馬太福音15:21-28

 

15:21 耶穌離開那裡，退到泰爾、西頓的境內去。
15:22 有一個迦南婦人，從那地方出來，喊著說：「主啊，大衛的子孫，可憐我！我女兒被鬼附得甚苦。」
15:23 耶穌卻一言不答。門徒進前來，求他說：「這婦人在我們後頭喊叫，請打發她走吧。」
15:24 耶穌說：「我奉差遣不過是到以色列家迷失的羊那裡去。」
15:25 那婦人來拜他，說：「主啊，幫助我！」
15:26 他回答說：「不好拿兒女的餅丟給狗吃。」
15:27 婦人說：「主啊，不錯；但是狗也吃牠主人桌子上掉下來的碎渣兒。」
15:28 耶穌說：「婦人，你的信心是大的！照你所要的，給你成全了吧。」從那時候，她女兒就好了。

 

²¹ Leaving that place, Jesus withdrew to the region of Tyre and Sidon. ²² A Canaanite woman from that vicinity came to him, crying out, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on me! My daughter is demon-possessed and suffering terribly.”

²³ Jesus did not answer a word. So his disciples came to him and urged him, “Send her away, for she keeps crying out after us.”

²⁴ He answered, “I was sent only to the lost sheep of Israel.”

²⁵ The woman came and knelt before him. “Lord, help me!” she said.

²⁶ He replied, “It is not right to take the children’s bread and toss it to the dogs.”

²⁷ “Yes it is, Lord,” she said. “Even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their master’s table.”

²⁸ Then Jesus said to her, “Woman, you have great faith! Your request is granted.” And her daughter was healed at that moment.

    聖經有些敘述事超越我們可以理解，也不是套用任何神學系統可以解釋的完全的，甚至要把它當成故事來聆聽，不要過多的解釋！就像這一篇，主耶穌和迦南婦人的對話！

 

    我們不一定要推究這個外邦怎麼會來求耶穌呢？還會說猶太人說的話：「主啊，大衛的子孫，可憐我！我女兒被鬼附得甚苦。」而耶穌竟然不理她，還讓門徒覺得她煩，甚至發火向主耶穌說：「這婦人在我們後頭喊叫，請打發她走吧。」

 

    主耶穌竟然也是用無理的話對她說：「我奉差遣不過是到以色列家迷失的羊那裡去。」「不好拿兒女的餅丟給狗吃。」

 

    然而她契而不捨的對主說：「主啊，幫助我！」「主啊，不錯；但是狗也吃牠主人桌子上掉下來的碎渣兒。」

 

    於是主很肯定的回答她：「婦人，你的信心是大的！照你所要的，給你成全了吧。」

 

    這不應該解做那位迦南婦人，不灰心的祈求，所以感動主耶穌的心，因為這不是聖經的原則，不是上帝受人影響而改變！而是應該解做，上帝透過聖靈的啟示，要我們禱告不懈，不可以灰心，要努力求到底，明白上帝比我們高，我們要謙卑和敬畏來到主的面前祈求！

 

    也因為這樣，我們要明白上帝是慈悲憐憫的上帝，祂要讓我們將難處帶到祂面前，藉由禱告親近祂，好得著力量來面對考驗，經歷上帝在基督裡的得勝！如此來豐盛我們的生命，並且與他有親密的關係！

 

馬太福音15:1-20

 

15:1 那時，有法利賽人和文士從耶路撒冷來見耶穌，說：
15:2 「你的門徒為甚麼犯古人的遺傳呢？因為吃飯的時候，他們不洗手。」
15:3 耶穌回答說：「你們為甚麼因著你們的遺傳犯上帝的誡命呢？
15:4 上帝說：『當孝敬父母』；又說：『咒罵父母的，必治死他。』
15:5 你們倒說：『無論何人對父母說：我所當奉給你的已經作了供獻，
15:6 他就可以不孝敬父母。』這就是你們藉著遺傳，廢了上帝的誡命。
15:7 假冒為善的人哪，以賽亞指著你們說的預言是不錯的。他說：
15:8 這百姓用嘴唇尊敬我，心卻遠離我；
15:9 他們將人的吩咐當作道理教導人，所以拜我也是枉然。」
15:10 耶穌就叫了眾人來，對他們說：「你們要聽，也要明白。
15:11 入口的不能污穢人，出口的乃能污穢人。」
15:12 當時，門徒進前來對他說：「法利賽人聽見這話，不服（原文是跌倒），你知道嗎？」
15:13 耶穌回答說：「凡栽種的物，若不是我天父栽種的，必要拔出來。
15:14 任憑他們吧！他們是瞎眼領路的；若是瞎子領瞎子，兩個人都要掉在坑裡。」
15:15 彼得對耶穌說：「請將這比喻講給我們聽。」
15:16 耶穌說：「你們到如今還不明白嗎？
15:17 豈不知凡入口的，是運到肚子裡，又落在茅廁裡嗎？
15:18 惟獨出口的，是從心裡發出來的，這才污穢人。
15:19 因為從心裡發出來的，有惡念、凶殺、姦淫、苟合、偷盜、妄證、謗讟。
15:20 這都是污穢人的；至於不洗手吃飯，那卻不污穢人。」

 

Then some Pharisees and teachers of the law came to Jesus from Jerusalem and asked, ² “Why do your disciples break the tradition of the elders? They don’t wash their hands before they eat!”

