嘶聲的壯馬。
50:12 你們的母巴比倫就極其抱愧，生你們的必然蒙羞。她要列在諸國之末，成為曠野、旱地、沙漠。
50:13 因耶和華的忿怒，必無人居住，要全然荒涼。凡經過巴比倫的要受驚駭，又因她所遭的災殃嗤笑。
50:14 所有拉弓的，你們要在巴比倫的四圍擺陣，射箭攻擊她。不要愛惜箭枝，因她得罪了耶和華。
50:15 你們要在她四圍吶喊；她已經投降。外郭坍塌了，城牆拆毀了，因為這是耶和華報仇的事。你們要向巴比倫報仇；她怎樣待人，也要怎樣待她。
50:16 你們要將巴比倫撒種的和收割時拿鐮刀的都剪除了。他們各人因怕欺壓的刀劍，必歸回本族，逃到本土。

¹² “Because you rejoice and are glad,
    you who pillage my inheritance,
because you frolic like a heifer threshing grain
    and neigh like stallions,
¹² your mother will be greatly ashamed;
    she who gave you birth will be disgraced.
She will be the least of the nations—
    a wilderness, a dry land, a desert.
¹³ Because of the Lord’s anger she will not be inhabited
    but will be completely desolate.
All who pass Babylon will be appalled;
    they will scoff because of all her wounds. 

¹⁴“Take up your positions around Babylon,
    all you who draw the bow.
Shoot at her! Spare no arrows,
    for she has sinned against the Lord.
¹⁵ Shout against her on every side!
    She surrenders, her towers fall,
    her walls are torn down.
Since this is the vengeance of the Lord,
    take vengeance on her;
    do to her as she has done to others.
¹⁶ Cut off from Babylon the sower,
    and the reaper with his sickle at harvest.
Because of the sword of the oppressor
    let everyone return to their own people,
    let everyone flee to their own land.

    巴比倫惡待以色列人，必遭上帝憤怒而滅亡！雖然還沒有發生，但是上帝地定會行這樣的事！

 

    這也提醒我們，上帝的報應必定發生，她必為自己的子民伸冤。

耶利米書50:8-10

 

50:8 「我民哪，你們要從巴比倫中逃走，從迦勒底人之地出去，要像羊群前面走的公山羊。
50:9 因我必激動聯合的大國從北方上來攻擊巴比倫，他們要擺陣攻擊她；他必從那裡被攻取。他們的箭好像善射之勇士的箭，一枝也不徒然返回。
50:10 迦勒底必成為掠物；凡擄掠她的都必心滿意足。這是耶和華說的。」

⁸ Flee from Babylon, and go out of the land of the Chaldeans, and be like male goats leading the flock. ⁹For I am going to stir up and bring against Babylon a company of great nations from the land of the north; and they shall array themselves against her; from there she shall be taken. Their arrows are like the arrows of a skilled warrior who does not return empty-handed. ¹⁰Chaldea shall be plundered; all who plunder her shall be sated, says the Lord.

    再次提到巴比倫必被攻擊而滅亡！

 

耶利米書50:6-7

 

50:6 「我的百姓作了迷失的羊，牧人使他們走差路，使他們轉到山上。他們從大山走到小山，竟忘了安歇之處。
50:7 凡遇見他們的，就把他們吞滅。敵人說：『我們沒有罪；因他們得罪那作公義居所的耶和華，就是他們列祖所仰望的耶和華。』

⁶ My people have been lost sheep; their shepherds have led them astray, turning them away on the mountains; from mountain to hill they have gone, they have forgotten their fold. ⁷All who found them have devoured them, and their enemies have said, “We are not guilty, because they have sinned against the Lord, the true pasture, the Lord, the hope of their ancestors.”

    先知再一次警戒以色列人，讓他們知道自己陷入今天的景況，是因為他們得罪上帝所致！

 

    今天我們也要切切認識罪惡所帶來的就是上帝的憤怒，這是我們承擔不起的，也是無法靠自己可以解決的，是要依照上帝的作為，只有透過耶穌基督為我們死在十字架上，承受一切的刑罰才能夠脫離的！

 

    也因此，我們要我們的得救感謝上帝，這是出於上帝莫大的恩典，我們要將感謝與讚美歸給上帝！我們領人歸主，也不是我們努力的結果，完全是上帝透過聖靈動工，使人悔改歸向上帝！

 

 

耶利米書50:4-5

 50:4 耶和華說：「當那日子、那時候，以色列人要和猶大人同來，隨走隨哭，尋求耶和華─他們的上帝。
50:5 他們必訪問錫安，又面向這裡，說：『來吧，你們要與耶和華聯合為永遠不忘的約。』」

⁴ In those days and in that time, says the Lord, the people of Israel shall come, they and the people of Judah together; they shall come weeping as they seek the Lord their God. ⁵They shall ask the way to Zion, with faces turned toward it, and they shall come and join themselves to the Lord by an everlasting covenant that will never be forgotten.

    巴比倫被滅之後，以色列人要和猶大人同來錫安，與上帝立永遠的約。

 

    而我們看見後來真的有這事發生，就是猶大人真的歸回耶路撒冷，從新建起聖殿和城牆。也在那段時間恢復對上帝的敬拜，舊約聖經的編纂，也因為這樣才能使主耶穌可以在猶太地區傳揚福音，開始基督徒的信仰。

 

    也因此，被擄歸回對猶太人信仰的建立有很大的助益，更是使後來福音可以傳揚到世界各地！
