馬太福音9:14-17

 

9:14 那時，約翰的門徒來見耶穌，說：「我們和法利賽人常常禁食，你的門徒倒不禁食，這是為甚麼呢？」
9:15 耶穌對他們說：「新郎和陪伴之人同在的時候，陪伴之人豈能哀慟呢？但日子將到，新郎要離開他們，那時候他們就要禁食。
9:16 沒有人把新布補在舊衣服上；因為所補上的反帶壞了那衣服，破的就更大了。
9:17 也沒有人把新酒裝在舊皮袋裡；若是這樣，皮袋就裂開，酒漏出來，連皮袋也壞了。惟獨把新酒裝在新皮袋裡，兩樣就都保全了。」

 

¹⁴ Then John’s disciples came and asked him, “How is it that we and the Pharisees fast often, but your disciples do not fast?”

¹⁵ Jesus answered, “How can the guests of the bridegroom mourn while he is with them? The time will come when the bridegroom will be taken from them; then they will fast.

¹⁶ “No one sews a patch of unshrunk cloth on an old garment, for the patch will pull away from the garment, making the tear worse. ¹⁷ Neither do people pour new wine into old wineskins. If they do, the skins will burst; the wine will run out and the wineskins will be ruined. No, they pour new wine into new wineskins, and both are preserved.”

    基督徒和其他信仰的人最大的差別，就是看重內在的敬虔過於外表的儀式！正如保羅所說：「因為真受割禮的，乃是我們這以上帝的靈敬拜、在基督耶穌裡誇口、不靠著肉體的。」(腓立比書3:3)

 

    不果保羅在加拉太書更進一步說：「受割禮不受割禮都無關緊要，要緊的就是作新造的人。…從今以後，人都不要攪擾我，因為我身上帶著耶穌的印記。」(加拉太書6:15,17)

 

    可見人要被聖靈重生與內住，才是最重要的！聖靈的內住，就是耶穌基督給我們的記號，證明我們是上帝的兒女，是有新生命的人！不僅如此，將來還要進入榮耀中與主耶穌永遠同在！

 

    外表的裝飾是沒有用的，要徹底被聖靈更新，才能領受這新的教訓！正如主耶穌對尼哥底母說：「我實實在在地告訴你，人若不重生，就不能見上帝的國。」(約翰福音3:3)

 

    同樣，若是你被基督的榮美所吸引，就快快認罪，求聖靈更新，並賜下新生命，讓我們享受主耶穌同在，建立美好的關係！