³ Jesus replied, “And why do you break the command of God for the sake of your tradition? ⁴ For God said, ‘Honor your father and mother’^[a] and ‘Anyone who curses their father or mother is to be put to death.’^{[b] 5} But you say that if anyone declares that what might have been used to help their father or mother is ‘devoted to God,’ ⁶ they are not to ‘honor their father or mother’ with it. Thus you nullify the word of God for the sake of your tradition. ⁷ You hypocrites! Isaiah was right when he prophesied about you:

⁸ “‘These people honor me with their lips,
    but their hearts are far from me.
⁹ They worship me in vain;
    their teachings are merely human rules.’^[c]”

¹⁰ Jesus called the crowd to him and said, “Listen and understand. ¹¹ What goes into someone’s mouth does not defile them, but what comes out of their mouth, that is what defiles them.”

¹² Then the disciples came to him and asked, “Do you know that the Pharisees were offended when they heard this?”

¹³ He replied, “Every plant that my heavenly Father has not planted will be pulled up by the roots. ¹⁴ Leave them; they are blind guides.^[d] If the blind lead the blind, both will fall into a pit.”

¹⁵ Peter said, “Explain the parable to us.”

¹⁶ “Are you still so dull?” Jesus asked them. ¹⁷ “Don’t you see that whatever enters the mouth goes into the stomach and then out of the body? ¹⁸ But the things that come out of a person’s mouth come from the heart, and these defile them. ¹⁹ For out of the heart come evil thoughts—murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false testimony, slander. ²⁰ These are what defile a person; but eating with unwashed hands does not defile them.”

    人常常說：「病從口入！」然而真正使人處在「生病」狀態的，不是食物，而是人的話語！話語會影響人的觀念，觀念影響久了，就在內心孳生變成無法抹滅的思想！而這思想更是可怕，一代傳一代，人就不斷受到這些思想影響，這就成了傳統！

 

    就像這裡法利賽人和文士說：「你的門徒為甚麼犯古人的遺傳呢？因為吃飯的時候，他們不洗手。」這裡的「遺傳」，就是傳統的意思！這也就是說，吃飯洗手是很重要的傳統，為什麼不遵守呢？

 

    然而主耶穌這裡要讓這些法利賽人和文士清楚：上帝的命令比傳統更是重要，為甚麼不看重，偏偏看重傳統而不看重上的的命令，這是非常不合理的事！這樣等於高舉人超越過上帝了，這樣就有違背聖經教導的敬畏上帝了！

 

    就像主耶穌在這裡說到這些法利賽人有一個很奇怪的傳統，就是「無論何人對父母說：我所當奉給你的已經作了供獻，他就可以不孝敬父母。」

 

    殊不知這樣的傳統不僅使人誤解奉獻的意義，也讓人以此為託辭不再奉養父母，如此下去在當時沒有退休金的年代，老人家的生活就變得很困苦了！如此有違被上帝在十誡中頒布當孝敬父母的命令，使人不敬畏上帝！

 

    同樣今日有許多的「傳統」要經過聖經來審視，讓傳統來為上帝的命令效力，而不是讓傳統成為違背上帝命定的藉口。正如上帝要我們不要崇拜別的神，所以我們不要讓文化中異教的傳統混入教會之中，正如古代的神學家特土良(Tertullian)，他是很有學問的神學家，但他非常反對世界、羅馬的文化。他有一些犀利的批判，其中一句就是「耶路撒冷跟雅典有什麼關係？」

 

   因此，我們要高舉上帝的話高過一切的傳統，讓耶穌基督的福音高過人的文化，甚至是教會的文化！

 

列王紀上19:19-21

 

19:19 於是，以利亞離開那裡走了，遇見沙法的兒子以利沙耕地；在他前頭有十二對牛，自己趕著第十二對。以利亞到他那裡去，將自己的外衣搭在他身上。

19:20 以利沙就離開牛，跑到以利亞那裡，說：「求你容我先與父母親嘴，然後我便跟隨你。」以利亞對他說：「你回去吧，我向你做了甚麼呢？」
19:21 以利沙就離開他回去，宰了一對牛，用套牛的器具煮肉給民吃，隨後就起身跟隨以利亞，服事他。

 

¹⁹ So Elijah went from there and found Elisha son of Shaphat. He was plowing with twelve yoke of oxen, and he himself was driving the twelfth pair. Elijah went up to him and threw his cloak around him. ²⁰ Elisha then left his oxen and ran after Elijah. “Let me kiss my father and mother goodbye,” he said, “and then I will come with you.”

“Go back,” Elijah replied. “What have I done to you?”

²¹ So Elisha left him and went back. He took his yoke of oxen and slaughtered them. He burned the plowing equipment to cook the meat and gave it to the people, and they ate. Then he set out to follow Elijah and became his servant.

    信仰之中「師徒關係」是很重要的，尤其是先知的傳承，以利亞和以利沙的傳承是一個重要的典範！

 

    這也是說明雖然呼召是從上帝來的，但是上帝卻透過活生生的人將信仰傳遞下去，讓我們感受到我們不只是知識的承接，更是生命的承接！這也是為甚麼上帝要透過「道成肉身」的基督來訓練門徒，然後由門徒帶領門徒，使萬民都成為耶穌基督的門徒！

 

    我們永遠記得馬太福音28章19-20節所說：「所以，你們要去，使萬民作我的門徒，奉父、子、聖靈的名給他們施洗（或譯：給他們施洗，歸於父、子、聖靈的名）。凡我所吩咐你們的，都教訓他們遵守，我就常與你們同在，直到世界的末了。」

 

    今天我在此分享，也是對這段經文實踐的一種方式，當然有機會面對面更好！但是不同的時代有不同的作為，目的卻是一樣，使萬民成為耶穌基督的門徒！
